Do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb q\u00eb Gjykata respektive me tipare t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Dhomat e Specializuara n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje aktakuza e dh\u00ebn\u00eb si lajm\u00eb p\u00ebr opnionin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar pa (shqyrtimin paraprak t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs) dhe e mbushur me miliona t\u00eb “dh\u00ebna” kund\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebs dhe udh\u00ebheqjes ligjime dhe nderi i kombit t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb (Hashim Tha\u00e7i) me djelmenin\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb valide p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse k\u00ebto sajime jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime p\u00ebr ul\u00eb \u00e7mimin e krimeve nga sh\u00ebrbimet sekrete ushtarake dhe policore vrastare dhe t\u00eb or\u00ebve t\u00eb gjenocidit ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve dhe Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Avokat\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb akredituar n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Gjykate nj\u00eb nacionale (vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt dhe Kosov\u00ebn)t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb v\u00ebrtetimin e qindra burimeve nga terreni i zjarreve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb ep\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ushtrie fashiste, q\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha logjistikat e saj ishte n\u00eb krah t\u00eb regjimit fashist e t\u00eb gjenocidit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb s\u00eb Sllobodan Millosheviqit p\u00ebr shfarosjen e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebr tok\u00ebn e djegur t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs!<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna duhet t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrohet bota demokratike, BE-ja dhe SHBA-ja n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb, aktakuza kund\u00ebr kryetarit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs Hashim Tha\u00e7i dhe Kadri Veseli t\u00eb hidhen posht\u00eb dhe mos t\u00eb lejohet t\u00eb marr\u00eb njoll\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me sajimet e sh\u00ebrbimeve sekrete t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, me genjeshtra nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb ndyshmet sipas babait serb Dobrica Qosiq, – n\u00ebnvizimi im, – g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn e kemi pun\u00eb patriotike serbe(sic!).<\/p>\n
