Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare, ne m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt kemi qen\u00eb t\u00eb vizituar shpesh nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e fondeve ‘Vendlindja Th\u00ebrret’ dhe atyre t\u00eb ‘3 p\u00ebrqind\u00ebshit’. Pas dite vinte nj\u00ebri, n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje tjetri fond, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebllim-grumbullimin e mjeteve financiare n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare.<\/p>\n

Ishte viti 1998, periudha pas l\u00ebshimit t\u00eb komunikat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shtabit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb p\u00ebr ‘mobilizim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm’. Nga drejtues t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs “Besa” mora informacionin se nga Zvicera n\u00eb qytetin Treviso (pjesa veriore e Italis\u00eb) kishin ardhur emisar\u00ebt politik t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb..<\/p>\n

Meq\u00eb ndodhesha n\u00eb distanc\u00eb, arrita pak me vones\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim. Me t\u00eb hyr\u00eb brenda n\u00eb sall\u00ebn CGIL-it (sindikatit) e v\u00ebrejta nj\u00eb qet\u00ebsi t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb, d\u00ebgjohej vet\u00ebm z\u00ebri i ’emisarit’ dhe ndonj\u00eb miz\u00eb apo mushkonj\u00eb e pakujdesshme q\u00eb nuk i respektonte rregullat q\u00eb kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb ’emisari’.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar presion psikologjik, ai u kishte k\u00ebrkuar m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve, n\u00eb momentin q\u00eb e marrin fjal\u00ebn, t\u00eb prezentohen me em\u00ebr dhe mbiem\u00ebr, me adres\u00eb t\u00eb banimit k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Itali dhe atje n\u00eb vendlindje (Kosov\u00eb)!<\/p>\n

N\u00eb ato momente ’emisari’ ishte duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb, po citoj; “…mos e l\u00ebshoni pun\u00ebn, mbase m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb kemi nevoj\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr ju n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por n\u00eb situat\u00ebn e tanishme m\u00eb shum\u00eb kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr parat\u00eb e juaja, p\u00ebr shkak se i kemi 200 mij\u00eb ushtar\u00eb n\u00eb malet e Kosov\u00ebs, prej tyre 100 mij\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb armatosur dhe 100 mij\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb i presin t’i marrin arm\u00ebt q\u00eb do t’i blejm\u00eb me parat\u00eb e juaja,…prandaj ‘mobilizimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm’ vlen\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb pa letra (pa pun\u00eb), e jo p\u00ebr ju q\u00eb jeni duke punuar”!<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrballja me emisar\u00ebt e luft\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar fjal\u00ebn ’emisari’, tek kryesuesi i mbledhjes e k\u00ebrkova fjal\u00ebn n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs “BESA” (Treviso-Itali).<\/p>\n

Fillimisht u prezentova siq e k\u00ebrkonin rregullat e parashturara nga ’emisari’, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar tutje me diskutimin tim; “I nderuari ’emisar’, un\u00eb jam nj\u00ebri nga shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sall\u00eb, q\u00eb sot e e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb “licenziamenton” (nd\u00ebrprerjen e mardh\u00ebnjes s\u00eb pun\u00ebs) p\u00ebr t’u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb aktive e luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare, nd\u00ebrsa ju tani po na thoni q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar me mjete financiare!<\/p>\n

Meq\u00eb keni ardhur k\u00ebtu si emisar i luft\u00ebs, n\u00eb emrin e SHP t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, t\u00eb lutem, p\u00ebcjelljau shok\u00ebve tuaj mesazhin tim, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos luajn\u00eb me ndjenjat tona, t\u00eb ken\u00eb kujdes n\u00eb l\u00ebshimin e komunikatave dhe thirrjeve drejtuar m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs, p\u00ebr arsye se shumica prej nesh, prej jav\u00ebsh e muajsh e kemi humbur kontaktin me familjet tona n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe nuk e dim\u00eb a i kemi gjall\u00eb apo t\u00eb vdekur, nd\u00ebrsa ju pa fije turpi vini k\u00ebtu e talleni me ne, her\u00eb ashtu e her\u00eb k\u00ebshtu”.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb at\u00eb moment ’emisari’ m\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoj duke k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb jem m\u00eb i kujdessh\u00ebm kur flas\u00eb p\u00ebr “shok\u00ebt”, siq i quante ai p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, “a e din ti kush jan\u00eb ata shok\u00ebt q\u00eb ti e merr guximin dhe i kritikon”!<\/p>\n

Sikur t\u00eb mos e dinja se cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb nuk do t’i thoja k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb, prandaj edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb po t’i p\u00ebrseris\u00eb, ti e ke p\u00ebr obligim t’ua p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebsh, ishte p\u00ebrgjigja ime.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr habi ’emisar\u00ebve’ nuk ju b\u00ebri p\u00ebrshtypje gatishm\u00ebria e dhjet\u00ebra t\u00eb rinj\u00ebve q\u00eb kishin l\u00ebn\u00eb pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb frontin e luft\u00ebs, pasi m\u00eb shum\u00eb ishin t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr fuqizimin e fondit sesa t\u00eb frontit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs!<\/p>\n

