Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet se s\u00ebmundja ka ndikimin e saj m\u00eb t\u00eb madh tek t\u00eb moshuarit. K\u00ebtu, kemi hetuar potencialin e vaksinimit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht kund\u00ebr fruthit, shytave dhe rubeol\u00ebs (MMR), p\u00ebr t\u00eb identifikuar, n\u00ebse kjo mund t\u00eb jap\u00eb potencialisht mbrojtje t\u00eb fituar mbi SARS-CoV-2.<\/p>\n<p>Ne identifikuam homologjin\u00eb e sekuenc\u00ebs midis proteinave t\u00eb bashkimit t\u00eb SARS-CoV-2 dhe viruseve t\u00eb fruthit dhe shytave. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ne gjithashtu identifikuam nj\u00eb homologji t\u00eb sekuenc\u00ebs s\u00eb aminoacideve 29% midis fushave Makro (ADP-riboz\u00eb-1&#8243;-fosfataza) t\u00eb SARS-CoV-2 dhe virusit t\u00eb rubeol\u00ebs. Domeni i rubeol\u00ebs Makro ka mbetje t\u00eb konservuara t\u00eb ekspozuara n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranishme n\u00eb virusi i rubeol\u00ebs s\u00eb zbutur n\u00eb MMR.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"MMR vaccine.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2020\/mmr-vaccine.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><em>Sipas nj\u00eb grupi ekspert\u00ebsh, administrimi i vaksin\u00ebs MMR (fruthit, shytave dhe rubeol\u00ebs) mund t\u00eb veproj\u00eb si nj\u00eb mjet preventiv, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ulur inflamacionin septik, t\u00eb lidhur me infeksionin COVID-19.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, ne supozojm\u00eb se MMR mund t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb kund\u00ebr rezultatit t\u00eb dob\u00ebt n\u00eb infeksionin COVID-19. Hyrje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gara p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar nj\u00eb vaksin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsuar val\u00ebn n\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes s\u00eb koronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb aspekt thelb\u00ebsor n\u00eb vendosjen e kontrollit n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb propozohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nga pandemit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija n\u00eb bot\u00eb [Ferguson et al., 2020]. Nd\u00ebrsa shkalla e infeksionit p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzohet dhe numri i vdekjeve vazhdon t\u00eb rritet, \u00e7do nd\u00ebrhyrje q\u00eb do t\u00eb ul\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjen e virusit, siguron imunitet ose zvog\u00eblon ashp\u00ebrsin\u00eb e s\u00ebmundjes tek njer\u00ebzit, q\u00eb zhvilluan simptoma potencialisht k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn nuk mund t\u00eb vij\u00eb mjaft her\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Karakteristika e habitshme e COVID-19 \u00ebsht\u00eb se ajo ka nj\u00eb ndikim joproporcional n\u00eb popullat\u00ebn e moshuar, megjithat\u00eb popullatat pediatrike n\u00eb shum\u00eb raporte shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb me simptoma t\u00eb lehta, n\u00ebse ka, [Ferguson et al., 2020]. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje virale, pasi dikush do t\u00eb supozonte se imuniteti kolektiv i akumuluar gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs do t\u00eb armatoste popullatat e moshuara me mbrojtje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb sesa pasardh\u00ebsit e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb studim nga Qendrat p\u00ebr Kontrollin dhe Parandalimin e S\u00ebmundjeve (<strong>CDC<\/strong>) zbuloi se f\u00ebmij\u00ebt kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebzit 65 e m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr kan\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmuren nga gripi. Vlerat mesatare t\u00eb incidenc\u00ebs (ose shkalla e sulmit) sipas grupmosh\u00ebs ishin 9.3% p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt 0-17 vje\u00e7, 8.8% p\u00ebr t\u00eb rriturit 18-64 vje\u00e7 dhe 3.9% p\u00ebr t\u00eb rriturit 65 vje\u00e7 e lart [Tokars et al., 2018].<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje e thjesht\u00eb se pse COVID-19 \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndryshme mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00eb popullata e moshuar nuk ka rezerv\u00eb fiziologjike ose kapacitet rigjenerues p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar nj\u00eb barr\u00eb kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes. Sidoqoft\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb intriguese, historia e vaksinimit t\u00eb pacientit individual mund t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb ashp\u00ebrsin\u00eb e s\u00ebmundjes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Vaksina e trefisht\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban viruse t\u00eb dob\u00ebsuara t\u00eb <strong>fruthit<\/strong>, <strong>shytave<\/strong> dhe <strong>rubeol\u00ebs<\/strong> (<strong>MMR<\/strong>) u prezantua n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 1970 [Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, NZ, 2018].
