Kaher\u00eb e kam menduar dhe planifikuar t\u00eb pasqyroj n\u00eb media shqiptare portretin e k\u00ebshilltarit tim t\u00eb par\u00eb pedagogjik, profesorin e mir\u00ebnjohur t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe, Pjet\u00ebr Dreshaj. Jo p\u00ebr arsye miq\u00ebsie, e p\u00ebr t’i ngritur atij lavdi, por p\u00ebr merit\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb pakontestueshme n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit shqip.<\/p>\n

I lumturuar nga lajmi se Komuna Urbane e Tuzit i ndau k\u00ebtij profesori me formim t\u00eb lart\u00eb, me p\u00ebrgatitje gjuh\u00ebsore, me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie, me kompetenc\u00eb shum\u00eb profesionale dhe me aft\u00ebsi drejtuese n\u00eb profesionin e tij \u00c7mimin p\u00ebr \u201cVeprimtari Jet\u00ebsore\u201d p\u00ebr vitin 2015, po i shkruaj me p\u00ebrkushtim e respekt k\u00ebto rreshta, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb fal\u00ebnderimi dhe mir\u00ebnjohjeje p\u00ebr kontributin e tij v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb madh nd\u00ebr vite t\u00eb k\u00ebtij misonari i cili, mendoj un\u00eb, e meriton \u201cKart\u00ebn e M\u00ebsuesit\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nga njohja ime shum\u00ebvje\u00e7are me profesor Dreshajn m\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb mendje e p\u00ebrher\u00eb t\u00eb gjalla n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn time k\u00ebshilla, ndihma dhe mik\u00ebpritja n\u00eb fshatin ku jeton, n\u00eb Dreshaj, jo larg Tuzit. Gjithmon\u00eb pedant, si\u00e7 i ka hije nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit. I etur p\u00ebr dituri. Njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i gjuh\u00ebs dhe i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe. Pedagog i zoti. I aft\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi. Drejtues vizionar i shkoll\u00ebs. Njeri i qeshur. Komunikues. Pozitiv. I gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebshilla. I dashur dhe i af\u00ebrt me nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, me prind\u00ebr dhe me koleg\u00eb. Korrekt. I drejt\u00eb. Parimor e i p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb profesion.<\/p>\n

Si mik i shtrenjt\u00eb dhe koleg i babait tim, t\u00eb ndjerit Gjon, dhe dashamir i sinqert\u00eb i familjes ton\u00eb, ai m\u00eb ka futur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e arsimit. Dashurin\u00eb dhe k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguljen p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, ma nguliti edhe edhe mua n\u00eb shpirt dhe zem\u00ebr. \u00cbsht\u00eb merit\u00eb e tij q\u00eb m\u00eb b\u00ebri p\u00ebr vete p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar studimet n\u00eb deg\u00ebn – gjuh\u00eb dhe let\u00ebrsi shqipe, detyr\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ushtrova brenda viteve 1979 – 1986 n\u00eb SHF \u201cGjergj Kastrioti- Sk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d n\u00eb vendlindjen time n\u00eb Triesh.<\/p>\n

Pun\u00ebn time gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve me ditar n\u00eb dor\u00eb e mbikqyri me kujdes dhe e vler\u00ebsoi me sukses profesori Dreshaj, asohere k\u00ebshilltar pedagogjik p\u00ebr shkollat me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Udh\u00ebzimet e tij q\u00eb m’i dha p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar planin dhe programin m\u00ebsimor, p\u00ebr t\u00eb organizuar procesin m\u00ebsimor, p\u00ebr t’u njohur me t\u00eb rejat pedagogjike, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e tyre n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar praktik\u00ebn pedagogjike e shum\u00eb\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb ishin me vler\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr mua.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fillimet e mia si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i gjuh\u00ebs dhe i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe pasi p\u00ebrfundoi nj\u00ebra nga or\u00ebt e m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e arsimtar\u00ebve e pyeta profesor Dreshajn: \u201dM\u00eb duket se nuk ju k\u00ebnaqa<\/em>\u201d, \u2013 i thash\u00eb disi i ndrojtur. \u201dJo<\/em> \u2013 m’u p\u00ebrgjigj but\u00ebsisht e me ngroht\u00ebsi. \u2013 Ti si gjithnj\u00eb tregove se ke nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje t\u00eb mir\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnieje dhe meritove vler\u00ebsimin tim t\u00eb lart\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se je i ri n\u00eb profesion<\/em>\u201d. Sa m’u b\u00eb qejfi kur u shpreh k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr mua! Kjo v\u00ebrtet m\u00eb inkurajoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar me m\u00eb shum\u00eb pasion, dashuri e p\u00ebrkushtim profesionin e m\u00ebsuesit.<\/p>\n

Krahas k\u00ebtyre dhe shum\u00eb kujtimeve t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrher\u00eb do t’i ruaj n\u00eb sirtaret e jet\u00ebs sime me origjinalitetin e tyre, n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn time t\u00eb vog\u00ebl ruaj librat e tij t\u00eb leximit p\u00ebr fillorist\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, disa nga p\u00ebrkthimet dhe nga shkrimet e tija t\u00eb bukura dhe t\u00eb kujdesshme tipik prej gjuh\u00ebtari, t\u00eb cilat i ka botuar n\u00eb shtypin e koh\u00ebs. Por nuk arrita t\u00eb siguroj asnj\u00eb raport (vler\u00ebsim) zyrtar t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn time si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb jotransparenc\u00ebs s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Po ju kujtoj lexuesve se Pjet\u00ebr Dreshaj ishte edhe fol\u00ebs dhe gazetar i mir\u00eb. Si f\u00ebmij\u00eb me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi e d\u00ebgjonim familjarisht z\u00ebrin e tij t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl dhe imponues n\u00eb val\u00ebt e Radio Titogradit t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm (sot Radioja e Malit t\u00eb Zi), n\u00eb emisonet shqip javore, nj\u00ebor\u00ebshe, t\u00eb marteve n\u00eb ora 18, n\u00ebse nuk kam harruar.<\/p>\n

Dhe, n\u00eb mbyllje, po shtoj se Pjet\u00ebr Dreshaj e meriton t\u00eb nderohet dhe vler\u00ebsohet portreti tij. Sepse ai me profesionin e tij p\u00ebrcolli gjithmon\u00eb dituri e kultur\u00eb tek nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. P\u00ebr mua ishte dhe mbeti model i arsimdh\u00ebnies.
