Jo shum\u00eb pas rishpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia dhe pas njohjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij realitetit nga shumica e vendeve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, sidomos nga ato m\u00eb kryesore e m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, doli nisma p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes k\u00ebtyre dy vendeve fqinje. Q\u00eb nga viti 2010, me insistimin dhe nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e Bashkimit Europian, filluan bisedimet p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Madje edhe jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shum\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje mes dy vendeve, t\u00eb cilat pak po zbatohen, n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb mir\u00eb nga pala serbiane.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto marr\u00ebveshje, t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve, ose gjithnj\u00eb po i udh\u00ebheq\u00eb personi Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, nj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kryministrit e tani n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e presidentit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Presidenti serb Vu\u00e7iq, i cili para dhe gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs ishte militant i kriminelit radikal Sheshel, edhe minist\u00ebr i informacionit i Slobo kriminelit, mu n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu edhe nj\u00ebri nga ekspert\u00ebt e sofistik\u00ebs s\u00eb makineris\u00eb luftarake vrastare serbiane n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe sot, ai vazhdon t\u00eb diktoj\u00eb kushtet dhe rregullat e procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj marr\u00ebveshjeje, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk do e njoh\u00eb kurr\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, duke ua imponuar qeveritar\u00ebve tan\u00eb ndalimin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shtetit ton\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, duke bindur vende t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqjen e njohjeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs etj. Ai edhe tani vazhdon t\u00eb vras\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, tani ata t\u00eb komunitetit serb, q\u00eb nuk i binden qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe partis\u00eb Lista Srpska, q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb Partija Srbija n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb punoj\u00eb kund\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebs dhe popullit t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n

Tani kan\u00eb ndryshuar koh\u00ebt dhe rrethanat n\u00eb k\u00ebto hapsira. Nuk guxojm\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisim gabimet e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, q\u00eb na kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb e p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb si komb!
\nNuk ka dialog, por vet\u00ebm bisedime p\u00ebr nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr fqinj\u00ebsi t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Ne duhet t\u00eb jemi ata q\u00eb i v\u00ebjm\u00eb kushte Serbis\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar e p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen, q\u00eb mendoj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, por heqjes s\u00eb penges\u00ebs p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb BE, derisa Kosov\u00ebs ende nuk ia kan\u00eb lejuar libelarizimin e vizave.<\/p>\n

Kryeministri Hoti, apo cilido qoft\u00eb ai ose ajo q\u00eb udh\u00ebheq bisedimet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, duhet v\u00ebn\u00eb kushte para bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare:
\n– Nuk bisedojm\u00eb me Serbin\u00eb, pa na i paguar borxhet \u2013 d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimin e luft\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb pushtimit e shfryt\u00ebzimit nj\u00ebshekullor
\n– Nuk ulemi n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb me ta, pa na k\u00ebrkuar falje publikisht p\u00ebr vrasjet dhe masakrat e kryera nga Serbia n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
\n– Nuk ulemi n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn tavolin\u00eb me ta, pa na i gjetur e sjellur n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi njer\u00ebzit e vrar\u00eb e t\u00eb masakruar gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs, q\u00eb i kan\u00eb fshehur n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e mallkuar serbiane.
\n– Nuk bisedojm\u00eb me Vu\u00e7iqin para se t\u00eb zbardhet vrasja e Oliver Ivanoviqit dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebnohen fajtor\u00ebt, sepse pun\u00ebsimi i vras\u00ebsve n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Beogradit flet shum\u00eb.
\n– Pjes\u00eb e marr\u00ebveshjes duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb patjet\u00ebr reciprociteti, p\u00ebr \u00e7do fush\u00eb e \u00e7do aspekt t\u00eb jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

– T\u00eb drejtat e serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb barabarta me t\u00eb drejtat e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi. E dijm\u00eb se vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Beograd jetojn\u00eb af\u00ebr 100 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Sa shkolla shqipe ka atje, sa program shqip ka n\u00eb radiotelevizion publik t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb…?
\n– Nuk ma pranon ti pasaportin, nuk e pranojm\u00eb as ne pasaportin serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
\n– Nukm e blen ti mallin made in Kosova, as un\u00eb nuk e blej mallin made in Serbia.
\n– Pra, gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb jet\u00eb reciproke, p\u00ebrndryshe nuk ka marr\u00ebveshje.
\n– Pse nuk i thuhet Europ\u00eb, nuk duam as libelarizim, as an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, dserisa vazhdoni ta p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelni Serboin\u00eb duke na g\u00ebrvishtur ne. Ne mund ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb referendum popullor, p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb shtet ekstratrerritorial i SHBA-ve, pastaj nuk kemi nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb dialogojm\u00eb m\u00eb me BE-n\u00eb, as t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb libelarizim, sepse udh\u00ebtojm\u00eb me pasaportin USA.<\/p>\n
