E njeri prej tyre e\u0308shte\u0308 djaloshi Tiranas Rexhep C\u0327ullhaj. Ne\u0308 fakt ai tashme\u0308 pe\u0308r vitet qe\u0308 i re\u0308ndojne\u0308 mbi supe nuk mund te\u0308 quhet djalosh, por duke pare\u0308 se me c\u0327fare\u0308 vullneti e kurajo punon c\u0327do dite\u0308 djalosh e djalosh nde\u0308r me\u0308 te\u0308 rinjte\u0308 e\u0308shte\u0308 se vrapon me\u0308 shume\u0308 se sa koha.<\/p>\n

Rexhepi pasi mbaroi me nota te\u0308 shke\u0308lqyera arsimin tete\u0308vjec\u0327ar dhe ate\u0308 te\u0308 mese\u0308m i doli e drejta e studimit pe\u0308r ne\u0308 Institutin Bujqe\u0308sor te\u0308 Tirane\u0308 (sot Universiteti Bujqe\u0308sor i Tirane\u0308s),duke dipllomuar Zoteknik i larte. U lidh dhe u dashurua shume\u0308 me profesionin duke punuar Pergjegjes sektori deri ne shkrirjen e ekonomive bujqesore. Me pas Z\/V.kryetar Komune, njekohesish mesues ne shkolle te mesme, Komuna Dajt Tirane, Sekretar i keshillit te komunes Paskuqan, Drejtor Fonder Mek sh.a bashkia Tirane.<\/p>\n

Specialist ne Drejtorine e bujqesise Tirane. K\u00ebshilltar ne keshillat e bashkuara, komunal e bashkiak ne Tirane. Rexhepi ka punuar ne\u0308 shume\u0308 detyra te\u0308 ndryshme dhe kudo ka qene\u0308 nje\u0308 nde\u0308r kuadrot me\u0308 te\u0308 guxime\u0308she\u0308m, me\u0308 kurajoz ku marre\u0308dhe\u0308njet e tij me mvare\u0308sit ishin ne\u0308 nivel te mire.<\/p>\n

Ato vete\u0308m mund te\u0308 ndjehen. Rexhep C\u0327ullhaj ne\u0308 kujtimet e tij mbajtur nde\u0308r vite hedh drite\u0308 jo vete\u0308m pe\u0308r vete por edhe pe\u0308r familjen, pe\u0308r te\u0308 afe\u0308rmit, pe\u0308r fisin por edhe pe\u0308r te\u0308 gjithe\u0308 ate\u0308 brez te\u0308 sakrifikuar i cili nuk ka le\u0308ne\u0308 shteg pe\u0308r te\u0308 be\u0308re\u0308 qortimin me\u0308 pak te\u0308 re\u0308nde\u0308sishe\u0308m, pe\u0308r tu ke\u0308rkuar llogari pe\u0308r ndonje\u0308 mange\u0308si, qofte\u0308 edhe formale, ne\u0308 drejtim te\u0308 ndonje\u0308 detyrimi qe\u0308 nuk e ka kryer dot si duhet. Pe\u0308rkundrazi ai dhe brezi i tij pe\u0308rjetuan kohra shume\u0308 te\u0308 ve\u0308shtira por qe\u0308 ne\u0308 fund te\u0308 fundit ato qe\u0308 deshe\u0308n te\u0308 mbesin njere\u0308z pe\u0308rse\u0308ri njere\u0308z mbete\u0308n.<\/p>\n

Ne\u0308 jete\u0308n me plot ngjarje te\u0308 lakmueshme te\u0308 Rexhep C\u0327ullhajt, gjen njeriun e bindur pe\u0308r te\u0308 kryer veprime te\u0308 guximshme, pa e ditur se ai ato i be\u0308n ne\u0308n trysnine\u0308 e nde\u0308rgjegjes se\u0308 paste\u0308r dhe te\u0308 njeriut idealist.<\/p>\n

Kam parasysh ke\u0308tu veprimtari te\u0308 tij, te\u0308 cilat kur i sjellim e i ballafaqojme\u0308 me ate\u0308 c\u0327ka be\u0308jme\u0308 ne te\u0308 sotmit, pe\u0308r vendin, pe\u0308r flamurin te\u0308 cilit i ke\u0308ndojme\u0308 nga me\u0308ngjesi ne\u0308 darke\u0308 e nga darka ne\u0308 me\u0308ngjes, te\u0308 duket sikur atdheu e\u0308shte\u0308 ne\u0308 dore\u0308 te\u0308 intrigante\u0308ve<\/p>\n

