Vrapimi pas liderit t\u00eb partis\u00eb e jo pas koncepteve dhe programeve politike, i ka kthyer elektoratet n\u00eb skllev\u00ebr t\u00eb partive korporata fitimprur\u00ebse dhe josh\u00ebse, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme t\u00eb bizneseve dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, q\u00eb vrapojn\u00eb pas liderit sikurse skllav\u00ebt, q\u00eb vrapojn\u00eb pas skllavopronarit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Privatizimi i partive politike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demokracia nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem aq i leht\u00eb sa mendohet nga dikush! P\u00ebrveqse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb aktiv n\u00eb vendimarrje, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e mir\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar sipas rregullave e ligjeve shtet\u00ebrore, t\u00eb cilat i respektojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e individ\u00ebve edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ata i harrojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre ligjore.<\/p>\n<p>Partit\u00eb politike jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb &#8220;byro&#8221; t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimeve, n\u00eb mekanizma q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb tender\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr kompani t\u00eb af\u00ebrta me to, q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb li\u00e7enca p\u00ebr hapje t\u00eb bizneseve, q\u00eb akoma po shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb \u00e7ertifikata t\u00eb veteran\u00ebve 21 vjet nga p\u00ebrfundimi i luft\u00ebs me libreza partiake e \u00e7ka jo tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Lider\u00ebt partiak me ndikimin e fuqish\u00ebm dhe imponimin e ideve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb elektorat, jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb pronar\u00eb faktik t\u00eb subjekteve politike. Vasaliteti ndaj liderit partiak i ka kthyer politikan\u00ebt morbid n\u00eb vart\u00ebs ekstrem (rob\u00ebr) apo skllav t\u00eb pronar\u00ebve (lider\u00ebve) partiak q\u00eb anashkalojn\u00eb vullnetin e elektoratit p\u00ebr reforma n\u00eb parti dhe ndryshime pozitive n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i klas\u00ebs sunduese n\u00eb sistemin shoq\u00ebror (lideri shtet\u00ebror) apo skllavopronari n\u00eb pushtet p\u00ebrfiton nga puna e vart\u00ebsve (skllev\u00ebrve) tij. Skllavopronar\u00ebt partiak (lider\u00ebt) p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb pushtet p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga vart\u00ebsit (skllav\u00ebt) e tyre partiak\u00eb duke kontrabanduar vullnetin e elektoratit nga nj\u00ebri n\u00eb ekstremin tjet\u00ebr politik, duke e kthyer k\u00ebshtu sistemin demokratik n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem tipik skllavopronar t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb vot\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr realizimin e interesave personale t\u00eb skllavopronar\u00ebve (lider\u00ebve partiak).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mos reagimi, sjellje n\u00ebnshtruese e elektoratit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elektoratet e t\u00eb gjitha partive politike, me heshtjen ndaj kontrabandimit t\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb tyre jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb skllev\u00ebr modern t\u00eb koh\u00ebs son\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka si t\u00eb quhet ndryshe mos reagimi i elektoratit ndaj shkeljes s\u00eb parimeve dhe premtimeve elektorale t\u00eb lider\u00ebve, ndaj lidhjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb panatyrshme politike apo ndaj prishjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve me kauz\u00ebn p\u00ebr ndryshim, duke e kthyer shpres\u00ebn n\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjim.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha subjektet aktuale politike, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb apo tjet\u00ebr e kan\u00eb humbur besimin e qytetar\u00ebve shkaku i mos mbajtjes s\u00eb premtimeve elektorale t\u00eb lider\u00ebve partiak.<\/p>\n<p>Kauzat (premtimet) paraelektorale t\u00eb lider\u00ebve partiak gjithnj\u00eb po kthehen n\u00eb kauza personale p\u00ebr pushtet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bartja e fatit t\u00eb vendit nga politikani tek sovrani<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bashkrendimi i veprimeve t\u00eb elektoratit t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer kosovar\u00eb p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb force t\u00eb re politike do ta forconte shtetin dhe mbronte interesin qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebsia e popullat\u00ebs karrshi proceseve politike dhe veprimeve antikomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb lider\u00ebve shtet\u00ebror do t\u00eb parandalonte me koh\u00eb shum\u00eb procese t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr vendin.<\/p>\n<p>Se v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e mundur t&#8217;i parandalojm\u00eb shum\u00eb nga t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat e pasluft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e d\u00ebshmon rasti rivarrimit t\u00eb heroit komb\u00ebtar Isa Boletini. Po t\u00eb mos ishte k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebsia e familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, sot ai do t\u00eb ishte i varrosur n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb e jo n\u00eb Boletin, ashtu siq pat\u00ebn planifikuar vasal\u00ebt e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, qytetar\u00ebt e vendit, si nj\u00eb familje e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij shteti mund dhe duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebn p\u00ebr parandalimin e veprimeve destruktive t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Lirimi nga psikologjia e skllavit (robit), shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb kosovare dhe elektoratet e partive politike n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti do t&#8217;i kthente n\u00eb shqo\u00ebri aktive q\u00eb p\u00ebrcakton t\u00eb ardhmen e vet n\u00eb shtetin e lir\u00eb dhe sovran.