P\u00ebrfaqesuesi i BE p\u00ebr dialogun me Serbin\u00eb Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak k\u00ebto dit\u00eb qendori p\u00ebr vizit\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Serbi.<\/p>\n

Thelbi i k\u00ebsaj vizite te Laj\u00e7akut ishte Asociacioni i Komunave me shumic\u00eb Serbe ne Kosov\u00eb. Ai shkurt\u00eb ua b\u00ebri me dije se ka ardh\u00eb te diskutojm\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtj\u00ebn e implementimit te Mareveshjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare te cilat Kosova i ka neshkruar me 2013 nga Hashim Tha\u00e7i dhe me 20l5 nga Isa Mustafa.<\/p>\n

Pra, Tha\u00e7i dhe Mustafa jan\u00eb samargjit\u00eb qe ia maruan samarin Asociacionit.
\nPor, e menj\u00ebher\u00ebshme ishte p\u00ebrgjegjeja e Kryeministrit Hoti, i cili ka theksuar se kjo tem\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbyllur p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe se nuk do te diskutohet m\u00eb p\u00ebr te duke tentuar qe t’i shfaj\u00ebson samarxhit\u00eb qe ia maruan samarin Asociacionit.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb pelqen Hoti kur ia b\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu qejfin vetit, bash si h\u00ebr\u00ebn e pare kur shkoi ne Vashington qe se l\u00ebshonte nga goja sikur duke kenduar se po shkojm\u00eb atje te marrin njoh\u00ebn nga Serbia. Por, kur Serbia insistoi ne heqj\u00ebn e pikes 10 ku parashihej njohja Avdullah Hoti as qe reagoi, nuk reagoi as me i forti i bot\u00ebs Donald Trump u dorezu para Vu\u00e7iqit bile as goj\u00ebn se qeli, por njohja mbeti vetem and\u00ebrr e Avdullah Hotit.<\/p>\n

Por k\u00ebtu ne Qendr\u00ebn e Bot\u00ebs ne Shtepin e Bardh\u00eb Hoti p\u00ebrjetoi edhe fiasco tjara, ia futi thik\u00ebn pas shpine Ujamnit, i lejoj trenat nga Serbia te mbrrijn\u00eb ne det\u00eb, por edhe te kaluroi Serbia nep\u00eber ter\u00eb Ballkanin P\u00ebrendimor permes nj\u00ebfar\u00eb Mini Shengenit qellimi i se cil\u00ebs ishte gllabarimi ekonomik nga Serbia si shteti me i forte n\u00eb rajon.
\nKund\u00ebr Asociacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe PDK, LDK dhe partite tjera.<\/p>\n

Por reagimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i vonsh\u00ebm!
\nSepse partia e Kadri Veselit PDK ka harruar se Hashim Tha\u00e7in e ka nenshkruar Mareveshj\u00ebn p\u00ebr Asociacionin me 2013, kurse Isa Mustafa i LDK k\u00ebt\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me 2015 t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Gjykata Kushtetuese e rrexoi me 23 vrejtje anti kushtetuese?! Pse, PDK dhe LDK po reagojn\u00eb tashti e nuk kan\u00eb reaguar fare at\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Por aq me tragjike p\u00ebr PDK dhe LDK \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe fakti se lider\u00ebt e tyre Hashim Thaqi dhe Isa Mustafa e cenuan integritetin territorial te Kosov\u00ebs duke e nenshkruar edhe humbj\u00ebn e \u00c7akorrit, pastaj nuk reaguan fare as kur Hashim Tha\u00e7i p\u00ebr dy vite e me shum\u00eb lidhi aleanca te fshehta me armiqet sllav t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndarj\u00ebn e saj.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr te gjitha k\u00ebto fajtor dhe p\u00ebrgjegjes p\u00ebr Asociacionin jan\u00eb k\u00ebta dy samarxhit Hashimi dhe Mustafa qe ia maran me dor\u00ebn e vet\u00eb samarin Asiciacionit te cil\u00ebt historia do te len\u00eb njoll\u00eb te keqe mbi ta.<\/p>\n

\u00c7do reagim i PDK dhe LDK tashti rreth\u00eb Asociacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb qesharak, sepse me mareveshjet nd\u00ebrkombetare nuk ka loj\u00eb, por jan\u00eb obligim.<\/p>\n

Prandaj reagimi i kryeministrit Avdullah Hoti \u00ebsht\u00eb sa p\u00ebr konsum p\u00ebr publikun sepse p\u00ebr formimin dhe implementimin e Asociacionit ka marr\u00eb obligime nd\u00ebrmomb\u00ebtare me nenshkrimin e shefave te tij Tha\u00e7it dhe Mustaf\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pra, Asociacioni do te b\u00ebh\u00ebt deshti Hoti, Hashimi apo Mustafa, por mbetet te shihet se si do te b\u00ebh\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nyja e lidhur rreth Asociacionit.
\nSe si do te zgjidhet kjo nyje mbeten ne men\u00e7urin e liderve tan\u00eb. Gjasat jan\u00eb te vog\u00eba se kjo klas\u00eb e korruptuar politike do te mund te shpetoi di\u00e7ka te keqe nga ky Asociacioni, kur dihet se p\u00ebr k\u00ebta fuzionerat e Kosov\u00ebs qe e b\u00ebn\u00eb fuz\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, me e rendesishmja p\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb se kush po zgjidhet president se sa bllokimi i Veriut te Kosov\u00ebs me Asociacionin.<\/p>\n

