Dita e zgjedhjeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebta qytetar\u00eb duket si dit\u00eb e r\u00ebndomt\u00eb. Gjysma e votues\u00ebve nuk po marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin e t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebs dhe shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb ndodhive t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme politike, duke mbetur anash nj\u00eb procesi politik shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishem. Armata e t\u00eb painteresuar\u00ebve, t\u00eb demoralizuar\u00ebve, e t\u00eb frustruar\u00ebve, duket s\u00eb nuk i kan parap\u00eblqyer kandidatet dhe partit\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n<p>Mos p\u00ebrcaktimi p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb opcion politik dhe identifikimi me te, apo edhe shkaq\u00ebt tjera, kan qen\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr bojkot. Ky mos interesim p\u00ebr dalje n\u00eb zgjedhje nacionale dhe n\u00eb zgjedhje lokale, e ka d\u00ebmtuar vendin. Gjendja n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet nuk ndryshon duke mbajtur an\u00ebn e bojkotit, por inkuadrimit n\u00eb secilin proces politik e shoq\u00ebror, e k\u00ebshtu edhe pjesmarrja active n\u00eb zgjedhje. Ky opurtunitet do t\u00eb thosha, nuk i ka kantribuar proseve demokratike, dhe as proceseve zhvillimore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo mos dalje n\u00eb votime, ve\u00e7 sa e ka theksuar kriz\u00ebn, madje po shohim edhe kthime mbrapa. Mos dalja nuk duhet t\u00eb shikohet si problem individual, por duhet t\u00eb shikohet si problematik\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore- politike p\u00ebr vendin. Nese ne nuk i ndihmojm\u00eb vetit, nuk duhet pritur s\u00eb nga anash na rregullohen pun\u00ebt. Kjo pjes\u00eb e madhe nuk e kan b\u00ebr\u00eb zgjedhjen e duhur. Jam shum\u00eb i bindur s\u00eb sikur t\u00eb kishim pasur dalje m\u00eb masovike n\u00eb zgjedhje, nuk do ti kishim tash gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto probleme politike dhe probleme t\u00eb tjera zhvillimore.<\/p>\n<p>Duke e shikuar s\u00eb secila dit\u00eb po na b\u00ebh\u00ebt m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb s\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebrcaktimin p\u00ebr dalje masovike duhet shikuar si rrug\u00eb te vetme, q\u00eb ta kemi nj\u00eb elit\u00eb politike n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Bojkotuesit tradicional jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shpina dhe dekori i mir\u00eb i partive politike n\u00eb pushtet. Pse m\u00eb ju dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi t\u00eb till\u00eb? P\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pyetje m\u00eb s\u00eb miri \u00ebsht\u00eb ta gjejn\u00eb ata vet. Sigurisht s\u00eb ka pasur njer\u00ebz t\u00eb till\u00eb apo organizata q\u00eb i kan\u00eb koontribuar shum\u00eb bojkotit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve, m\u00eb q\u00eblllime t\u00eb caktuara politike.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb pranohet. Kjo iu ka mund\u00ebsuar k\u00ebsaj elite politike t\u00eb grabisin para m\u00eb boll\u00ebk, t\u00eb kan privilegje dhe fuqi politike t\u00eb madhe. Gjithashtu ju ka mund\u00ebsuar t\u00eb sill\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme dhe brutale. K\u00ebt\u00eb nuk mund ta v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim askush. Mos daljen n\u00eb zgjedhje nuk duhet kuptuar si zgjedhje e t\u00eb keqes, apo t\u00eb zgjedhjes m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl e t\u00eb keq\u00ebs. Por, zgjedhjet mbahen dhe kan kuptim p\u00ebr alternativa t\u00eb mira dhe productive politike.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ibrahim Rugova mbetet zgjedhja me e mir\u00eb nga ana e qytetar\u00ebve, s\u00eb kishte edhe dalje m\u00eb masovike n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb. Nese b\u00ebjm\u00eb matjen e t\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb negativiteve t\u00eb mos daljes t\u00eb 50 p\u00ebrqind t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb votime, primatin e ka kjo e dyta, q\u00eb ka krijuar nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, m\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb. P\u00ebsha e t\u00eb keq\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e madhe, dhe shkon n\u00eb an\u00ebn e profiter\u00ebve dhe lider\u00ebve radikal t\u00eb politik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo elit\u00eb politike jan\u00eb m\u00ebkataret t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan inspiruar gjerat m\u00eb t\u00eb mbrapshta, q\u00eb kan mundur t\u00eb na ndodhin pas luft\u00ebs. Pse kemi nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb till\u00eb gadi kolapsuese nuk mund t\u00eb lirohen nga faji, ata q\u00eb po i bojkotojn\u00eb zgjedhjet\u2026 E tash m\u00eb pak do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballeshim m\u00eb figura t\u00eb kompremetuara politike.
