{"id":58056,"date":"2020-07-15T17:54:21","date_gmt":"2020-07-15T15:54:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/?p=58056"},"modified":"2020-07-16T07:04:34","modified_gmt":"2020-07-16T05:04:34","slug":"rasti-i-humbur-i-vjosa-osmanit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/rasti-i-humbur-i-vjosa-osmanit\/","title":{"rendered":"Rasti i humbur i Vjosa Osmanit!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: <strong>Florim Zeqa<\/strong>, <em>15.07.2020<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vota e elektoratit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Vjosa Osmanin n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 6 tetorit 2019, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se shprehje e vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit p\u00ebr ndryshim, erdhi si produkt i ngulfatjes s\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit n\u00eb procesin e brendsh\u00ebm zgjedhor, gjegj\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb deformuar zgjedhor t\u00eb partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, vota p\u00ebr Vjosa Osmanin n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 6 Tetorit 2019 nuk ishte rast\u00ebsi, por shp\u00ebrthim vullkanik i LDK-s\u00eb post-rugoviane p\u00ebr \u00e7kapjen e partis\u00eb nga klanet dhe grupet e interesit p\u00ebr rikthim t\u00eb identitetit rugovian t\u00eb partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barrikadimi i gabuar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pas prishjes s\u00eb koalicionit qeveris\u00ebs LVV-LDK, Vjosa Osmani n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb respektoj vendimet e partis\u00eb u barrikadua kund\u00ebr saj dhe n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb partis\u00eb rivale.<\/p>\n<p>Ky ishte gabimi m\u00eb fatal p\u00ebr Vjosa Osmanin, p\u00ebr arsye se parimet politike dhe rugovizmi nuk mbrohen nga bastioni i nj\u00eb partie rivale e filozofis\u00eb politike rugoviane siq \u00ebsht\u00eb LVV-ja dhe lideri i saj majtist.<\/p>\n<p>Kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt politik t\u00eb filozofis\u00eb politike rugoviane jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb dhe shumllojsh\u00ebm, por Albin Kurti \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebt dhe m\u00eb i devotshmi nga gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb jo q\u00eb po e them\u00eb un\u00eb, por jan\u00eb faktet historike, mediat e shkruara dhe elektronike q\u00eb e d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb nj\u00eb konstatim t\u00eb till\u00eb, t\u00eb pakontestuesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb pamohuesh\u00ebm nga askush n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mungesa e guximit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vjosa Osmani e humbi rastin historik p\u00ebr b\u00ebrjen e ktheses s\u00eb madhe n\u00eb LDK. Disa her\u00eb dhe n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi kam k\u00ebrkuar Vjoses q\u00eb ta d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb veten q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt i elektoratit p\u00ebr ndryshime dhe jo i grupeve t\u00eb interesit n\u00eb parti&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mbase ky ishte momenti m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebn, do t\u00eb thoja i pap\u00ebrseritsh\u00ebn dhe historik i Vjosa Osmanit. Pra, ishte momenti m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm q\u00eb zonja Vjosa Osmani ta d\u00ebshmoj veten se \u00ebsht\u00eb forc\u00eb e ndryshimit, e jo ta zhvilloj &#8220;luft\u00ebn&#8221; nga pozicioni m\u00eb i gabuar politik.<\/p>\n<p>Sikurse m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb proceset zgjedhore t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk mundi ta hedh\u00eb hapin e guximsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr kandidim p\u00ebr ta paren e partis\u00eb, as tani Vjosa Osamni nuk e pat guximin e marrjes s\u00eb iniciativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme n\u00eb LDK, p\u00ebr ta kthyer veten n\u00eb forc\u00eb vepruese p\u00ebr ndryshim dhe reforma t\u00eb thella n\u00eb LDK, k\u00ebrkes\u00eb kjo e imja e vahzdueshme drejtuar asaj dhe gjitha forcave progresive n\u00eb LDK.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reformat, proces i pakthyesh\u00ebm n\u00eb LDK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reformat aq t\u00eb nevojshme dhe t\u00eb domosdoshme n\u00eb LDK duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen nga brenda e jo nga jasht, jo nga urrejtja por nga dashuria, jo nga hakmarrja primitive por nga toleranca dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi dhe nga shtrirja e dor\u00ebs s\u00eb pajtimit n\u00eb LDK.<\/p>\n<p>Vullnet i elektoratit p\u00ebr ndryshime n\u00eb LDK, duhet materializuar sa m\u00eb par\u00eb me thirrjen e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme n\u00eb parti, nga t\u00eb cilat duhet te dali nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheqje e re, e aft\u00eb dhe e guximshme q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me sfidat e m\u00ebdha q\u00eb ka vendi 21 vjet pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb luftes, si: p\u00ebr zhvillimin ekonomik, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor\u00eb dhe arsimor, ashtu edhe p\u00ebr reformimin e sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, ku pushtetar\u00ebt t&#8217;i ken\u00eb frik\u00ebn drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb e jo drejt\u00ebsia pushtetar\u00ebve, ku qytetar\u00ebt ndjehen t\u00eb mbrojtur nga ligjet shtetit t\u00eb cilit i paguajn\u00eb tatime, e jo nga nga hara\u00e7i q\u00eb u paguajne grupeve e klaneve mafioze p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar bizneset e tyre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Salto mortale&#8221; e kryeparlamentares<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka vend p\u00ebr rrahagjokse dhe shitje t\u00eb rugovizmit, se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb rugovist se tjetri.<br \/>\nSikurse LDK-ja q\u00eb ndahet n\u00eb dy periudha historike, edhe rugovizmi ndahet n\u00eb dy etapa.