Jeta ka provuar se ai qe\u0308 shpe\u0308rfill mundimin, vuajtjet, pe\u0308rgjithe\u0308sisht sakrifice\u0308n pe\u0308r te\u0308 arritur dic\u0327ka te\u0308 vyrtytshme, ne\u0308 fund ndjehet i lumtur dhe i plote\u0308suar ne\u0308 shpirt e ne\u0308 nde\u0308rgjegje. Rexhep C\u0327ullhaj i ngjan pa dyshim shpirtit \u201cbinjak\u201d me c\u0327do njeri qe\u0308 i ngjit shkalle\u0308t e kariere\u0308s me urte\u0308si, duke e konsideruar pozicionin apo nje\u0308 detyre\u0308 te\u0308 larte\u0308 qofte\u0308 partie, qofte\u0308 administrative si nje\u0308 premtim te\u0308 mundimit pe\u0308r te\u0308 arritur deri aty.<\/p>\n

C\u0327fare\u0308 ishte ajo magji qe\u0308 be\u0308ri ai pe\u0308r te\u0308 komanduar, pe\u0308r te\u0308 drejtuar, pe\u0308r tu dhe\u0308ne\u0308 mend te\u0308 tjere\u0308ve, te\u0308 rinje\u0308ve e te\u0308 rejave, puntore\u0308ve dhe koperativiste\u0308ve, arsimtare\u0308ve dhe kuadrove te\u0308 tjere\u0308 ne\u0308 te\u0308 gjitha zonat ku drejtoi e punoj me pe\u0308rkushtim e devotshme\u0308ri? Por ne\u0308 fakt ai e kishte nje\u0308 magji. Madje shume\u0308 te\u0308 sigurte\u0308 pe\u0308r ta quajtur investim te\u0308 se\u0308 ardhmes, te\u0308 jete\u0308s se\u0308 tij si njeri me ambicie e qe\u0308 nje\u0308 dite\u0308 te\u0308 mos skuqej nga turpi i qortimit te\u0308 njeriut me sede\u0308r te\u0308paste\u0308r qelibar.<\/p>\n

“Magjia\u201d e Rexhep C\u0327ullhajt ishte dhe mbeti intelekti i tij, ishte fakti qe\u0308 padijen e konsideronte mjerim dhe qe\u0308 si mbe\u0308shtetje te\u0308 pa ze\u0308ve\u0308nde\u0308sushme te\u0308 kishte ke\u0308shillimin. Ke\u0308shillim te\u0308 cilin ua \u201clypte\u201d njere\u0308zve me pe\u0308rvoje\u0308, kuadrove te\u0308 rrahur me vaj e me uthull ne\u0308 shkolle\u0308n e pune\u0308s dhe jete\u0308s. Nga kjo pike\u0308pamje, ai nuk tregohej qibar, ne\u0308 mos ndjehej edhe i pe\u0308rulur pe\u0308r te\u0308 me\u0308suar e pe\u0308rfituar nga kushdo qe\u0308 shfaqte ide e praktika te\u0308 dobishme.<\/p>\n

Ndoshta vone\u0308, tepe\u0308r vone\u0308, por sic\u0327 thote\u0308 populli ma mire\u0308 vone\u0308 se sa fare, Rexhepi shke\u0308putet nga puna ne\u0308 administrate\u0308 pe\u0308r te\u0308 dale\u0308 me biznes privat. Ishte viti 2006. Shqiptare\u0308t ishin shke\u0308putur nga libri fale\u0308 teknologjise\u0308 se\u0308 internetit.<\/p>\n

Njere\u0308zit nuk lexonin, nuk blinin libra. Ishte i vetmi biznes me humbje sa qe\u0308 librat kishin mbetur stok ne\u0308pe\u0308r rafte ne\u0308 librari te\u0308 ndryshme te\u0308 Tirane\u0308s.<\/p>\n