Miratimi i Asociacionit me kompetenca ekzekutive \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebp\u00ebr i rreziksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Kjo nuk guxon te ndodh\u00eb edhe me kushtin qe te rrexoh\u00ebn nja dhjet\u00eb qeveri me radh\u00eb njera pas tjetres, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb ne pyetje sovraniteti dhe integriteti i Kosov\u00ebs, te cil\u00ebn gj\u00eb po e k\u00ebrkon Serbia tash e 10 vite n\u00eb dialog m\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Por, serbi nga Sllovakia n\u00eb Beograd foli n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe bile me mire e fliste se vet\u00eb Vu\u00e7iq, i cili ia \u00e7oi mesazh Kosov\u00ebs ku tha: \u201dNese nuk ka vullnet p\u00ebr mareveshje, nuk do te k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje.N\u00ebse nuk ka marr\u00ebveshje nuk ka normalizim dhe nuk do te k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje Kosov\u00eb-Serbi pa Asociacionin<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

E kuptueshme dhe shum\u00eb e qart\u00eb!
\nM\u00eb mire Kosova most e b\u00ebn\u00eb mareveshje e as implementimin e saj,se sa te jet\u00eb nj\u00eb mareveshje e keqe ku humb\u00eb Kosova. Nuk blehet njohja nga Serbia duke humb\u00eb Kosova. E Asociacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb katastrof\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Sepse me Asociacionin do te rrenohet Rendi Kushtetues, do te cenohet sovraniteti i vendit, rrezikohet t\u00ebr\u00ebsia teritoriale e Kosov\u00ebs, kurse ne aspektin institucional dhe Kushtetues defunksionalizoh\u00ebn institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs, kjo do te thot\u00eb se mbrenda Kosov\u00ebs do te krijohet nj\u00eb \u201cmini-shtet\u201d, nj\u00eb kancer i pasheruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn qe \u00ebsht\u00eb vetem hapi i pare i ndarj\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Por edhe me keq kur pas disa vitesh Asociacioni do te forcohet me ndihm\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb sa qe n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb volitsh\u00ebm perm\u00ebs nj\u00eb Refrendumi do t\u00eb shkeputet dhe ti bashkohet Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ec\u00eb e ndale ne mundesh?! Ec\u00eb e luaje mac\u00eb kryet e bullit?!<\/strong>
\nPra, k\u00ebt\u00eb finale qe 10 vjet\u00eb po e pret\u00eb Serbia, asaj kurr gjat\u00eb dialogut nuk iu ka interesu normalizimi dhe integrimi i serb\u00ebve te veriut mbrenda institucioneve te Kosov\u00ebs, por n\u00eb vazhdimesi i ka inter\u00ebsu teritori i Kosov\u00ebs,Veriu i Kosov\u00ebs me pasuri prrallore mineralesh qe si ka kush ne rajon e me gjer\u00eb. Ky ishte qellimi dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar i Serbis\u00eb gjat\u00eb dialogut t\u00eb vij\u00eb deri te finalja te cil\u00ebn e ka deshiruar e qe po i mundesohet me formimin e Asoaciacionit.
\nPor ndihm\u00ebn me te madhe qe Serbia te vij\u00eb ne finale deri te Asociacioni dhe te marra ate qe deshironte ia mund\u00ebsoi vet\u00eb Kosova. Kosova kurr nuk pati \u00e7asje serioze gjat\u00eb dialogut.<\/p>\n

Dialogun e b\u00ebn\u00eb njerez\u00ebt e pa dijsh\u00ebm, te shantazhuar dhe te zen\u00eb \u201crobe\u201d nga Serbia. Gjat\u00eb dialogut Kosova e la Serbin\u00eb qe te mere primatin e viktimes. Kosova permes k\u00ebtij dialogu nuk e kushtezoi me asgj\u00eb Serbin,anipse kishte shum\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7ka, nuk i parashtri asnj\u00eb kusht\u00eb p\u00ebr krimet dhe gjenocidin ne Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebr demet e luft\u00ebs qe arrijn\u00eb mbi 36 miliard euro, p\u00ebr te pa gjeturit, te cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb bart\u00eb dhe vorros ne shum\u00eb varreza massive n\u00ebp\u00ebr Serbi qe 16 prej tyre ve\u00e7 u zbuluan k\u00ebto dit\u00eb, etj.<\/p>\n

Kurse Kosova p\u00ebr gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 10 viteve te dialogut ishte inerte, e nenshtruar e mundur nga Serbia sepse dialogu udh\u00ebhiqej nga personat e pa nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, te padijsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb shantazhuar nga Serbisa dhe si rezultat Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb humb\u00ebse e madhe n\u00eb dialog.<\/p>\n

Pra, Kosova perm\u00ebs njerezve n\u00eb dialog ia vuri lakun veht\u00ebs te cilin pastaj Serbia ia shterngonte lakun deri ne plasj\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, e pesoi Kosova kur ne ball te dialogut i qet\u00eb njerezit m\u00eb te dob\u00ebt, t\u00eb padijsh\u00ebm dhe te zhantazhuar deri ne fyt dhe ne vend se Kosova te fitoi di\u00e7ka nga dialogu 10 vje\u00e7ar ajo doli humbsja me e madhe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
