Edhe mua m\u00eb rastisi para kat\u00ebr dit\u00ebsh t\u00eb \u201cfjalosem\u201d me bashk\u00ebveprimtarin veteran Haxhi Bega, n\u00eb prani t\u00eb Nazmi e Syl\u00eb Nuhajt. Haxhiu, p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00eb mundur, – sepse un\u00eb thosha se Serbia nuk do marr\u00ebveshje edhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite, – tha: \u201cHa m… t\u00ebm, n\u00ebse marr\u00ebveshja nuk do t\u00eb miratohet deri n\u00eb shtator.<\/em>\u201d E vendosem bastin me drek\u00eb p\u00ebr rreth dhjet\u00eb veta.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrse ne zhurmojm\u00eb kaq shum\u00eb p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjen e d\u00ebshiruar dhe p\u00ebrse Serbia nuk do marr\u00ebveshje, edhe pse simulon se \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme p\u00ebr \u201cdialog\u201d?<\/p>\n

Ne e duam marr\u00ebveshje \u201cfinale\u201d sepse Serbia na e ka shtr\u00ebnguan lakun n\u00eb fyt, duke pas p\u00ebrkrahjen e Vashingtonit, Brukselit, Mosk\u00ebs e Pekinit. Por q\u00eb ta kemi edhe kryetem\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen, na e ka imponuar Serbia, e cila ka n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim ka kleptokracin\u00eb dhe shumic\u00ebn opinionist\u00ebve \u201ctan\u00eb\u201d, q\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb bro\u00e7kullisin e zhurmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cmarr\u00ebveshje\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyt\u00ebsuar prioritetet q\u00eb kemi, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb gjetja e viktimave t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, d\u00ebmet e luft\u00ebs, zhvillimi ekonomik e arsimor, luftimi i korrupcionit, etj.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk e din\u00eb, apo q\u00eb kan\u00eb harruar, Serbia ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE me 22 dhjetor 2009. Statusi i kandidati p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim i \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar nga BE-ja m\u00eb 1 mars 2012. Bisedimet p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim kan\u00eb filluar me 21 janar 2014.[fusnota 1] M\u00eb 22 janar 2014 Brukseli ka miratuar edhe kusht\u00ebzimet p\u00ebrfundimtare, q\u00eb BE-ja ia ka caktuar Serbis\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e realizimit praktik t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE. N\u00eb kapitullin 35 Serbis\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb kusht nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me Kosov\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u201cnormalizim t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve\u201d, pa p\u00ebrcaktuar kontura t\u00eb saj, por duke p\u00ebrcaktuar se ajo do t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga bisedimet mes Beogradit e Prishtin\u00ebs, n\u00ebn \u201cp\u00ebrkujdesjen\u201d e BE-s\u00eb. Delegacionin serb n\u00eb bisedime p\u00ebr kusht\u00ebzimet q\u00eb u vendosen me 22 janar 2014, e p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin k\u00ebshilltari i presidentit Vu\u00e7iq, Marko \u0110uri\u0107, sekretari i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Veljko Odalovi\u0107 dhe nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebsi serb me Prishtin\u00eb Dejan Pavi\u0107evi\u0107.[2]<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk din\u00eb e as nuk duan t\u00eb marrin vesh, Beogradi nacionalist e neofashist nuk do an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE as n\u00eb NATO, por do ndihmat financiare t\u00eb tyre, duke simuluar sikur do an\u00ebtar\u00ebsime, p\u00ebrndryshe do b\u00ebhet alete e Mosk\u00ebs dhe Pekinit, n\u00ebse nuk e p\u00ebrkrah financiarisht Brukseli dhe Vashingtoni.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr hir t\u00eb rreth 900 milion\u00eb Eurove ndihma vjetore nga BE – q\u00eb i takojn\u00eb Serbis\u00eb nga BE, n\u00ebse p\u00ebrmbush k\u00ebto 35 kusht\u00ebzimet e 22 janarit 2014, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngrit\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb BE pa prapambetje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, Beogradit iu desh t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiste skenar, sikur ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban \u201cnormalizim t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve\u201d me Kosov\u00ebn, por ja q\u00eb at\u00eb po e refuzojn\u00eb politikan\u00ebt e Prishtin\u00ebs. Pra, Beogradi, i cili NUK do marr\u00ebveshje me Kosov\u00ebn as p\u00ebr \u201cnormalizim t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve\u201d, u angazhua ta b\u00ebn\u00eb fajtore Kosov\u00ebn. K\u00ebt\u00eb skenar e realizoj mir\u00eb sidomos p\u00ebrmes presidentit Tha\u00e7i, i cili q\u00eb disa vite po aktron rrolin q\u00eb ia kan\u00eb caktuar epror\u00ebt e tij.<\/p>\n

E, \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb me bind\u00ebse p\u00ebr Bruksel dhe Vashington, p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cargumentuar\u201d pamund\u00ebsi t\u00eb arritjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, se sa k\u00ebrkesa kusht\u00ebzuese e presidentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb Serbia t\u2019ia jep Kosov\u00ebs territorin e tre komunave, q\u00eb tani juridikisht jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e territorit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb?! N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, me k\u00ebt\u00eb truk, presidenti Tha\u00e7i donte t\u00eb mashtronte turmat injorante q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrkrahin n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e tij patriotike p\u00ebr \u201cbashkim t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, Medvegj\u00ebs e Bujanovcit\u201d. K\u00ebshtu, teatraliteti do t\u00eb kompletohej \u2013 q\u00eb t\u00eb bindet Brukseli se Kosova, me k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb re kusht\u00ebzuese, \u00ebsht\u00eb penges\u00eb e nj\u00ebanshme q\u00eb pamund\u00ebson marr\u00ebveshjen e kusht\u00ebzuar n\u00eb kapitullin 35 (t\u00eb 22 janarit 2014).<\/p>\n

