Tashm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim Avdullah Hoti i LDK, s\u00eb bashku me AAK dhe Nism\u00ebn mund t\u00eb formojn\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e re t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKushtetuesja\u201d e Kosov\u00ebs ka vendosur q\u00eb vendi nuk shkon n\u00eb zgjedhje pas mocionit t\u00eb mosbesimit, por hapet rruga p\u00ebr krijimin e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re. Trupa gjykuese ka marr\u00eb vendim edhe sa i p\u00ebrket afatit q\u00eb ka mandatari p\u00ebr krijimin e qeveris\u00eb, pro k\u00ebsaj kan\u00eb votuar 7 gjykat\u00ebs, 2 kan\u00eb dal\u00eb kund\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Vet\u00ebvendosjes, kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar formimin e nj\u00eb qeverie t\u00eb re, nd\u00ebrsa kan\u00eb theksuar se do t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb \u00e7do vendim t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje nd\u00ebrkaq k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb vendi t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje, nd\u00ebrsa kryetari i saj, Albin Kurti, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo parti do ta respektoj\u00eb vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, p\u00ebrderisa nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb interpretim i Kushtetut\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kujtojm\u00eb q\u00eb presidenti Tha\u00e7i mandatoi m\u00eb 30 prill Avdullah Hotin nga Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb formuar nj\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb re dhe L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje k\u00ebrkoi nga Gjykata Kushtetuese, q\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb kushtetutshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e veprimit t\u00eb presidentit.<\/p>\n<p>Para vendimit t\u00eb Kushtetueses, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb VV-s\u00eb organizuan sot pasdite n\u00eb sheshet qendrore t\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, si\u00e7 than\u00eb ata, \u201cprov\u00eb proteste\u201d duke k\u00ebrkuar zgjedhje t\u00eb reja.
