Jo p\u00ebr ta lidhur vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb e shkrimeve, por p\u00ebr ta t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit, shkrimin e sot\u00ebm do e nisi me p\u00ebrfundimin e shkrimit paraprak.<\/p>\n

“Vakumet ligjore q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb bazamentin juridik (Kushtetut\u00eb), jan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjet\u00ebr me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb merren me urgjenc\u00eb ekspert\u00ebt ligjor dhe ligj\u00ebv\u00ebn\u00ebsit e k\u00ebsaj legjislature, me amandamentimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e neneve t\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebs, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos na p\u00ebrseriten t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat paqart\u00ebsi ligjore dhe konteste gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb llojit t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00ebshtje tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb mirret me urgjenc\u00eb kjo Legjislatur\u00eb e Kuvendit, \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshimi i ligjit zgjedhor dhe nxjerrja e nj\u00eb ligji t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebs p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt t\u00eb presidentit nga populli, i cili do t\u00eb pamund\u00ebsonte futjen n\u00eb pazar t\u00eb postit t\u00eb presidentit gjat\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve p\u00ebr koalicion t\u00eb ri mes subjekteve politike.<\/p>\n

Ligji p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb nga populli, do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte q\u00eb muaji Maj i vitit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm ta gjej\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn me nj\u00eb president t\u00eb ri t\u00eb votuar nga populli, e jo t\u00eb kontrabanduar si m\u00eb par\u00eb”.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrrimi paq\u00ebsor i pushtetit, ogur\u00eb i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e shtetit<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pa dashur t\u00eb komentoj zhvillimet q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e 3 qershorit kur u votua ‘Qeveria Hori’, dua t\u00eb them q\u00eb, gj\u00ebja m\u00eb pozitive ndodhi me nd\u00ebrrimin paq\u00ebsor t\u00eb pushtetit. Heqja dor\u00eb e Vet\u00ebvendosjes nga rezistenca, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nga protestat e paralajm\u00ebuara, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij subjekti politik, e b\u00ebn Albin Kurtin lider\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Ndryshe, ky veprim i matur dhe pranimi n\u00eb heshtje i verdiktit t\u00eb kushtetueses p\u00ebr zhbllokimin e ng\u00ebr\u00e7it politik nga LVV-ja, jan\u00eb shprehje pozitive e respektimit t\u00eb institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

Na mbetet t\u00eb shpresojm\u00eb se, Albin Kurti si adoleshent politik n\u00eb qeverisjen e vendit, t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00ebsuar mjaftuesh\u00ebm nga gabimet n\u00eb qeverisjen e shkurt\u00ebr si dhe t\u00eb ket\u00eb nxjerrur m\u00ebsimet e duhura nga l\u00ebshimet n\u00eb raport me partnerin qeveris\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat i kushtuan me r\u00ebnje t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb nga kreu i ekzekutivit.<\/p>\n

Shkall\u00ebt e ngritjes, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe shkall\u00ebt e zbritjes s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj qeverie<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pavar\u00ebsisht faktit, se a do t\u00eb mbetet ‘Qeveria Kurti’ m\u00eb jet\u00ebshkurt\u00ebr n\u00eb historin\u00eb e qeverive t\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, ‘Qeveria Hoti’ sh\u00ebnoi rekordin e par\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhjes s\u00eb dy qeverive brenda nj\u00eb legjislature t\u00eb Kuvendit (nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e fundit).<\/p>\n

Jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsia e ‘Qeveris\u00eb Hoti’ \u00ebsht\u00eb e varur nga k\u00ebta tre faktor\u00eb;
\n– e para, nga zhvillimi i bisedimeve me Serbin\u00eb,
\n– e dyta, nga Lista Serbe,
\n– e treta, nga numrat vicioz n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb k\u00ebta, jo nj\u00eb, por tre teha t\u00eb shpat\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb kaloj ‘Qeveria Hoti’. N\u00ebse i analizojm\u00eb t\u00eb trija situatat ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7, at\u00ebher\u00eb secili nga k\u00ebta faktor\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb rrezik permanent p\u00ebr r\u00ebnj\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj qeverie n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb dhe \u00e7do momentum politik.<\/p>\n

Kur k\u00ebsaj i shtohen problemet socio-ekonomike t\u00eb grumbulluara dhe rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbja ekonomike pas pandemis\u00eb, edhe fuqia e shkopit magjik n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e kryeministrit t\u00eb ri do t\u00eb sfidohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje problemet madhore me t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet ‘Qveria Hoti’.<\/p>\n

Opozita konstruktive n\u00eb Kuvend, e domosdoshme p\u00ebr rrethanat kohore<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr her\u00eb par\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfundimi i luft\u00ebs, do ta kemi nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb t\u00eb koordinuar dhe t\u00eb fuqishme e cila do t’i b\u00ebhet barr\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb pakic\u00ebs shqiptare me numra vicioz n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb partit\u00eb opozitare ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre duke mos abuzuar me prezenc\u00ebn n\u00eb koalicionin e ri qeveris\u00ebs t\u00eb minoritetit serb (List\u00ebs Serbe), k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb keqeje t\u00eb domosdoshme, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb norm\u00eb kushtetuese pas 17 shkurtit 2008.<\/p>\n

Ngase, nga ajo koh\u00eb e deri m\u00eb sot, asnj\u00eb qeveri (as ‘Qeveria Kurti’) nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb formuar pa p\u00ebrfshirjen e monoritetit serb, gjegj\u00ebsisht t\u00eb em\u00ebrimit t\u00eb dy ose tre ministrave (zv. ministrave) serb n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Opozita duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb aktive dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha zhvillimet n\u00eb vend, e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti n\u00eb dialogun p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebs me Serbin\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se frytet e epilogut final i k\u00ebtij dialogu do t’i i shijojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi bashk\u00eb, t’i l\u00ebm\u00eb inatet personale p\u00ebr interesin e shtetit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ta nxjerrim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e mundshme nga ky dialog, i cili nuk ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb prolongohet dhe as t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet m\u00eb, siq nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrseritet m\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb intervenimi ushtarak p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr ndihm\u00ebn e pa par\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb, q\u00eb na erdhi nga Shtetet e bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs dhe ato evropiane, Akademiku, Mark Krasniqi, e kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se askush tejt\u00ebr: “Mrekullia vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb her\u00eb zbret nga qielli”, duke aluduar n\u00eb intervenimin e NATO-s kund\u00ebr forcave pushtuese serbe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
