Bie pyetja logjike, a \u00ebsht\u00eb ky konstatim i drejt\u00eb dhe pse nuk vlen\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt dhe shtetet nj\u00eb konstatim i till\u00eb? N\u00eb shtetet e ish bllokut komunist, popujt kan\u00eb jetuar keq, sepse iu kan n\u00ebnshtruar shtypj\u00ebs, kurse n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr kemi pasur shtetet e sistemit kapitalist, ku popujt\u00eb kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb demokraci, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Kemi gjerman\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i ka ndar\u00eb muri i Berlinit n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb. Ata gjerman\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan jetuar n\u00eb sistemin komunist kan\u00eb jetuar shum\u00eb m\u00eb keq n\u00eb krahasim m\u00eb v\u00ebll\u00ebz\u00ebrit e tyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan jetuar n\u00eb sistemin e avancuar kapitalist. K\u00ebshu ka ndodhur edhe n\u00eb vende tjera t\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr popuj\u00eb meritor ose m\u00eb pak meritor, por b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb s\u00eb n\u00eb cilin sistem kan\u00eb jetuar ose jetojn\u00eb popujt. Ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i kan pasur regjimet diktatoriale natyrisht s\u00eb kan jetuar shum\u00eb m\u00eb keq. Q\u00eb i njejti popull ka mbetur n\u00ebn sundimin e regjimeve dimetralisht t\u00eb kunderta faji nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i popullit, por luftat e zhvilluara dhe sferat e ndikimit n\u00eb bot\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb tilla. Gjerman\u00ebt pas 40 viteve arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb bashkohen, p\u00ebr dallim nga shum\u00eb shtete dhe shum\u00eb popuj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk e kan\u00eb pasur ende mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e bashkimit. Politikat e superfuqive i kan\u00eb ndryshuar hartat gjeografike n\u00eb bot\u00eb shpesh padrejt\u00ebsisht, duke i l\u00ebn\u00eb popujt m\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, kultur\u00eb dhe territor t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb shtete, me t\u00eb cilat nuk i lidh\u00eb asgj\u00eb, pos q\u00eb jan\u00eb fqinj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb fat t\u00eb keq e paten edhe shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mbeten jasht\u00eb trungut t\u00eb lasht\u00eb ilirik, m\u00eb fajin e fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Kjo b\u00ebri q\u00eb ata t\u00eb sundohen edhe nga regjimet diktatoriale. Kosova dhe trojet tjera etnike mbeten n\u00ebn sundimin e serbosllaveve. Edhe shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb jetuan n\u00eb Shqiperi deri t\u00eb sh\u00ebmbja e komunizmit n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb ishin t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb diktatur\u00ebn. Nuk mund t\u00eb themi se shqiptar\u00ebt i merituan regjimet tiranike n\u00eb trojet e tyre etnike. Nese kjo tirani ua ka imponuar regjimet, nuk mund t\u00eb konkludojm\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr fajin e popullit, pse i kan\u00eb pranuar k\u00ebto regjime diktatoriale.<\/p>\n<p>Rendi i ri bot\u00ebror b\u00ebri t\u00eb mundur shk\u00ebputj\u00ebn nga komunizmi t\u00eb shteteve t\u00eb ish bllokut komunist. Proceset demokratike n\u00eb Evrope por edhe n\u00eb bot\u00eb ishin t\u00eb pandalshme. Edhe pse ka per\u00ebnduar epoka e sundimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb menyr\u00ebs klasike t\u00eb sundimit, duket sikur jan\u00eb zgjuar bukur shum\u00eb lugaterit\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre regjimeve. Kur jemi k\u00ebtu neve natyrisht m\u00eb shum\u00eb na intereson Kosova si shteti m\u00eb i ri n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb. Duke u nda m\u00eb luft\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1999 nga Serbia, kemi menduar s\u00eb do t\u00eb shk\u00ebputemi p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb edhe nga koha e diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb eg\u00ebr komuniste. P\u00ebr fatin ton\u00eb t\u00eb keq, ende n\u00eb kokat e k\u00ebtyre sundimtarve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs por edhe t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb po mbret\u00ebron logjika e regjimit autokratik.