Sim\u00eb Dobreci<\/strong> (<em>1934-2020<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebn e marte me 16 qershor 2020 n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 86, vdiq n\u00eb Bratic\u00eb-Ulqin dr. Sim\u00eb Dobreci, mjeku, profesori universitar, studiuesi dhe intelektuali i njohur n\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka lindur m\u00eb 27 mars 1934, n\u00eb Bratic\u00eb-Ulqin, me origjin\u00eb nga Shestani i Kraj\u00ebs. Shkoll\u00ebn tet\u00ebvje\u00e7are e ka kryer n\u00eb Bratic\u00eb e Ulqin(1953), gjimnazin klasik n\u00eb Tivar(1957), fakultetin e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd(1963). Fillimisht ka punuar n\u00eb Tivar e Ulqin(1964-67). M\u00eb pas shkoi n\u00eb spitalin e Prishtin\u00ebs (1967), ku filloj specializimin e dermatologjis\u00eb dhe e kreu n\u00eb Zagreb (1970). N\u00eb vitin 1973 zgjidhet asistent i dermatologjis\u00eb n\u00eb Fakultetin e Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Nj\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte drejtor i klinik\u00ebs n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb duke u marr\u00eb me veprimtari sh\u00ebnd\u00ebt\u00ebsore, edukative e shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>U doktorua n\u00eb Fakultetin e Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1980. N\u00eb Fakultetin e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb fillimisht ishte docent i dermatologjis\u00eb(1984), profesor inordinar(1989) dhe profesor ordinar(1994). P\u00ebr student\u00ebt e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb botoi librin e Dermatologjia(1980) si dhe botime t\u00eb tjera. Dr.Dobreci \u00ebsht\u00eb doktori i par\u00eb i mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb deg\u00ebn e dermatologjis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe e t\u00ebr\u00eb veprimtaria e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb deg\u00eb t\u00eb mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb, duke mbet model p\u00ebr student\u00ebt dhe koleg\u00ebt e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi n\u00eb vitin 1990\/91 regjimi serb e p\u00ebrjashtoi prej klinikave kuadrin arsimor shqiptar, e t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin fat e pat edhe Dr.Sim\u00eb Dobreci, duke vazhduar t\u00eb punoj n\u00eb sht\u00ebpia private.Me paraqitje shkencore ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb konferenca, sesione e takime t\u00eb ndryshme shkenore n\u00eb vend dhe n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e jashtme. Ishte kryeredaktor i revist\u00ebs Praxis Medica, revist\u00eb profesionale shkencore e Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Mjek\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Me pun\u00ebn e tij profesionale dhe raportet e krijuara me pacient\u00ebt, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Ulqin e gjetiu, ka mbetur em\u00ebr i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb mjek\u00ebsi, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb admiruar si rrall\u00eb kush, duke i mbetur besnik betimit t\u00eb Hipokratit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebriudha m\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare, shquhej p\u00ebr guxim intelektual n\u00eb mbrojte t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb popullit shqiptar. Ai ishte n\u00ebnshkrues i Peticionit t\u00eb 215 intelektual\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb kund\u00ebr dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb pushtetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas daljes n\u00eb pension dr.Sim\u00eb Dobreci, kthehet n\u00eb vendlindje n\u00eb Bratic\u00eb, duke mos qen\u00eb pasiv, por merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore, shkencore e kulturore, q\u00eb lidh\u00ebn me Shestanin, Kraj\u00ebn, An\u00ebn e Malit, Ulqinin e Tivarin. \u00cbsht\u00eb themelues i Shoqat\u00ebs \u201c<strong>Dom Gjon Buzuku<\/strong>\u201d, si dhe i revist\u00ebs \u201c<strong>Buzuku<\/strong>\u201d, nga viti 2001, ku ishte kryeredaktor p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs, ku deri me tash kan\u00eb dalur 52 numra.