Dhe megjithate\u0308 Rexhepi mendoi se duhej investuar pe\u0308r librin. Me guxim dhe inisiative\u0308 si gjithmone\u0308, pa u konsultuar me\u0308 pare\u0308 me gruan dhe fe\u0308mije\u0308t, duke marre\u0308 edhe nje\u0308 kredi bankare hapi te\u0308 pare\u0308n librari ne\u0308 Institut ku ne\u0308 fillim mori nde\u0308rtese\u0308n me qera dhe nje sasi jo vogel librash qe\u0308 kishte gjendje ne biblotek\u00e8n e shtepis\u00e8.<\/p>\n

Be\u0308nte nje\u0308 pune\u0308 te\u0308 madhe, pune\u0308 te\u0308 lodhshme, zgjohej here\u0308t e me nje\u0308 c\u0327ante\u0308 ne\u0308 krah shkonte c\u0327do dite\u0308 ne\u0308 qende\u0308r dhe me autobuz sillte shtypin e dite\u0308s. Ajo libraria e voge\u0308l, me pak rafte e libra shume\u0308 shpejt u hap, u zgjerua, u shtua me botime te\u0308 reja, u fut dhe libri shkollor si eskluzivitet i ke\u0308saj librarie pe\u0308r te\u0308 gjithe\u0308 zone\u0308n e Kode\u0308r-Kame\u0308z.Libraria “Fabler tashme\u0308 u be\u0308 nje\u0308 vend pune\u0308simi edhe pe\u0308r djemte\u0308 e tij, mori eme\u0308r dhe kliente\u0308t vinin edhe nga Tirana ne\u0308 ke\u0308te\u0308 librari se gjenin pike\u0308risht ke\u0308tu librin e duhur.<\/p>\n

Pe\u0308r Rexhepin nuk kishte qete\u0308si, nuk gjente rehati. Domosdo duke marre\u0308 pe\u0308rse\u0308ri kredi bleu fare prane\u0308 shkolle\u0308 “Ibrahim Rugova” ne\u0308 bulevardin blu ne qender Kame\u0308z nje\u0308 sipe\u0308rfaqe nde\u0308rtimi te konsiderushme . Menduan miq e shoke\u0308 se ke\u0308te\u0308 radhe\u0308 mund te\u0308 hapte ndonje\u0308 supermarket te\u0308 madh, por jo, imagjinata e Rexhepit ishte krejt ndryshe. Te\u0308 gjithe\u0308 ke\u0308te\u0308 siperfaqe e ngriti librari dhe kancelari, duke u be\u0308 libraria “Fabler” ne\u0308 Kame\u0308z nje\u0308 nde\u0308r librarite\u0308 me\u0308 te\u0308 me\u0308dha ne\u0308 shkalle\u0308 vendi.<\/p>\n

Tashme\u0308 kur shikon nga afe\u0308r se puna me librin po ece\u0308n, djemte\u0308 dhe nuset e djemve punojne\u0308 bashke\u0308, Rexhepi qe heret eshte marre me krijimtari artistike. Me krijimtari e\u0308shte\u0308 marre\u0308 qe\u0308 here\u0308t por tani sic\u0327 duket koha e\u0308shte\u0308 ne\u0308 favor te\u0308 tij. Ka kate\u0308r ve\u0308llime me poezi, nje\u0308 me fabula, nje\u0308 me tregime, nje\u0308 me vjersha pe\u0308r fe\u0308mije\u0308, historikun e Universitetit Bujqe\u0308sor te\u0308 Tirane\u0308s, dy revista me ilustrim.<\/p>\n

Hobi e Rexhepit jane\u0308 udhe\u0308timet qe\u0308 ne\u0308 ke\u0308te\u0308 periudhe\u0308 qete\u0308sie e relaksi duke vizituar: Parisin, Romen, Barcelonen, Vatikan, Montekarlo, Stamboll, Ankara, Berlin, Hamburg, Bon, Prage\u0308, Vjene\u0308, Budapest, Moske\u0308, Kjev, Kishinaon, Bukuresht, Sofje, Kopenhage\u0308, Stokholm, Lubjane\u0308, Vjene, Varshave, Prage, Talin, Riga, Vilmus, Laveta, Nikozia, Stokholm, Kopenhage, Oslo, Shkup, Podgorice, Prishtine, Sanmarino, Transmonteria, Shenpetersburg, Athine, Budapest etj.<\/p>\n
