Prandaj, sipas tij, t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb duke pritur nj\u00eb nism\u00eb nga Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs dhe nga Bashkimi Evropian, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb pas t\u00eb negociojn\u00eb mbi at\u00eb baz\u00eb e cila do t\u2019iu prezantohet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr disa arsye. Arsyeja kryesore \u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb q\u00eb ta largojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb mossukses eventual dhe p\u00ebr kompromiset, q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhet t&#8217;i b\u00ebjn\u00eb, sepse do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e leht\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb arsyetohen para qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, p\u00ebr ato l\u00ebshime gjat\u00eb negociatave, t\u00eb cilat duket se do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb obligueshme<\/em>\u201d, theksoi Muhaxhiri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dialogu \u2018pa krye\u2019 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb interesin e askujt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn, presidenti i Kosov\u00ebs <strong>Hashim Tha\u00e7i<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropaelire.org\/a\/30658874.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ka deklaruar<\/a> se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme, q\u00eb t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb dialog ku do ta k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb \u201c<em>njohjen reciproke dhe p\u00ebrshpejtim t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara<\/em>\u201d, si dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, \u201c<em>Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00eb me Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs dhe gjith\u00eb aleat\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimin e Ballkanit t\u00eb <em>Radios Evropa e Lir\u00eb<\/em>, dy dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, presidenti i Serbis\u00eb <strong>Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropaelire.org\/a\/aleksandar-vuciq-zgjidhja-per-kosoven-\/30657552.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ka theksuar<\/a>\u00a0se n\u00eb dialog nuk do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb q\u00eb ta njoh\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs. Ai gjithashtu ka theksuar se ka \u201c<em>hequr dor\u00eb nga iniciativat e m\u00ebdha<\/em>\u201d dhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb duke pritur \u201c<em>se \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb propozohet<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por, a n\u00ebnkupton kjo q\u00eb pal\u00ebt n\u00eb dialog nuk kan\u00eb iden\u00eb se p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb bisedohet n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn e dialogut?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Analisti i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve politike, <strong>Agon Maliqi<\/strong>, duke folur p\u00ebr <em>Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb<\/em>, thot\u00eb q\u00eb deklaratat e t\u00eb dy president\u00ebve, t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, i sheh si taktik\u00eb dhe q\u00eb nuk sqarojn\u00eb asgj\u00eb. Se di si mund t\u00eb duket ky proces, v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe shum\u00eb spekulative q\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet. Flitet p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb mbase edhe dy procese t\u00eb ndryshme.