Paslufta i nxori n\u00eb shesh p\u00ebrfituesit e fondeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paslufta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e d\u00ebshmoi t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e fondeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, gjegj\u00ebsisht t\u00eb ‘3 p\u00ebrqind\u00ebshit’ dhe ‘Vendlindja Th\u00ebrret’, ku udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e fondeve t\u00eb sip\u00ebrpermendura dhe grumbullues t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs n\u00eb Diaspor\u00eb krijuan pasuri t\u00eb paimagjinueshme; blen\u00eb sht\u00ebpi e banesa dhe hapen biznese me prejardhje t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Derisa nuk zbardhet fati i k\u00ebtyre fondeve, m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt kurr\u00eb nuk mund ta ken\u00eb besimin e duhur n\u00eb shtetin dhe drejtuesit e tij politik q\u00eb i ka n\u00eb krye dhe as t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pa zbardhjen e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs rreth fondeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb ai ‘Vendlindja th\u00ebrret’ apo ai i ‘3-p\u00ebrqind\u00ebshit’, nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb qet\u00ebsi n\u00eb shpirtrat e m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve dhe as kthim t\u00eb besimit, pasi u jan\u00eb pla\u00e7kitur mundi e djersa e shum\u00eb viteve, duke p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar e keqp\u00ebrdorur miliona euro t\u00eb gjakut t\u00eb past\u00ebr komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

Bart\u00ebsit e fondeve t\u00eb sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendura, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb turpshme, vodh\u00ebn qindra milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb bashkatdhetar\u00ebve, duke mos raportuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb aspektet financiare t\u00eb grumbullimit dhe shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb grumbulluara n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare.<\/p>\n

Prokuroria Speciale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr dy dekada as q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb mundin dhe guximin t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb e t\u00eb zbardh\u00eb se \u00e7ka ka ndodhur dhe ku kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar parat\u00eb q\u00eb ua vodh\u00ebn qytetar\u00ebve (m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve), e q\u00eb nuk ishin pak, por qindra miliona euro, prej s\u00eb cilave para na dol\u00ebn t\u00eb gjith\u00eb politikan\u00ebt milioner\u00eb e multimilioner\u00eb t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e rraskapitur nga pasojat shkat\u00ebrrimtare t\u00eb barbaris\u00eb serbe.<\/p>\n

Ndon\u00ebse kan\u00eb kaluar mbi 21 vjet, nuk doli as edhe nj\u00eb prokuror, qoft\u00eb vendor apo nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, t\u00eb hap\u00eb rastin p\u00ebr qindra milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb fondeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, t\u00eb vjedhura nga personat e dyshimt\u00eb, edhe pse dihen me em\u00ebr e mbiem\u00ebr! Ndodhi pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebshtu, sepse prokuror\u00ebt u b\u00ebn\u00eb suporti m\u00eb i madh i pushteteve kriminale n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e pasluft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pa dh\u00ebnien e llogaris\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto vjedhje kriminale t\u00eb djers\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve, jo vet\u00ebm se ky krim nuk do t\u00eb harrohet, nuk do t\u00eb kthehet as besimi n\u00eb mesin e m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve q\u00eb e duan me shpirt e zem\u00ebr atdheun e tyre – Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Me ndihmat e pakursyera, m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim kishin \u00e7lirimin e vendit e jo mbushjen e xhepave t\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruesve t\u00eb fondeve t\u00eb sip\u00ebrpermendura, bart\u00ebsit e t\u00eb cilave m\u00ebnj\u00ebher\u00eb pas lufte u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb milioner\u00eb dhe supermen\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs kosovare.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata m\u00ebrgimtar q\u00eb kan\u00eb derdh\u00eb mjete n\u00eb fondet e sip\u00ebrpermendura jan\u00eb atdhetar\u00eb t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve si ngush\u00ebllim u kan\u00eb mbetur faturat e asaj kohe, t\u00eb cilat i ruajn\u00eb me nostalgji e shpres\u00eb se nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet mir\u00eb, por jo edhe q\u00eb t’u kthehen mjetet n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb ‘Bonave Fiskal’ t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb ekzil n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej disa mijra eurosh (DM).<\/p>\n

Jo vet\u00ebm nga “\u00e7lirimtar\u00ebt”, por edhe nga “institucionalist\u00ebt”, p\u00ebr dy dekada 20 rresht, shteti i Kosov\u00ebs u trajtua si pla\u00e7k\u00eb lufte e jo si atdhe i tyre.<\/p>\n

T’u thuash turp \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr ta! I z\u00ebnt\u00eb mallkimi i popullit dhe gjykimi i Zotit!<\/strong><\/p>\n
