IDRIZ ZEQIRAJ<\/strong><\/p>\n

Festimi i 12 Q\u00ebrshorit t\u00eb sivjem, ishte i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebs. Sharm festiv, bukurie e dinjiteti i dha k\u00ebsaj date historike kryetarja e Parlamentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Vjos\u00eb Osmani. Fjala e saj emocionale dhe p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsore, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn festive kuvendore; lulet e mbjella n\u00eb kujtim t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve jet\u00ebk\u00ebputur mizorisht, ngjall\u00ebn emocione skajore, n\u00eb zemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb kudondodhur, por, edhe tek t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, q\u00eb pan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ploj\u00eb makabre, n\u00eb mbyllje t\u00eb shekullit 20-t\u00eb!<\/p>\n

\u00c7lirimi i Kosov\u00ebs ka ve\u00e7antin\u00eb e vet, q\u00eb ndryshon nga rastet tjera, nga vendet tjera. \u00cbsht\u00eb \u00e7lirim n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb, pas 78 dit\u00ebve t\u00eb bombardimit nga pakti NATO, mbi caqet armike. Tanket marshojn\u00eb drejt\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pa krisma arm\u00ebsh. Dhe, kjo mrekulli ndodhi m\u00eb 12 Q\u00ebrshor 1999. Andaj, Kosova, an\u00ebp\u00ebrtej, ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb dat\u00eb \u00e7lirimi – 12 Q\u00ebrshorin.<\/p>\n

\u00c7udit\u00ebrisht, p\u00ebrjashto Presidentin Rugova, i cili e ka pag\u00ebzuar 12 Q\u00ebrshorin dat\u00eb t\u00eb vetme t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, “komandant\u00ebt”, tashm\u00eb, t\u00eb etur me pushtet, kan\u00eb hezituar, ngurruar ta thon\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, madje, nd\u00ebr vite. Ata donin ta relativizonin \u00e7lirimin faktik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nga NATO-pakti, m\u00eb 12 Q\u00ebrshor, p\u00ebr ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me t\u00eb “b\u00ebmat” e tyre “luftarake”, por, me nj\u00eb datim tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb beteje, ata e shp\u00ebrndan\u00eb 12 Q\u00ebrshorin, n\u00eb datime kohore nga 9 qershori, deri m\u00eb 21 q\u00ebrshor! Fiktivisht, rrejsh\u00ebm, kalkuluan dit\u00ebt e \u00e7lirimit n\u00ebp\u00ebr komuna.<\/p>\n

Ajo q\u00eb bie n\u00eb sy, \u00ebsht\u00eb paturp\u00ebsia cinike n\u00eb festimet “\u00e7liruese”, jasht\u00eb dat\u00ebs t\u00eb 12 Q\u00ebrshorit, se mungojn\u00eb luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt faktik\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e pranojn\u00eb dhe festojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm 12 Q\u00ebrshorin. K\u00ebta luft\u00ebtar\u00eb, edhe pse qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e luft\u00ebs aktive, jan\u00eb modest\u00eb, madje, luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr Atdhe, nuk e konsidetojn\u00eb sakrific\u00eb, por, detyr\u00eb. Andaj, nuk mburr\u00ebn me luft\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb, por, gjith\u00ebsesi, ndjehen krenar\u00eb t\u00eb heshtur dhe dinjitoz\u00eb.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebta luft\u00ebtar\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e disa “bi\u00e7im” shoqatash, kinse, “t\u00eb dala nga lufta”, t\u00eb cilat, t\u00eb instrumentalizuara nga shefat e tyre pushtetar\u00eb, rrast t\u00eb inkriminuar, p\u00ebr dy dekada radhazi, kan\u00eb provokuar, shantazhuar, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar dhe p\u00ebrgjakur popullin e Kosov\u00ebs. Me sjelljet e tyre t\u00eb vrazd\u00ebta, banditeske, rruga\u00e7\u00ebrore e kriminale, ua ngrin\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve buz\u00ebqeshjen e liris\u00eb. Ngjarjet e mars-prillit 2004, jan\u00eb vep\u00ebr ekskluzive t\u00eb PAN-it t\u00eb sot\u00ebm, me skenar e regji t\u00eb Beogradit. Q\u00eb aty kan\u00eb lindur decentralizimi dhe, m\u00eb pas, “Zajednica”.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb posht\u00ebruese, kur n\u00eb sheshet e disa komunave, n\u00eb k\u00ebto festime t\u00eb sajuara e fiktive, t\u00eb organizuara nga “komandant\u00ebt” t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm, b\u00ebhen bisht i tyre edhe kuadro t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb. Festime t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb rrejshme, zbehin edhe fest\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit – 12 Q\u00ebrshorin. Festimet jasht\u00eb k\u00ebsaj date, jan\u00eb t\u00eb rrejshme dhe, si t\u00eb tilla, duhet shmangur nga datimet festive “\u00e7liruese” lokale. \u00cbsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb e kryekomunar\u00ebve, me stafet e tyre komunale, ta p\u00ebrgadisin fest\u00ebn e \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, m\u00eb 12 Q\u00ebrshor. Datimet paralele t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarje t\u00eb shpall\u00ebn t\u00eb paligjshme, duke i konsideruar si promovime individuale t\u00eb “komandant\u00ebve”, p\u00ebr ta kompensuar at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb lufte!<\/p>\n

