Shtat\u00eb familje n\u00eb Gjilan, q\u00eb e pranuan fen\u00eb islame u d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Shkup, ku 23 kryefamiljar\u00eb t\u00eb familjeve katolike ishin burgosur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosbindjes; nga k\u00ebta, shtat\u00eb vet\u00eb ishin t\u00eb paaft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb duruar vuajtjet dhe ndoq\u00ebn shembullin e familjeve nga Gjilani.<\/p>\n<p>E megjithat\u00eb, gjasht\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb kryefamiljar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb vendosur deri n\u00eb fund, p\u00ebr t\u00eb sakrifikuar gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr fen\u00eb e tyre. Ata rriheshin \u00e7do dit\u00eb me kamzhik, iu jepej pak ushqim dhe mbaheshin t\u00eb lidhur me zinxhir\u00eb te muret e burgut. Selim Pashai u t\u00ebrbua nga q\u00ebndresa e t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve dhe urdh\u00ebroi, q\u00eb familjar\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb ecnin nga Gjilani n\u00eb Shkup n\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim tet\u00eb ditor, me duar t\u00eb lidhura pas shpine, pa i p\u00ebrjashtuar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe grat\u00eb shtatz\u00ebna. Me mb\u00ebrritjen e tyre n\u00eb Shkup, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb u burgos\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i misionar\u00ebve t\u00eb Krishter\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb burgosur gjithashtu n\u00eb Shkup, ku shtat\u00eb prej tyre ran\u00eb Martir\u00eb t\u00eb besimit t\u00eb tyre. Misionar\u00ebt Apostolik\u00eb t\u00eb Dalmacis\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb mesin e k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb burgosurve. Konsulli Austriak n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr i ka \u00e7uar zyrtarisht nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb Selim Pash\u00ebs, p\u00ebr lirimin e tyre. 30 deri 40 familje t\u00eb krishtera, u larguan nga Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebr n\u00eb Selanik, p\u00ebr t\u2019u vendosur n\u00eb Michalitsch.
