(Frang Bardhi &#8220;Relacione&#8221; vol II, Tiran\u00eb, 1965, fq. 75).<\/p>\n<p>Pra n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit fshati M\u00ebtyq (Byty\u00e7) num\u00ebronte vet\u00ebm 9 sht\u00ebpi dhe fundi i shekullit XVII do ta gjente pa asnj\u00eb banor.<br \/>\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebnd t\u00eb mbrojtur nga er\u00ebrat jetonin deri n\u00eb vitin 1800 dy fshatra t\u00eb njohura; Byty\u00e7i i Buzhal\u00ebs dhe Sma\u00e7i, q\u00eb edhe sma\u00e7asit u larguan n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb me byty\u00e7asit n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e Hasit, ku gjenden sot disa fshatra dhe mbiemra me prejardhjen e ish origjin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb trev\u00eb ishte Buzhala m\u00eb e p\u00ebrmendura e asaj koh\u00eb, q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb iku n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por duke mbetur n\u00eb fen\u00eb e t\u00eb par\u00ebve dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb dheun m\u00ebm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mendoj se nj\u00eb deg\u00eb mjaft e madhe e Buzhal\u00ebs shtegtoi n\u00eb Itali n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Gjenov\u00ebs me emrin Busalla (Buzala). Literatura italiane nuk i jep shpjegim toponimit &#8220;Busalla&#8221; dhe prejardhjes s\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb mund t\u00eb hamend\u00ebsojm\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i huaj,(jo italian) q\u00eb me sa duket, \u00ebsht\u00eb derivat i fshatit Buzhala n\u00eb gryk\u00ebn e Drinit mbi Koman. &#8220;Ky territor i paguante tributin (taks\u00ebn) Detit Adriatik&#8221; \u2013 thuhet n\u00eb historikun e k\u00ebtij qyteti, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb ka nj\u00eb popullsi me rreth 6.000 banor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si shkak i shp\u00ebrnguljeve te byty\u00e7asve ka qen\u00eb prishja e ekuilibrit ekonomik dhe jet\u00ebsor ne kete zone.<br \/>\nIsh fshatrat M\u00ebtyq (Byty\u00e7) dhe Sma\u00e7 jetojn\u00eb edhe sot n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e toponimeve t\u00eb shumta q\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb si Arat e M\u00ebtyqit, Mullini, Trojet, Kroni e deri te G\u00ebshtenjat, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb M\u00ebtyqi (Byty\u00e7i). K\u00ebto toponime kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb pavdekshm\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr Sma\u00e7in si\u00e7 jan\u00eb Troj\u00ebt e Sma\u00e7it, Kroni i Sma\u00e7it, manat e Sma\u00e7it (q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb edhe sot).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebp\u00ebr M\u00ebtyq (Byty\u00e7) kalonin dy rryg\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme; e Lundr\u00ebs q\u00eb vazhdonte p\u00ebr Murg\u00eb te vau i Drinit dhe rruga e Bregut q\u00eb lidhte Shkodr\u00ebn me Gjakoven dhe t\u00eb dyja ishin t\u00eb gj\u00ebra si tras\u00e8 p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizje qerresh. (Gjurme te cilava ndodhen edhe sot)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb ish fshatit Byty\u00e7, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb dy p\u00ebrrenjve t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl, gjenden sot rr\u00ebnojat e Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Mjer\u00eb dhe varret, q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkisnin fisit t\u00eb byty\u00e7asve. Ketu gj\u00ebnden rr\u00ebnojat e dy banesave n\u00eb nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb prej dhjet\u00eb metra nj\u00ebra nga tjetra. Nd\u00ebrtesa e par\u00eb gjendet m\u00eb n\u00eb lindje e n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb konstruksionit ishte p\u00ebr banim dhe ka p\u00ebrmasat 14 X 7m n\u00eb drejtimin lindje-per\u00ebndim dhe n\u00eb vazhdim duken qart\u00eb rr\u00ebnojat e kish\u00ebs me p\u00ebrmasat 8 X 5m, ku bie n\u00eb sy duksh\u00ebm altari me diamet\u00ebr jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1.5m.<br \/>\nN\u00eb t\u00eb dy nd\u00ebrtesat \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur g\u00eblqere si l\u00ebnd\u00eb lidh\u00ebse dhe gur\u00ebt jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhur, por t\u00eb palatuar.<\/p>\n<p>Quhet &#8220;Kisha e Mjer\u00eb&#8221; dhe jo e &#8221; Mir\u00eb&#8221; nga vendasit dhe sipas nj\u00eb gojdh\u00ebne tashm\u00eb t\u00eb konfirmuar i p\u00ebrkiste dikur Sh\u00ebn Katerin\u00ebs, mbrojt\u00ebse e fshatit Byty\u00e7.
