Pas arrestimit t\u00eb dy drejtuesve t\u00eb OVL t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, emri m\u00eb i p\u00ebrfolur ishte Gjykata Speciale, nd\u00ebrsa tani pas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr formimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb Komunave Serbe, emri m\u00eb i permendur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm i Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr dialogun Kosov\u00eb-Serbi, Mirosllav Laj\u00e7ak!<\/em><\/p>\n

Ata q\u00eb soll\u00ebn specialen, e soll\u00ebn edhe “zajednic\u00ebn”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Por \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht askush nuk po merret me shkaktar\u00ebt vendor q\u00eb soll\u00ebn Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale, Asociacionin dhe jo vet\u00ebm!<\/p>\n

N\u00ebnshkrues t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme dhe fatale p\u00ebr vendin nuk jan\u00eb Laj\u00e7aku, Borrelli dhe as Grenelli, por kryeministrat e vendit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Marr\u00ebveshjet e d\u00ebsmhme p\u00ebr vendin nuk i ka miratuar Parlamenti Evropian dhe as Kongresi Amerikan, por i ka miratuar Parlamenti i Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht deputet\u00ebt shqiptar t\u00eb zgjedhur me vot\u00ebn e popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Nuk duhet marr\u00eb me frik\u00eb dhe as tragjike k\u00ebrkesat e Borrelit dhe Laj\u00e7akut, t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, vendet e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk e kan\u00eb njohur pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e shtetit ton\u00eb, por duhet trajtuar dhe kuptuar si tragjike gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e lider\u00ebve ton\u00eb shtet\u00ebror dhe partiak, politikan\u00ebve dhe deputet\u00ebve q\u00eb negociojn\u00eb me armiqt e shtetit integritetin territorial dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e vendit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nuk ishte Laj\u00e7aku, Borreli dhe as Grenelli q\u00eb i falen Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi rreth 11000 hektar\u00eb tok\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nuk ishin k\u00ebta q\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruan dhe as votuan Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale, Asociacionin, kalimin e tokave komunale n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb manastireve dhe kishave ortodokse serbe, por ishin lider\u00ebt politik dhe deputet\u00ebt e zgjedhur me vot\u00ebn e popullit kosovar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sikurse t\u00eb ndodhnin n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur reagimet e koordinuara t\u00eb sken\u00ebs politike dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, sot nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr specialen dhe asociacionin e komunave serbe.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo p\u00ebr fatin e keq t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur u n\u00ebnshkruan k\u00ebto dy marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr shtetin, nuk kishte reagime dhe kund\u00ebrshtime kaq t\u00eb fuqishme siq po ndodhin k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit!<\/p>\n

Reagimi i i vonuar i politikan\u00ebve m\u00eb shum\u00eb i ngjet “shiut pas t\u00eb vjelave” sesa nj\u00eb vendosm\u00ebrie t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb penguar di\u00e7ka!<\/p>\n

Jo ndryshimit t\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebs sipas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb Laj\u00e7akut<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuk ka dyshim se kushtetuta e vendit ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshohet p\u00ebr shum\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr, por jo p\u00ebr themelimin e asociacionit t\u00eb komunave serbe.<\/p>\n

Laj\u00e7aku paraprakisht k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndryshimin e Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duhet t’i drejtohet parlamentit serb p\u00ebr ndryshimin e kushtetutes serbe e cila n\u00eb preambulen e saj e mban Kosov\u00ebn pjes\u00eb integrale t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb Kushtetuta e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb pengesa e vetme p\u00ebr themelimin e AKS-s\u00eb (Zajednic\u00ebs), dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, p\u00ebr arsye se, sa p\u00ebr qendrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e lider\u00ebve ton\u00eb kjo pun\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte harruar siq u harrua \u00c7akorri dhe pjes\u00ebt tjera q\u00eb ju dhuruan Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe Maqedonis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ishte Gjykata Kushtetuese ajo q\u00eb kishte konstatuar shkeljen e 23 neneve t\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebs me rastin e n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb 25 Gushtit 2015 n\u00eb Bruksel n\u00eb mes (dy kryeministrave) Aleksand\u00ebr Vu\u00e7iq dhe Isa Mustafa, duke konfirmuar se asociacioni i komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe nuk duhet t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb tret\u00eb t\u00eb qeverisjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrderisa marr\u00ebveshja e par\u00eb e 19 prillit 2013 (Tha\u00e7i-Da\u00e7iq) i vuri themelet e AKS-s\u00eb, marr\u00ebveshja e 25 gushtit 2015 (Mustafa-Vu\u00e7iq) i betonizoi ato themele duke i fuqizuar me kompetenca ekzekutive.<\/p>\n

Pavar\u00ebsisht vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me k\u00ebto dy marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme, ish dy kryeministrat paraprak, Hashim Tha\u00e7i dhe Isa Mustafa e kan\u00eb futur Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb obligime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, nga t\u00eb cilat, edhe pse v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb dilet!<\/p>\n

Me kushtetut\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb territorit<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pas d\u00ebshtimeve t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme n\u00eb dialog, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti n\u00eb dialogun e Brukselit, edhe pse e pamjaftueshme p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, e vetmja mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e sovranitetit dhe integritetit teritorial t\u00eb vendit \u00ebsht\u00eb KUSHTETUTA, gjegj\u00ebsisht respektimi i ligjeve t\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebs q\u00eb garantojn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn shtet unitar, pa asociacione etnike.<\/p>\n

Nuk kemi arsye t’i frikohemi Laj\u00e7akut, Borrelit dhe as Grenellit, por duhet t’iu frikohemi atyre shqipfol\u00ebsve q\u00eb p\u00ebr dy dekada masakruan ekonomin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, atyre q\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb privatizimit grabiten t\u00eb gjitha pasurit\u00eb publike t\u00eb shtetit duke bler\u00eb (p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar) toka bujq\u00ebsore n\u00eb \u00e7mim qesharak “1 ari tok\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb 1 euro” dhe duke uzurpuar prona publike pas asnj\u00eb cent.<\/p>\n

Ata q\u00eb i b\u00ebn\u00ebn “kabull” t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto m\u00ebkate n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb shtetit dhe qytetar\u00ebve, dh\u00ebnjen e territorit t\u00eb vendit nuk e kan\u00eb problem, mjafton t\u00eb mos u preken tokat dhe pronat e tyre.<\/p>\n

Prandaj, fati i asociacionit dhe i veriut t\u00eb vendit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi mbetet n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e deputet\u00ebve, ku pa 2\/3 (dy t\u00eb tretat) e votave t\u00eb tyre nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshohet Kushtetuta dhe as t\u00eb votohet asnj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr vendin.<\/p>\n