<\/p>\n<p>Si intelektual me p\u00ebrmasa komb\u00ebtare ai ishte i shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr emigrimin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht shpopullimin e vendbanimeve n\u00eb Shestan e n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, e sidomos n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti humbjen e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, gjuh\u00ebsor e kulturor t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke p\u00ebrjetuar asimilim t\u00eb heshtur. Pik\u00ebrisht, duke qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb i dukurive t\u00eb tilla antishqiptare, ai u angazhu maksimalisht t\u00eb botoj\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nga tradita dhe trash\u00ebgimia shqiptare e k\u00ebtij mjedisi, p\u00ebr ti publikuar si l\u00ebnd\u00eb m\u00eb vler\u00eb shum\u00ebdimensionale n\u00eb faqet e revist\u00ebs \u201cBuzuku\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt meritat e dr. Sim\u00eb Dobrecit jan\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, si pak kush n\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb s\u00eb kjo revist\u00eb p\u00ebr nga koncepti, p\u00ebrmbajtja, analiza dhe trajtimi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb unike p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, dhe se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb merita kryesore i takon dr.Sim\u00eb Dobrecit, i cili nuk ka kursyer koh\u00eb por edhe energji p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb materiale interesante p\u00ebr lexuesit.<\/p>\n<p>Veprimtaria e dr.Sim\u00eb Dobrecit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb dimensionale. Esht\u00eb merit\u00eb e tij organizimi i konferenc\u00ebs shkencore \u201c<strong>Kraja me ve\u00e7antit\u00eb shestanase nep\u00ebr shekuj<\/strong>\u201d mbajtur me 7-8 tetor 2011, n\u00eb Ulqin. Artikujt e botuar n\u00eb revist\u00ebn \u201c<strong>Buzuku<\/strong>\u201d e m\u00eb pas em\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb \u201c<strong>Gjon Buzuku<\/strong>\u201d, jan\u00eb me vler\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr albanologjin\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Duke marr\u00eb parasysh vlerat e k\u00ebtij materiali i nj\u00ebjti \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur n\u00eb dy libra. E ato jan\u00eb \u201c<strong>Krijime popullore shestanase<\/strong>\u201d(2017) dhe \u201c<strong>P\u00ebrmbledhje vlerash njer\u00ebzore<\/strong>\u201d(2018).<\/p>\n<p>Duke qen\u00eb themelues dhe kryeredaktor i revist\u00ebs BUZUKU, nga viti 2001 e deri m\u00eb tash opinionit i ka ofruar nj\u00eb arkiv t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash me qasje shum\u00ebdimensionale, q\u00eb paraqesin nj\u00eb thesar t\u00eb diturive albanologjike. N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb hulumtimit disavje\u00e7ar\u00eb me plot pasion p\u00ebr vendin e origjin\u00ebs s\u00eb tij autori na ka ofruar t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr Shestanin n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti e Kraj\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, q\u00eb do mbesin si testament p\u00ebr brezat e ardhsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Ai me qendrimin intelektual dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin idealist p\u00ebrballoj pengesat subjektive t\u00eb ca individ\u00ebve mediok\u00ebr n\u00eb lidhje me veprimtarin\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs \u201cDom Gjon Buzuku\u201d dhe n\u00eb revist\u00ebn \u201cBuzuku\u201d. Por, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb parimore ai kishte mbeshtetj\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb revist\u00ebs e cila nga numri 41 u em\u00ebrtu \u201cGjon Buzuku\u201d, duke vazhduar me p\u00ebrkujdesj\u00ebn e tij profesionale e materiale deri n\u00eb numrin 52.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb angazhimit dhe pjes\u00ebmarrj\u00ebs n\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme shkencore e kulturore, dr.Sim\u00eb Dobreci \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar nga institucione e subjekte t\u00eb ndryshme me mir\u00ebnjohje, diploma e fal\u00ebnderime. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast dua t\u00eb ceki disa m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmet q\u00eb jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ambasador i Paq\u00ebs<\/strong>, nga Federata e Paqes Universale(2011),<br \/>\n\u201c<strong>\u00c7mimi tradicional<\/strong>\u201d nga Shoqata \u201cArt Club\u201d-Ulqin(2012),<br \/>\n\u201c<strong>Mir\u00ebnjohja e Ulqinit<\/strong>\u201d (2014), nga Komuna e Ulqinit,<br \/>\n\u201c<strong>Medaljen Presienciale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs<\/strong>\u201d (2016) nga presidentja e Kosov\u00ebs, Atifete Jahjaga, si dhe dekorimin me \u00e7mimin<br \/>\n\u201c<strong>Nderi i Kombit<\/strong>\u201d m\u00eb 1 prill 2017, nga presidenti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Bujar Nishani.<\/p>\n<p>Kudo qe punoi u dallu m\u00eb pun\u00ebn profesionale e pedagogjiko-arsimore, duke qen\u00eb sh\u00ebmbull edhe p\u00ebr koleg\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, duke fituar autoritet t\u00eb madh. Ka mbetur n\u00eb kujtes\u00eb t\u00eb shum\u00eb gjeneratave si profesori model p\u00ebr ato student\u00eb qe pat\u00ebn fat ta ken\u00eb pedagog t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb nderuar t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm,<br \/>\nDuke analizuar veprimtarin\u00eb e t\u00ebr\u00ebsishme t\u00eb dr.
