Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb politikan\u00ebt kosovar jan\u00eb hajdut\u00eb, por edhe jo pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb opinionin kosovar \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar bindja se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb politikan\u00ebt jan\u00eb hajdut\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Kjo bindje e keqe \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar nga keq-qeverisjet e pas pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, ku asnj\u00ebra qeveri nuk ka arrit\u00eb ta p\u00ebrbyll\u00eb me suksese mandatin kushtetues pa u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb afera korruptive dhe kriminale.<\/p>\n

Var\u00ebsisht prej nivelit qeveris\u00ebs dhe shkatht\u00ebsis\u00eb vjedh\u00ebse dallojn\u00eb edhe hajdut\u00ebrit\u00eb e qeveritar\u00ebve kosov(r)ar\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zanafilla e hajnis\u00eb apo e abuzimit me buxhetin e shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb e hershme, ajo daton q\u00eb nga themelet e para t\u00eb shtetit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nga “Qeveria e Bukoshi”, siq \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur qeveria e par\u00eb e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb ekzil.<\/p>\n

Abuzimi me buxhetin e shtetit fillon me fondin e “3 p\u00ebrqind\u00ebshit”, pason me fondin “Vendlindja Th\u00ebrret” gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare, …p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar edhe pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, ku bart\u00ebsit e k\u00ebtyre dy fondeve b\u00ebhen bashk\u00eb n\u00eb qeverisjen e vendit.<\/p>\n

Pa dashur t\u00eb merrem me emra t\u00eb p\u00ebrveq\u00ebm, “stafeta” e abuzimeve me buxhetin e shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb bartur dhe trash\u00ebguar me besnik\u00ebri nga nj\u00ebra qeveri tek tjetra, nga nj\u00ebra parti tek tjetra, nga nj\u00ebri politikan tek tjetri deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme.<\/p>\n

Si rezultat i k\u00ebsaj, sot nuk e kemi asnj\u00eb parti politike q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb afera korruptive t\u00eb zhvatjes s\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit. Mir\u00ebpo \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht nuk e kemi asnj\u00eb politikan t\u00eb profilit t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr vjedhje t\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit, anipse disa figura t\u00eb larta politike kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr vjedhje t\u00eb dhjetra e qindra milion eurove nga aferat tenderuese.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha aferat korruptive jan\u00eb zhvilluar para syve t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb vendore dhe asaj nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare (EULEX), madje k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit, hajnat n\u00eb majat e shtetit i pat\u00ebn cil\u00ebsuar si “peshq t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj\u00eb”, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt paten premtuar se do t’i v\u00ebn\u00eb prapa grilave…<\/p>\n

Kur drejt\u00ebsia merr\u00eb an\u00ebn e paras\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Shpeshher\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia e merr\u00eb an\u00ebn e paras\u00eb”, e thot\u00eb nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb e urt\u00eb daneze. Edhe pse disa prej politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb profilit t\u00eb lart\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr filtrat e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb vendore, arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb dalin t\u00eb pand\u00ebshkuar nga drejt\u00ebsia n\u00eb “munges\u00eb” t\u00eb provave, anipse provat m\u00eb bind\u00ebse jan\u00eb pasurit\u00eb qindra milion\u00ebshe dhe miliard\u00ebshe t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

Kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje abuzimi me djers\u00ebn e popullit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me buxhetin e shtetit, hajdut\u00ebt e ndihmojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri tjetrin pavar\u00ebsisht ngjyrave partiake p\u00ebr bartjen e mjeteve financiare nga nj\u00ebra llogari tek tjetra, nga nj\u00ebra bank\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn deri n\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturat “Parajsa Fiskale”, ku mjetet financiare fshihen me numra fiskal, duke mos u b\u00ebr\u00eb i ditur emri i personit fizik apo juridik.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha hajdut\u00ebrit\u00eb e politikan\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjellura me patriotiz\u00ebm folklorik, me maskarada mashtruese dhe spektakle televizive, kinse jan\u00eb duke e luftuar krimin e organizuar dhe korrupsionin.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebshkim p\u00ebr mbrojt\u00ebsit e paras\u00eb publike, shp\u00ebrblim p\u00ebr ndihm\u00ebsit e hajdut\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb abuzimet serike t\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebve t\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs, para \u00e7do vjedhje skandaloze t\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit, politikan\u00ebt shesin moral politik tek qytetar\u00ebt, duke u paraqitur si engjuj dhe shp\u00ebtimtar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij populli.<\/p>\n

Deri m\u00eb sot nuk ka ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb d\u00ebnohet dikush p\u00ebr vjedhje qindra milion\u00ebshe. T\u00eb rrezikuar jan\u00eb vjedh\u00ebsit e vegj\u00ebl dhe hajdut\u00ebt ordiner\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt drejt\u00ebsia i hap\u00eb sy e vesh, nd\u00ebrsa kur jan\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje shumat e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb parave t\u00eb vjedhura, prokuror\u00ebt dhe gjykat\u00ebsit nuk shohin dhe as d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa vendimet gjyq\u00ebsore parashkruhen n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb hajdut\u00ebve dhe kriminel\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, risku (rreziku) bie mbi ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb ngritur aktkauz\u00ebn apo ndaj atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publik abuzimin e buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit, siq ishte rasti vjedhjes n\u00eb nj\u00eb bank\u00eb, ku zyrtari bankar largohet nga puna p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb b\u00ebrjes publike t\u00eb vjedhjes s\u00eb mjeteve financiare.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha abuzimet e m\u00ebdha financiare dhe aferat skandaloze ka pasur edhe shp\u00ebrblime me poste t\u00eb larta shetet\u00ebrore p\u00ebr ata (ato) q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndihmuuar n\u00eb vjedhje dhe abuzim t\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n

Andaj, edhe ne rastin e fundit, rrezikon t\u00eb d\u00ebnohet dhe nd\u00ebshkohet nga “drejt\u00ebsia” ai i cili i pari e b\u00ebri publik lajmin p\u00ebr avullimin e 2 milion eurove nga thesari shtetit!<\/p>\n