Presidenti Vu\u00e7iq, n\u00eb takim me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, me 14 dhjetor 2015, ka k\u00ebrkuar afat kat\u00ebr-vje\u00e7ar p\u00ebr arritje t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes me Kosov\u00ebn dhe i \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar, edhe pse analist\u00ebt n\u00eb Bruksel mendonin se ajo ishte taktik\u00eb serbe p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar koh\u00eb.[3] Prandaj po i ngutet t\u00eb bind BE-n\u00eb, se fajtore \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cpala kosovare\u201d…<\/p>\n

Beogradi diplomatik, me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb efektive p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebrkrahjen e vendimmarr\u00ebsve kryesor n\u00eb politik\u00eb bot\u00ebrore, paralelisht p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsoi edhe Vashingtonin, q\u00eb teatraliteti p\u00ebr \u201cdialog\u201d me Kosov\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebhej me bind\u00ebs, duke imponuar nj\u00eb gar\u00eb, tashm\u00eb t\u00eb Vashingtonit ndaj Brukselit. R\u00ebndom, m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb efektive e p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Vashingtonit \u00ebsht\u00eb korruptimi financiar. Prandaj vajza e presidentit Trump, Ivanka, pat ardhur para dy viteve p\u00ebr \u201cvizit\u00eb turistike\u201d nj\u00eb javore n\u00eb Beograd, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rregulluar modalitetet praktike e kalimit t\u00eb mjeteve korruptive nga Beogradi n\u00eb xhirollogarit\u00eb \u201canonime\u201d t\u00eb korporat\u00ebs kriminale Trump. Kleprokrat\u00ebt \u201ctan\u00eb\u201d, si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur qeverisi KM Haradinaj, por edhe KM Kurti, duket se nuk dit\u00ebn p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto p\u00ebshtjellime t\u00eb koklavitura q\u00eb i inskenonte Beogradi, apo simuluan sikur nuk dit\u00ebn, prandaj e eksponuan Kosov\u00ebn si fajtore kryesore p\u00ebr penges\u00eb t\u00eb bisedimeve me Serbin\u00eb, duke ia krijuar Serbis\u00eb favoret, q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb mos kritikohet m\u00eb p\u00ebr krime t\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por t\u00eb barazohet me \u201cfajet\u201d aktuale q\u00eb po i shkakton Kosova.<\/p>\n

Me ngjan\u00eb, edhe KM Hoti po vazhdon t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin avaz \u2013 t\u00eb na bombardon p\u00ebrdit\u00eb me gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje \u201cfinale\u201d me Serbin\u00eb, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u2019i shkruan zyrtarisht Brukselit, se ka gatishm\u00ebri p\u00ebr bisedime dhe se p\u00ebr start k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb Serbia t\u00eb heq nga Kushtetuta e saj Kosov\u00ebn si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, meq\u00eb delegacionin serb ajo Kushtetut\u00eb e pengon p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb bisedime p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje dhe gjithashtu k\u00ebrkon njohjen e Shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pal\u00eb t\u00eb barabarta n\u00eb bisedime p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjera me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmban marr\u00ebveshja, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb demarkimi i kufirit. N\u00eb shkres\u00eb zyrtare do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebhej njoftimi se ajo u d\u00ebrgohet edhe qeverive t\u00eb Kuintit (meq\u00eb kan\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb nga OKB p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr\u00eb realizimin e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs), duke i lut q\u00eb t\u2019i ofrojn\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs k\u00ebshilla e k\u00ebshilltar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur e m\u00eb operativ n\u00eb bisedimet me Serbin\u00eb, q\u00eb preferohen t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt.<\/p>\n

Kjo, sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbut \u201cfajin\u201d e qeverive Haradinaj e Kurti, edhe pse fatkeq\u00ebsisht, Serbia nuk do marr\u00ebveshje, por nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet fajtore p\u00ebr mosarritje t\u00eb saj. KM Hoti nuk duhet ta shpreh gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr bisedime n\u00eb konferenca shtypi e intervista, sado q\u00eb ato duket t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr konsum t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, populist, por duhet t\u2019i shkruaj zyrtarisht komisionarit Barrel t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, duke ia shfaq gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr bisedime me Serbin\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkesat q\u00eb ka Kosova p\u00ebr momentin, q\u00eb t\u00eb shqyrtoheshin n\u00eb bisedime q\u00eb preferohen t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt. Pra, edhe Prishtina duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsoi taktikat efektive t\u00eb komunikimit e t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit, sepse faj\u00ebsia kujdestare q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb ngarkuar Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb penges\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr konsolidimin shtet\u00ebror dhe zhvillimin ekonomik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Do t\u00eb d\u00ebshiroja, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb tetorit, ta humb bastin dhe un\u00eb ta paguaj drek\u00ebn, e jo Miku Haxhi Bega, i cili ka optimiz\u00ebm pa mbules\u00eb, se marr\u00ebveshja do t\u00eb arrihet deri n\u00eb shtator.<\/p>\n
