Akademia Shqiptare-Amerikane e Shkencave dhe Arteve, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, por jemi t\u00eb sigurt\u00eb se duhet dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e ligjshme q\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha dokumentet, aktakuzat e aktet tjera juridike t\u00eb hiqet termi \u201ckrimet e pretenduara t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb\u201d. <\/p>\n

Lufta e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb ishte luft\u00eb e drejt\u00eb, luft\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00ebmbrojtje, luft\u00eb \u00e7lirimtare, prandaj \u00e7do kush q\u00eb thot\u00eb se n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale do t\u00eb pastrohet lufta e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb nuk q\u00ebndron, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb qesharake dhe e padrejt\u00eb, sepse di\u00e7ka q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe e past\u00ebr, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn nuk do t\u00eb intervenonte NATO, p\u00ebr ta ndihmuar U\u00c7K-n\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ta shp\u00ebtuar popullin shqiptar\u00eb nga gjenocidi serb. (vrasje, ekzekutime, p\u00ebrdhunime, masakra, djegie, shkat\u00ebrrime, d\u00ebbime…)<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse me v\u00ebmendje e shikoni, lexoni dhe analizoni raportin e ICMP-s\u00eb, do t\u00eb bindeni se kush ishte agresori e kush viktima, at\u00ebher\u00eb edhe mund t\u00eb gjykoni drejt\u00eb edhe do ta veni drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb vend, por jo, dhe n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nga raporti i Dick Marty, kryek\u00ebput i bazuar n\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb fabrikuara nga agjencit\u00eb serbo-ruse, t\u00eb cilat le q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta por jan\u00eb qesharake dhe t\u00eb pamundura p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn flet raporti i tij… <\/p>\n

N\u00eb vazhdim po ua p\u00ebrshkruajm\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb raportit t\u00eb antropologut t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb ICMP-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr mjek\u00ebsi ligjore Dr.Mark Skinner:
\nN\u00eb Raportin e Komisionit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Persona t\u00eb Zhdukur, thuhet se gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb mesin e viktimave civile, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb gjetur n\u00eb varrezat e masive n\u00eb Serbi, jan\u00eb ngritur dyshime serioze p\u00ebr heqjen e organeve t\u00eb civil\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb ishin marr\u00eb peng nga forcat serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ky raport \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar nga antropologu i lart\u00eb i ICMP-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr mjek\u00ebsi ligjore Dr.Mark Skinner, sipas t\u00eb cilit k\u00ebto dyshime jan\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar te 82 persona, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin transportuar t\u00eb gjall\u00eb deri n\u00eb Serbi, ku t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit m\u00eb pas ishin varrosur me arkivole dhe qese t\u00eb etiketuara n\u00eb varrezat e Rashk\u00ebs, Batanjic\u00ebs dhe Petrovosell\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ekspertiza ka v\u00ebrtetuar se k\u00ebta trupa nuk ishin ekzekutuar me plumba apo mbytur me mjete tjera, por vdekja e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht e nj\u00eb natyre tjet\u00ebr, ka shkruar ne raport Dr. Skinner, i cili potencon se n\u00eb Batajnic\u00eb kishte 8 lokacione, ku jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto zhvarrime. T\u00eb gjitha lokacionet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raport jan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar me shkurtesa si; BA1, BA2, deri n\u00eb BA8. Nga zhvarrimet e k\u00ebtyre lokacioneve jan\u00eb 705 kufoma t\u00eb plota. Serbia nuk ka qen\u00eb aq humane q\u00eb t’i d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb viktimat p\u00ebr pushkatim e m\u00eb pas t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesej p\u00ebr varrimin e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rregullt. N\u00eb mesin e k\u00ebtyre viktimave q\u00eb dyshohet se iu jan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb organet, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb 13 meshkuj, 14 femra dhe 9 f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Within the publication of the first accusations from the Special Court of law, the Albanian-American Academy of Sciences and Arts in New York, Tirane\u0308, Prishtine\u0308 and Shkup, based on the facts and judicial norms, studied from the members of the members of the Accademy, the experts of the International Law dedected flaws in the accusation published by the Special Office of Justice, we came to see the term \u201canti-law killing\u201d which makes us understand that all the killings made by the paramilitary forces in the Albanian population in 1998\/1999 are called \u201clegal killing\u201d, which has to be explained by the Special Attorney General!
\n\tAlbanian- American Academy of Sciences and Arts, will never interfere in the matter of justice but insist upon wiping the qualification \u201cthe pretended crimes of UC\u0327K\u201d.
\n\tThe war of UC\u0327K, was righteous, self- defensive, a liberation one, that is why the slogan that the war for the cleansing-was a self-defending war, that is why the accusation was unrighteous, extremely clean, otherwise there would not be any intervention by NATO to help the Albanians from the genocide, killing, massacres, burnings, raping, just on the behalf of helping the Albanians.
\n \tIf you carefully read and analyse the report of ICMP-you will be convinced that who was the victim e who the aggressor, thus the report of Dick Marty,based on untruthful data and moments are completely impossible…
\n\tHere are some sequences of the report of the famous anthropologist of ICMP, on legal medicine Dr.Mark Skinner:
\n\tIn their report Of the International COMMISSION FOR THE lost people, there are a lot of massive graves in Serbia, where lots of bodies are found with stolen organs, mainly by the Albanian civilians who were kidnapped by the Serbian police forces.. This report has been written from the high anthropologists of ICMP, Who doubted civilians, later on wrapped in nylon bags and buried in Rashke\u0308, Batanjice\u0308 and Petrovoselle\u0308. What is more Dr. Skinner, underlines the fact in Batajnice\u0308 were 8 lokations, where the undigging took place. All these operations are marked with the following abbreviations BA1, BA2, up to BA8. By undigging of these locations where the organs have been taken ther have been 13 men, 14 femaales and 9 children.
\nThere is a whole range ofof crimes, evidented by International Organizations such as:

\n\tConsequences of war on people, massacres, organized murder, and even of entire families during the period January 1998 – June 1999:
\n-Killed: 13.500 viktims from Kosova,
\n -1.392 children up to 18 years of age,
\n-296 children up to 5 years,
\n-1.739 female,
\n-1.882 elderly over 65 years of age,
\n-1,450 residents are still missing,
\n-20,400 Albanian women were raped.
\n\tAccording to UNCHR data, in early June 1999, there were about 1 million refugees from Kosovo deported from Kosovo during the NATO bombing period.
\nSetting refugees by country was:
\n-443,300 were settled in Albania;
\n-247,800 in Macedonia,
\n-69,300 in Montenegro;
\n-21,700 in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
\n\tAccording to accurate data it was a total of 782,100. A total of 76,475 refugees settled in other parts of the world, including:
