Nj\u00eb nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb folur e nuk po flitet \u00ebsht\u00eb: Sa e ka d\u00ebmtuar cop\u00ebtimi i 1913-\u00ebs edhe pjes\u00ebn q\u00eb ka mbetur gj\u00ebja e lir\u00eb brenda kufijve t\u00eb shtetit ekzistues shqiptar?<\/p>\n

A \u00ebsht\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e lir\u00eb kjo pjes\u00eb e kombit ?<\/strong>
\nNuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala se duhet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019i ditur k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra, por p\u00ebr ta realizuar nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje sa m\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Duhet t\u00eb bu\u00e7asin t\u00eb gjitha mjetet e informimit, duhet t\u00eb botohen studime dhe libra, p\u00ebr t\u2019i pohuar shkenc\u00ebrisht t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat q\u00eb na jan\u00eb mohuar e po na mohohen aq padrejt\u00ebsisht edhe sot.<\/p>\n

Problemi kryesor m\u00eb i ngutshmi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb duhet ta dim\u00eb dhe t\u2019i tregojm\u00eb me holl\u00ebsi vetes dhe bot\u00ebs se sa e si jan\u00eb tej d\u00ebmtuar Shqip\u00ebria dhe shqiptar\u00ebt nga ndarjet dhe vendosjet e kufijve t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm mes neve.<\/p>\n

Zhg\u00ebnjimi i madh ndaj fqinj\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb gjak q\u00eb derdh\u00ebn shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb altarin e liris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb rikujtosh gjithnj\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e Bajronit p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb : “S\u2019ka komb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb jet\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00eb kaq pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm nga shtetet fqinj\u00eb<\/em>.”

\nAutor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm dhe specialist\u00eb t\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb kane shpjeguar me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tyre p\u00ebr madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e trojeve shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Sami Frash\u00ebri thoshte se: \u201cShqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 70.000 km2<\/sup> (2. Sami Frash\u00ebri, \u201dDheshkronja\u201d, Bukuresht, 1886<\/em>).)<\/p>\n

Studiuesi francez L. Uelavitch thot\u00eb se: “Madh\u00ebsia e sip\u00ebrfaqes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 75.000 km2<\/sup>” (3. L. Uelavitch, \u201dL\u2019Albania\u201d, Paris, 1902).<\/p>\n

Studiuesi tjet\u00ebr shqiptar T. Selenica na jep nj\u00eb \u201csip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb prej 80.000 km2<\/sup>\u201d. (4. T. Selenica, \u201dShqip\u00ebria n\u00eb vitet 1927\u201d, “Nezioni geografiche sul Albania”, Roma, 1902, fq.5<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Brenda k\u00ebtyre kufijve ndodhet Shqip\u00ebria, e cila shtrihet n\u00eb jug – per\u00ebndim t\u00eb siujdhes\u00ebs Ballkanike, mbi brigjet detare t\u00eb Adriatikut dhe t\u00eb detit Jon, nga jugu n\u00eb veri prej Prevez\u00ebs e n\u00eb Tivar, n\u00eb lindje t\u00eb Vraj\u00ebs deri mbi Nish. Me luft\u00ebrat Ballkanike dhe Konferenc\u00ebn e Londr\u00ebs m\u00eb 1913 i plot\u00ebsuan \u00ebndrrat e tyre shtetet fqinje, Greqia, Serbia dhe Mali i Zi dhe u vendos kufiri i sot\u00ebm q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledh m\u00eb pak se gjysm\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb (6. Dr. Muhamet Pirraku, “Ripushtim i jugosllav i Kosov\u00ebs”, fq. 7<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Shqip\u00ebria etnike para ardhjes s\u00eb turqve n\u00eb Ballkan zinte nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe prej rreth 110.000 km2<\/sup> (7. Dr. Muhamet Pirraku, “Kultura komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare deri n\u00eb Lidhjen e Prizrenit”, Prishtin\u00eb 1979, fq. 11-20<\/em>).<\/p>\n

N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e pavar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shteteve t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe Greqis\u00eb, Turqia u “fali” k\u00ebtyre shteteve rreth 5.000 km2<\/sup> t\u00eb tok\u00ebs Shqiptare. (8. \u201dDielli\u201d, nr. 21\/27, 1979<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1876 – 1877 me Rusin\u00eb, Turqia i dhuroi n\u00eb interes t\u00eb popujve ortodoks\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit rreth 25.500 km2<\/sup> t\u00eb tokave Shqiptare. (9. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb shekullit XIX Toka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb etnike do t\u00eb tkurrej n\u00eb 80.000 km2<\/sup> me 2.5 milion banor\u00eb (10. P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre pohimeve kjo Konferenc\u00eb lejoji vendimet e Traktatit \u201cPaq\u00ebs\u201d t\u00eb Londr\u00ebs (1913) duke shk\u00ebputur nga trungu etnik shqiptar rreth 80.000 km2<\/sup> q\u00eb iu shp\u00ebrndau shteteve fqinje, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i mbet\u00ebn vet\u00ebm rreth 28.700 km2<\/sup> (12.
