Jan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar m\u00eb pushtet autokratik, dhe jan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb mira materjale t\u00eb popullit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb na shajn\u00eb, rrahin, burgosin, vrasin dhe t\u00eb pshurrin e dhin\u00eb mbi neve, e ne t\u00eb mbesim m\u00eb sy lart\u00eb kah qielli, n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tyre, kur atyre ju b\u00ebh\u00ebt mjaft\u00eb.
