{"id":59742,"date":"2020-09-20T01:50:06","date_gmt":"2020-09-19T23:50:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/?p=59742"},"modified":"2020-09-22T21:11:44","modified_gmt":"2020-09-22T19:11:44","slug":"kushti-i-serbise-dhe-kunder-kushti-i-kosoves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/kushti-i-serbise-dhe-kunder-kushti-i-kosoves\/","title":{"rendered":"KUSHTI I SERBIS\u00cb DHE KUNDER KUSHTI I KOSOV\u00cbS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nga <strong>Binak MAXHARRAJ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb mesuar nga leshimet e pales shqiptare ne dialog me Kosov\u00ebn,sepse gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb procesit te dialogut Kosova n\u00eb krye me Hashim Tga\u00e7in nuk i veri kurrfar\u00eb kushtesh anipse kishte p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb ta kushtezoi,bile nuk e kushtezoi as me kermim falje e le m\u00eb p\u00ebr masakrat dhe demet e luftes qe do ta qiste Serbin\u00eb ne dy gjuj por e l\u00ebshoi Serbin\u00eb te merr\u00eb primatin ne dialog \u00e7far\u00eb edhe po e shfrytezon shum\u00eb mir\u00eb deri me tani.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse nga ana tjet\u00ebr Serbia gjith\u00ebmon\u00eb ishte e gatshme t\u00eb vjej\u00eb kurtha p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn si brenda dhe jasht\u00eb saj\u00eb duke ia mshel\u00eb shtigjet ne te gjitha an\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia e pat\u00eb nd\u00ebrprfer\u00eb dialogun p\u00ebr dy vite p\u00ebr shkak te n\u00eb takse e cila u rrit\u00eb 100% ne mallrat serbe qe hynin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb plotesidht e drejt\u00eb e \u00e7do shteti qe te vej\u00eb taksa p\u00ebr ta mbrojt\u00eb ekonomin e vet\u00eb. Si shembull Amerika dhe Kina u k\u00ebput\u00ebn duke i vu taksa njera tjetres.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 dihet taksa u ho\u00e7 nenpresionin e ambasadorit Grenell pa drejtesisht\u00eb duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb presion te pa par\u00eb qeveris Kurti qe ta heq taks\u00ebn derisa e rrexoj me ndihm\u00ebn e Isa MUstaf\u00ebs dhe Hashim Tha\u00e7it.NGa ana tjet\u00ebr ambasadori Grinell tregoh\u00ebn i matur dhe nuk k\u00ebrkonte asgje nga Serbia bile nuk donte me ndi as kur Grenell kerkoi qe te ndalen \u00e7njohet.Thjesht\u00eb ai u injoruamnuk u p\u00ebrfilla nga Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>Porsido\u00e7oft\u00eb takas e pat\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb efektin e vet\u00eb e cila gadi p\u00ebr dy vitet e bllokoi Serbin\u00eb.Serbia p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb e nd\u00ebrpreu dialogun njeansh\u00ebm,e alarmoi bot\u00ebn p\u00ebr taksen dhe endd\u00ebrpreu dialogun deisa i erdhi ne ndihm\u00eb Grenall si mik i Serbis\u00eb qe edhe ia hoqi taksen bile edhe reciprocitetin.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe posa filloi dialogu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit\u00eb Serbia p\u00ebrseri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e k\u00ebnaqur me dialogun.Duke e par\u00eb se e ka humbur rrug\u00ebn ne sokak p\u00ebr shkak te nacionalizmit euforik te Serbis\u00eb ndaj shqiptarve nuk guxon jo ta njoh Kosov\u00ebn por as ta p\u00ebrmend.:kjo me se miri u pa n\u00eb Shtepin e Bradh\u00eb kur Vu\u00e7iq i tha JO Trumpit nuk e njoh\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn si shtet te pavartur dhe pik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por tashti n\u00eb kohet e fundit ve\u00e7 kur ka filluar dialogu, dhe kur Serbia e ka te qart\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb djeg\u00eb karta e Vu\u00e7iqit dhe Tha\u00e7it p\u00ebr ndarj\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs i ka hyp hylmyqes tjeter p\u00ebr te nxjerr\u00eb ate \u00e7ka mundet ne dialogun me Kosov\u00ebn. Sot ajo ne dialogun me Laj\u00e7ak insistoi p\u00ebr formimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb Serbe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pse Serbia insiston perseri ne formimin e k\u00ebtij Asociacioni kur kjo pun\u00eb njeher\u00eb ka marr\u00eb fund\u00eb?<\/strong><br \/>\nAsociacioni nuk do ta ngrit\u00eb Swerbia ne nivel te dialogut, sikur ai Asociacion te behej me ligjet dhe kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, pra nj\u00eb asociacion normal\u00eb, si\u00e7 e\u00ebsht ai Asociacioni i komunave me shumic\u00eb shqiptare i formuar vite m\u00eb pare.<\/p>\n<p>Por Serbia nuk e done nj\u00eb Asociacion te k\u00ebtill\u00eb te cilin e pat aprovuar ne vitin 2015 edhe Parlamenti i Kosov\u00ebs. Por ajo done di\u00e7ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb qe Asociacioni&#8230; t\u00eb ngritet ne nj\u00eb nivel me te lart\u00eb, por ate k\u00ebt\u00eb kompetenca ekzekutive me ligjet e veta, me kontrollin e teritorit te vet\u00eb, me olici dhe gjyqesi te vet\u00eb pa i dhan\u00eb asnj\u00eb logari gjyqesis\u00eb ne nivel qendror, por e done te lidhur m\u00eb Beogradin. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e ktill\u00eb nuk guxon te ndodh\u00eb, sepse formimi i Asociacionit te k\u00ebtill\u00eb eshte i rreziksh\u00ebm gadi sa ndarja e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe k\u00ebtu i dhemb\u00eb Serbis\u00eb e cila insiston qe ne dialog te bisedohet p\u00ebr Asiciacionin.., me kompetenca ekzekutive.Bile sot Kreu i delegacionit t\u00eb Beogradit n\u00eb bisedimet me Kosov\u00ebn, Marko Gjuriq ka th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb enjten n\u00eb Bruksel se pala serbe kusht\u00ebzon p\u00ebrparimin n\u00eb dialog me zbatimin e marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr Asociacionin e Komunave Serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por,k\u00ebtij k\u00ebrcnimi duhet ti p\u00ebrgjigjet edhe pala Kosovare, delagacioni i Kosov\u00ebs duke i ven\u00eb kushte Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr vazhdimin dhe p\u00ebrparimin n\u00eb dialog.Nese Kosova perseri \u201ck\u00ebrcnohet\u201d nga jasht\u00eb p\u00ebr ta shtruar ne tavolin\u00eb \u00e7eshtj\u00ebn e Asociacionit, ajo duh\u00ebt te ngul\u00eb kemb\u00eb se edhe Kosova e kushtezon vazhdimin e dialogut nese dhunsh\u00ebm detyrohet qe kjo \u00e7eshtje te diskutohet, sepse diskutimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb do te ishte katastrofale p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn njesoi sikur ndarja e Kosov\u00ebs.
