P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye u kishte d\u00ebrguar ftes\u00eb akademik\u00ebve dhe profesoratit t\u00eb universiteteve. Nuk dim\u00eb emra, pasi nuk jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publik\u00eb. Por k\u00ebsaj ftese iu p\u00ebrgjigj vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pedagoge. T\u00eb tjer\u00ebt e bojkotuan, apo refuzuan, ta quajm\u00eb si t\u00eb duam.<\/p>\n<p>Ata mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdolloj arsyeje dhe ju mund ti justifikoni. Por un\u00eb nuk i justifikoj. P\u00ebrkundrazi, e cil\u00ebsoj k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim, si d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb q\u00eb ka prekur shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb deri n\u00eb maj\u00eb t\u00eb kok\u00ebs, tek \u201ctruri i vog\u00ebl\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo klas\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb elita e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 3-5 % t\u00eb saj. Shpesh ne ankohemi se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend vendimet i marrin t\u00eb marr\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebn\u00e7urit nuk pyeten. Se elita \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb, se Shqip\u00ebria ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb batak\u00e7injve etj etj.<\/p>\n<p>Por, kur k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb men\u00e7urit e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, ftohen t\u00eb japin mendimet e tyre p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, ata refuzojn\u00eb. Refuzojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, si t\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb t\u00eb organizuar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrse e b\u00ebjn\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00eb doja ta d\u00ebgjoja nga ata vet\u00eb, por nuk i kemi. At\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hipotezojm\u00eb.<br \/>\nRefuzuan sepse nuk kan\u00eb besim? Sepse mendojn\u00eb se, \u00e7far\u00ebdo q\u00eb t\u00eb themi ne, ata do t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb duan vet\u00eb dhe mendimin ton\u00eb e duan vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr fasad\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refuzuan sepse jan\u00eb thjesht\u00eb indiferent\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sepse ndjehen mir\u00eb n\u00eb qoshen e tyre dhe nuk duan t\u00eb ngat\u00ebrrohen me politik\u00ebn, e cila e nd\u00ebrron gun\u00ebn sipas stin\u00ebve?<\/p>\n<p>Mundet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto nga pak arsye. Por sido t\u00eb jet\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e nj\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendjeje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. \u00c7do dit\u00eb ne d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb nj\u00eb referen p\u00ebrgj\u00ebrues, t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb dyan ndryshim. Ai q\u00eb punon n\u00eb administrat\u00eb dhe e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnojn\u00eb me vendin e pun\u00ebs?<\/p>\n<p>Jo, ndryshimin e prodhon elita e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Idet\u00eb e m\u00ebdha i prodhon ajo, dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr thjesht\u00eb i shkon pas.<\/p>\n<p>Por kush dhe ku \u00ebsht\u00eb elita jon\u00eb? A \u00ebsht\u00eb elit\u00eb kjo, q\u00eb kur e ftojn\u00eb t\u00eb jan\u00eb mendimin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e hapjes ose jo t\u00eb listave t\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve struket si struci?<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta njer\u00ebz mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb mij\u00eb arsye, por ata duhet t\u00eb din\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb: Ata nuk i p\u00ebrkasin thjesht\u00eb vets dhe familjes s\u00eb tyre. Ata jan\u00eb inteligjenca, jan\u00eb truri i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe i kombit dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr dytyr\u00eb t\u00eb flasin kur t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk din\u00eb, apo nuk munden.