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb nism\u00eb e re progresive e qytetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebtim p\u00ebr vendin. Qytetar\u00ebt aktiv n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore jan\u00eb burim shprese dhe ardhm\u00ebrie p\u00ebr vendin, nd\u00ebrsa pasiviteti qytetar e shnd\u00ebrron shtetin n\u00eb nj\u00eb mo\u00e7al, ku as bretkosat nuk mbijetojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barazia para ligjit p\u00ebrcakton nivelin demokratik t\u00eb shtetit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demokracia duhet t\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb vlera dhe parime t\u00eb panegociueshme siq jan\u00eb; barazia e njer\u00ebzve para ligjit, lufta e pakompromis kund\u00ebr korrupsionit dhe krimit t\u00eb organizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse i kaluam dy dekada n\u00eb liri, tek nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e popullat\u00ebs ende ekziston psikologjia e skllavit (robit) dhe n\u00ebnshtrimit. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata, q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb apo tjet\u00ebr e ndajn\u00eb mendjen e t\u00eb q\u00ebndruarit besnik ndaj pushteteve antipopullore, s&#8217;jan\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se skllev\u00ebr (rob\u00ebr) dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruarit e t\u00eb gjitha pushteteve t\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht se cili subjekt politik po vjen n\u00eb pushtet, asnj\u00ebri nga politikan\u00ebt nuk po i mbrojn\u00eb interesat e qytetar\u00ebve. Secili n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn dhe stilin e vet mundohet t\u00eb shk\u00ebpus\u00eb di\u00e7ka nga pasuria publike dhe tenderomania e bizneseve t\u00eb pista p\u00ebr t&#8217;u pasuruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjshme brenda nj\u00eb mandati politik ose m\u00eb pak se kaq!<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr elit\u00ebn e lart\u00eb politike n\u00eb vend pak ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi kush del fitues e kusht tjet\u00ebr humb\u00ebs n\u00eb zgjedhje, e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mbet\u00ebn n\u00eb sken\u00ebn teatrore (politike) aktor\u00ebt e vjet\u00ebr,&#8230;n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb publiku t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqet sa m\u00eb gjat\u00eb m\u00eb &#8220;operat&#8221; e tyre, duke rezervuar si gjithnj\u00eb rolet &#8220;epizodike&#8221; p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinj\u00ebt (adoleshent\u00ebt politik)!<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbnd\u00ebrra p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb qeveri m\u00eb duar t\u00eb pastra, \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb realizohet vet\u00ebm m\u00eb nj\u00eb klas\u00eb politike t\u00eb ndershme, e cila n\u00eb momentin q\u00eb i hyn\u00eb politik\u00ebs, largohet nga biznesi.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb kjo t\u00eb arrihet m\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, duhet t&#8217;u ndalohet m\u00eb ligj marrja me biznes e politikan\u00ebve p\u00ebr shkak se paraqet konflikt interesi.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrcaktimi m\u00eb ligj i vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb mandati qeveris\u00ebs p\u00ebr t&#8217;i l\u00ebshuar radh\u00ebn tjetrit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb vie m\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe m\u00eb shpejt\u00eb deri t\u00eb demonopolizimi i jet\u00ebs politike, &#8230;p\u00ebr \u00e7ka, m\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebheh gar\u00eb e tmerrshme politike p\u00ebr t&#8217;u rizgjedhur n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin post.<\/p>\n<p>Respektimi i Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb vendit dhe ligjeve q\u00eb burojn\u00eb prej saj duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb nga lider\u00ebt shtet\u00ebror dhe partiak, ministrat, kryetar\u00ebt e komunave dhe deputet\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Kur ja prezentova k\u00ebt\u00eb ide nj\u00eb miku, m\u00eb tha; &#8220;kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ide briliante, po sikur t\u00eb rregullohej me ligj kjo q\u00eb thoni, m\u00eb askush m\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb kandidohej e as t\u00eb mirrej m\u00eb me politik\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfundimisht ka ardhur koha, q\u00eb edhe bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e instaluar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb veten se \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrkushtuar p\u00ebr sundim t\u00eb ligjit dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7asje t\u00eb barabart\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, p\u00ebr zhvillim ekonomik dhe mir\u00ebq\u00ebnje t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb af\u00ebrt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb do t\u00eb kemi pushtetar\u00eb se sa qytetar\u00eb, ku ndoshta edhe UFFO-t do t\u00eb zbresin p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn nj\u00eb vend 100 % jasht\u00ebligjor\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Rendi skllavopronar vjen si produkt i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: Florim Zeqa, 26.05.2020 Partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtjellura me veprime dhe vendime populliste t\u00eb liderit, gjithj\u00eb e m\u00eb pak po gjasojn\u00eb n\u00eb parti politike.
