Klasa e re politike e pas luft\u00ebs u pasurua n\u00eb m\u00ebnyre enorme dhe t\u00eb paligjshme, kurse qytetar\u00ebt mbet\u00ebn n\u00eb varf\u00ebri. Edhe m\u00eb r\u00ebnj\u00ebn e komunizmit, n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e republikave t\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb transformimi shoq\u00ebror u b\u00eb m\u00eb ligjet e hekurta t\u00eb oligarkis\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n<p>Elitat e reja jan\u00eb shpallur si elita proevropiane, e n\u00eb mbrendin\u00eb e tyre kan mbetur ekstraktet e kaluara komuniste. Shumica e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb jan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb ka varf\u00ebria ekstreme. Sllovenia dhe Kroacia kan avansuar n\u00eb procese demokratike duke zhvilluar edhe institute p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Por, shikuar situat\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb Ballkan, ajo shum\u00eb po ngjan\u00eb n\u00eb situat\u00ebn n\u00eb Afrik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Atje shumica e shtet\u00ebve kontrollohen nga njer\u00ebzit autokratik q\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aparatin e shtetit.Ndoshta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, dallohen pak me eleganc\u00ebn e t\u00eb sunduarit mbi mas\u00ebn. Rritja ekonomike n\u00eb shtetet autokratike edhe mund t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ngritje n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb rast, si\u00e7 po ndodh\u00eb m\u00eb Kin\u00ebn. Kosova ka mbetur n\u00eb gjys\u00ebm t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs t\u00eb zhvillimit ekonomik, nd\u00ebrsa kur b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr proces\u00ebt e demokratizimit kemi mbetur shum\u00eb mbrapa, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb regjimeve n\u00eb pushtet. Kur nuk ka stabilitet politike, nuk ka as stabilitet ekonomik.<\/p>\n<p>Se kur do t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb stabilitet mvaret s\u00eb kur do avansohet demokracia dhe kur do t\u00eb kemi institute t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb. S\u00eb kur do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundon jo stabiliteti politik\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, tash p\u00ebr tash mbetet e panjohur. Ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ditur, \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00eb ka filluar lufta politike t\u00eb forcave progresive m\u00eb forcat regresive n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. A do t\u00eb gjendet formula, kjo mbetet te rreshtimi i p\u00ebrgjithshem dhe vullneti p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar gjendj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Secili shtet i ka veqorit\u00eb e veta. Nuk duhet t\u00eb ushqehemi m\u00eb shpresa t\u00eb rreme s\u00eb vetvetiu b\u00ebh\u00ebt mir\u00eb. Pa levizj\u00ebn e proceseve nuk kemi mund\u00ebsi ta mundim t\u00eb keq\u00ebn. Pa nj\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore, gjasat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebla. Kemi mbetur mbrapa n\u00eb funksionimin e duhur t\u00eb shtetit ligjor.Kontrollin mbi shtetin duhet ta k\u00ebt\u00eb populli jo kasta e priviligjuar e cila po i mban t\u00eb gjitha monopolet.Pa barabar\u00ebsi t\u00eb te gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, nuk ka shtet demokratik.
