Ndryshe prej disa shteteve t\u00eb Ballkanit, t\u00eb cilat gjat\u00eb shek. XIX kishin fituar pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb duke u \u00e7liruar nga Perandoria Osmane (Greqia, Bullgaria, Serbia dhe Mali Zi), shtetet fqinj\u00eb t\u00eb tyre nga kap\u00ebrcyelli i shek. XIX dhe fillimet e shek. XX, jetonin ende n\u00ebn sundimin e huaj, si\u00e7 ishte Austro-Hungaria, e cila zot\u00ebronte me nj\u00eb popullsi t\u00eb madhe sllave brenda kufijve t\u00eb saj (kroat\u00eb, boshnjak\u00eb, etj.). Nd\u00ebrsa, pjes\u00ebt e Ballkanit jugper\u00ebndimor, t\u00eb banuara kryesisht me shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ecnin ende n\u00ebp\u00ebr procesin e emancipimit komb\u00ebtar, sundoheshin nga Perandoria Osmane e shoq\u00ebruar me kriz\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebrfundimtare.<\/p>\n

Patriot\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb duke pasur me vete edhe elit\u00ebn intelektuale (q\u00eb kishte shijuar arom\u00ebn europiane, por edhe osmane), edhe pse kishin krijuan kushte t\u00eb favorshme p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e vendit (p\u00ebrmes Lidhj\u00ebs s\u00eb Prizrenit dhe t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs), ende nuk kishin arritur p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar udh\u00ebheqjen unike komb\u00ebtare, udh\u00ebheqje kjo, q\u00eb do t’i artikulonte k\u00ebrkesat n\u00eb realizimin e objektivit final, Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Mesazh\u00ebt larg\u00ebvajt\u00ebse t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj poeme dhe i shum\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjeve t\u00eb ngjashme jo vet\u00ebm te shqiptar\u00ebt, por p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Ballkan ruajn\u00eb refleksione t\u00eb fuqishme edhe sot e gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn. K\u00ebtej, ai q\u00eb ka jetuar p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite n\u00eb shtete ballkanike, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar se kuptimi mbi historin\u00eb e popullit t\u00eb tij dhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00ebsisht i \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar (ose ia kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar) m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb her\u00eb gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Ne jemi d\u00ebshmitar t\u00eb ndryshimeve, rishikimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuara, dhe s\u00eb k\u00ebtejmi mund t\u00eb themi lirisht se ky proces i korrigjimit, fshirjes dhe i riparimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjeve historike n\u00eb vitet e fundit ka qen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb rritje e sip\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Madje, edhe dikush q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb interesuar aq shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ka mundur p\u00ebr t\u00eb konstatuar se historia nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb m\u00ebsuese e jet\u00ebs, si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb deri me sot, por duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs i d\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebm, i cili duhet vazhdimisht t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj m\u00ebsime t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00eb riparuara n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me interesat \u201cmadhore\u201d, nga t\u00eb cilat studjuesit e interesuar p\u00ebr objektivitetin dhe sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb shkencore radhit\u00ebn t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, studjuesit i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e qart\u00eb se p\u00ebr ideologji, politik\u00eb dhe interesa shoq\u00ebrore e komb\u00ebtare, historia nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson shkenc\u00ebn sipas t\u00eb cil\u00ebs njohurit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar duhet thelluar dhe pasuruar m\u00eb shum\u00eb, por, historia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrall\u00eb (fiksion), e cila duhet sh\u00ebrbyer q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb tjera, q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme s\u00ebrish duhet t\u00eb tregohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me interesat dhe q\u00ebllimet e narratorit, si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrrall\u00eb para gjumit.<\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, historia sot ka nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm shoq\u00ebroro-politik, fetar e kulturor n\u00eb shtetet e p\u00ebrparuara, prandaj, si e till\u00eb ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shkenc\u00eb brenda s\u00eb cil\u00ebs zhvilloh\u00ebn lufta p\u00ebr dominim \u2013 n\u00eb mes t\u00eb historian\u00ebve t\u00eb elitave dhe t\u00eb shtresave m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb mjat\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb djath\u00ebs. Historia nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt m\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mund t\u00eb loz\u00ebt ose q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kuptohet leht\u00eb. N\u00eb duart\u00eb e gabueshme, ajo mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb mjaft\u00eb e rrezikshme, mir\u00ebpo, mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet edhe burim iluminizmi.