Dyzimi i 12 Q\u00ebrshorit, n\u00eb duzin\u00eb datim\u00ebsh, hezitimi, ngurrimi, p\u00ebr ta pranuar si dat\u00eb t\u00eb vetme t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nga ana e “komandant\u00ebve”, t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs, se ata nuk duan ta pranojn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, ngaq\u00eb ishin jasht\u00eb funksionit luftarak, p\u00ebrjashto heroik\u00ebt e Koshar\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Rrjedhimisht, L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, q\u00eb minimizon rolin vendimtar nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetme. T\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje jan\u00eb edhe krer\u00ebt PAN-ist\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, pa p\u00ebrjashtim, jan\u00eb majtist\u00eb t\u00eb mykur edhe sot, ashtu si\u00e7 ishin edhe dje, brenda LPK-s\u00eb, stalinist\u00eb t\u00eb neveritsh\u00ebm. Dhe, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb, ata devalvojn\u00eb, zvetnojn\u00eb dat\u00ebn e \u00e7lirimit – 12 Q\u00ebrshorin, duke e shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb at\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb fiktive, t\u00eb rrejshme, n\u00eb disa datime se, gjoja, U\u00c7K-ja, e prir\u00eb nga “komandant\u00ebt heroik\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb \u00e7liruan Kosov\u00ebn!” Ky falsifikim grotesk, \u00ebsht\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht i lexuesh\u00ebm. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sforcim i skajsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr t`u imponuar si faktor\u00eb “\u00e7lirues” ekskluziv!<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr\u00e7udnues \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se n\u00eb Gjyqin e Hag\u00ebs, t\u00eb akuzuarit dhe d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt e k\u00ebrkuar nga ata, kryesisht, ata q\u00eb thirr\u00ebn n\u00eb luft\u00ebn, mohonin t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pasur ushtri (U\u00c7K-e) t\u00eb organizuar. P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr asaj q\u00eb kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe libra, p\u00ebr “betejat heroike t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb”, para trupit gjykues t\u00eb Hag\u00ebs, U\u00c7K-n\u00eb e reduktonin n\u00eb disa grupe anarkiste, ve\u00e7sa nuk thonin banda kriminale, “pa komand\u00eb t\u00eb centralizuar hierarkike!” B\u00eblb\u00ebzimet e tyre ishin qyqare dhe turp\u00ebruese – nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh!<\/p>\n

M\u00ebrgata shqiptare p\u00ebrcjell me shqet\u00ebsim shum\u00ebsin\u00eb e datimeve “\u00e7liruese” t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe q\u00ebllimet djall\u00ebzore t\u00eb ekstremit t\u00eb majt\u00eb PAN-ist\u00eb, rob\u00ebr t\u00eb ideologjis\u00eb sllaviste. P\u00ebr dy dekada radhazi, i bien teneqes s\u00eb shpuar, p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrveht\u00ebsuar luft\u00ebn e pab\u00ebr\u00eb.