<\/p>\n<p>Nese dikur ka qen\u00eb koh\u00eb tjeter dhe rrethana tjera politike n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe bot\u00eb, sot kur kemi hap\u00ebruar n\u00eb shekullin 21, nuk ka asnj\u00eb justifikim t\u00eb kthimit ton\u00eb mbrapa. Duhet pranuar s\u00eb kemi tendenca t\u00eb hapura t\u00eb kthimit t\u00eb logjik\u00ebs sundimtare m\u00eb shtetin dhe mas\u00ebn. Regjimet aktuale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri fshehurazi por edhe haptazi m\u00eb veprimet e veta, jan\u00eb duke u shk\u00ebputur nga populli, duke nd\u00ebrtuar shtet m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr vete. Jan\u00eb duke sunduar duke u thirrur n\u00eb emer t\u00eb popullit. Tash n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana politike \u00ebsht\u00eb e pa pranushme logjika n\u00ebnshtruese. Edhe mund t\u00eb vjen n\u00eb shprehje th\u00ebnja s\u00eb &#8220;\u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb populli t\u00eb till\u00eb e ka udh\u00ebheqj\u00ebn\u201c, kur dihet s\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit e demantimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb teze t\u00eb till\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb ende shum\u00eb besoj\u00eb s\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb pranohet nj\u00eb konstatim i till\u00eb. Shqiptar\u00ebt historikisht dit\u00ebn ta ruajn\u00eb dhe ta mbrojn\u00eb qenien e tyre komb\u00ebtare (<em>jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ia kan\u00eb dal\u00eb! &#8211; sh\u00ebnimi im A\u00c7<\/em>). Nuk justifikohet gjendja e keqe politike dhe e rrjedhave ekonomike pas 17 viteve. Ka qen\u00eb e logjikshme q\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs duhet durim dhe p\u00ebrmbtaje sepse vendi ka qen\u00eb i shkat\u00ebrruar nga lufta. Por, 17 vite dhe ende nuk i shihet fundi k\u00ebtyre marr\u00ebzive, kjo nuk justifikohet. Sikur n\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt gjithmon\u00eb patem, fatin e keq q\u00eb t\u00eb na dalin p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb pa dijshmit, t\u00eb pa nd\u00ebrgjegjshmit dhe t\u00eb pa moral\u00ebt politik. U treguan lakmitar\u00eb i t\u00eb mirave materjale, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb anash interesin e p\u00ebrgjithshem. Madje, shum\u00eb prej tyre akuzohen s\u00eb kan b\u00ebr\u00eb krime, s\u00eb p\u00ebr korrupcion veq \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e ditur kjo pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Patem gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve edhe vrasje t\u00eb motivuara politikisht t\u00eb cilat kurr\u00eb deri m\u00eb tash nuk u zbardh\u00ebn s\u00eb pari nga administrata mamute e UMNIK-ut, nuk u zbuluan as nga EULEX-i, dhe as nga organet tona shtet\u00ebrore. Kjo tregon s\u00eb sa jemi larg\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrit shtet funksional dhe shtet ligjor. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konglemerat t\u00eb dob\u00ebt politik, natyrisht s\u00eb vijn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb shprehje krizat e ndryshme. Edhe mos transparenca \u00ebsht\u00eb indikatori i keq i gjendj\u00ebs s\u00eb krijuar.<\/p>\n<p>Sikur q\u00eb nga fillimi t\u00eb kishim pasur transparenc\u00eb nuk do ta kishin nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb jo t\u00eb volitshme politike. L\u00ebshimet q\u00eb prekin statusin politik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs filluan m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga Fusnota, pastaj marrveshjet t\u00eb cilave kurr\u00eb nuk iu p\u00ebrmbajt\u00eb Serbia, l\u00ebshimet m\u00eb Asociacionin e komunave Serbe m\u00eb kompetenca vendimarr\u00ebse deri t\u00eb loja m\u00eb kifijt\u00eb shtet\u00ebror. Kur gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ia shtojme gjendjen e dob\u00ebt ekonomike dhe sociale, mund t\u00eb konstojm\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb s\u00eb kjo kast\u00eb politike moti ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb provim&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sh\u00ebnim<\/strong>: <em>Konstatimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i drejt\u00eb dhe vlen p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt, e par\u00eb kjo n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb psiko-analitike. Shikoj shqiptar\u00ebt sot, sa t\u00eb shkolluar e t\u00eb ditur jan\u00eb? A sillet shoq\u00ebria shqiptare si evropiane, a \u00ebsht\u00eb konkurruese n\u00eb treg, a punon e prodhon?
