{"id":61734,"date":"2020-12-04T09:24:55","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T08:24:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/?p=61734"},"modified":"2020-12-04T09:24:55","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T08:24:55","slug":"erdhi-si-reformator-u-kthye-ne-sundimtar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/erdhi-si-reformator-u-kthye-ne-sundimtar\/","title":{"rendered":"Erdhi si reformator, u kthye n\u00eb sundimtar!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: <strong>Florim Zeqa<\/strong>, <em>04.12.2020<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb kontrasti m\u00eb i madh, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin duhet t\u00eb shprehin mendimet e tyre i gjith\u00eb elektorati rugovian, simpantizant\u00ebt e LDK-s\u00eb, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit dhe kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e liderit aktual, i cili p\u00ebr 10 vjet rresht nuk arriti t&#8217;i sjell\u00eb asnj\u00eb fitore LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet nacionale.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kritika t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosha n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb filozofis\u00eb politike rugoviane<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nuk jam nga ata q\u00eb e kritikojn\u00eb Isa Mustaf\u00ebn p\u00ebr inate personale, p\u00ebr mosrealizim t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb posti n\u00eb LDK, t\u00eb mosmarrjes s\u00eb ndonj\u00eb posti ministror\u00eb, t\u00eb mosmarrjes s\u00eb ndonj\u00eb tenderi apo t\u00eb mosem\u00ebrimit n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb post diplomatik, por e kritikoj at\u00eb nga aspekti parimor i mbrojtjes s\u00eb filizofis\u00eb politike rugoviane, nga dashuria q\u00eb kam p\u00ebr atdheun dhe bashkatdhetar\u00ebt si dhe nga dhembshuria q\u00eb ndjej\u00eb p\u00ebr elektoratin e tradhtuar rugovian p\u00ebr disa her\u00eb radhazi nga lideri i LDK-s\u00eb dhe sejmen\u00ebt e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Se v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk kam asgj\u00eb personale me Isa Mustaf\u00ebn, po ua shpalosi nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Pik\u00ebrisht shtat\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, duke besuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrvojen e tij politike, profilin prej intelektuali dhe akademiku, duke besuar n\u00eb premtimet e tij elektorale p\u00ebr reforma t\u00eb thella n\u00eb LDK, e pata b\u00ebr\u00eb shkrimin monumental me titull &#8220;Isa Mustafa, lideri reformator i LDK-s\u00eb&#8221;!, i botuar me 09.12.2013 n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn Bota Sot dhe i nxjerrur n\u00eb ballin\u00ebn e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, Isa Mustafa, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb m\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjeu mua si mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs n\u00eb reformat e premtuara, e zhg\u00ebnjeu elektoratin dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt me premtimet n\u00eb mashtrim nga nj\u00ebra pal\u00eb zgjedhje n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn, nga nj\u00ebri kuvend i LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb tjetrin, me shp\u00ebrblimin e servil\u00ebve dhe puthador\u00ebve, humb\u00ebsve serik t\u00eb zgjedhjeve lokale, klaneve dhe grupeve t\u00eb interesit q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn at\u00eb, duke i larguar dhe mbyll\u00eb der\u00ebn n\u00eb LDK t\u00eb gjith\u00eb z\u00ebrave ndryshe, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht intelektual\u00ebve dhe veprimtar\u00ebve q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuan koalicionet dhe lidhjet e panatyrshme qeveris\u00ebse me kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e filozofis\u00eb politike rugoviane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edhe humb\u00ebs, edhe kryetar\u00eb, paradoks i papar\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Secili politikan, qoft\u00eb i vog\u00ebl apo i madh, i ri apo i vjet\u00ebr, me ose pa p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb politike, mund ta p\u00ebsoj nj\u00eb humbje aksidentale, por jo dy, tri, e n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shtat\u00eb vjet rresht dhe t\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebrseri n\u00eb kreun e partis\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Mbetja e Isa Mustaf\u00ebs n\u00eb krye t\u00eb partis\u00eb si humb\u00ebs serik i zgjedhjeve , paraqet paradoksin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh\u00eb politik t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy dekadave n\u00eb Lidhjen Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. E p\u00ebr m\u00eb keq se kaq, si humb\u00ebs seriik i zgjedhjeve po e vazhdon pa asnj\u00eb problem edhe n\u00eb qeverisjen e vendit, duke aspiruar edhe postin e t\u00eb parit t\u00eb shtetit!<\/p>\n<p>Ngjash\u00ebm sikurse lideri i partis\u00eb, edhe shumica e kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb deg\u00ebve t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, si humb\u00ebs serik t\u00eb zgjedhjeve vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb sillen si sundimtar n\u00eb parti, duke mbajtur postin e kryetarit n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vullnetin e elektoratit si dhe duke qeverisur n\u00eb pushtetin lokal pa asnj\u00eb fitore n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e tyre politike.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht normale p\u00ebr nj\u00eb parti minore q\u00eb pretendon rriten e saj dhe ngritjen drejt majave t\u00eb pushtetit, por jo p\u00ebr nj\u00eb subjekt t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs, siq \u00ebsht\u00eb LDK-ja, subjekti i par\u00eb politik n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat shqiptare i cili i filloi proceset demokratike n\u00eb Ballkan dhe u b\u00eb sh\u00ebmbull p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn demokratike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00eb pajtuar me humbje, por jo edhe me nd\u00ebshkimin e elektoratit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si partia e par\u00eb antikomuniste n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat ballkanike, LDK-ja n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr kishte arrit\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb tubonte rreth vetes mbi 700 mij\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb, duke tronditur themelet e shtetit Jugosllav. LDK me Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebn n\u00eb krye u b\u00eb sinonim i s\u00eb mir\u00ebs, simbol i shpres\u00ebs dhe ndryshimeve politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe viset tjera t\u00eb banuara me shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb ish Jugosllavi.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo \u00e7far\u00eb ka mbetur n\u00eb LDK-n\u00eb e sotme, e udh\u00ebhequr nga Isa Mustafa dhe sejmen\u00ebt e tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as surrogat i LDK-s\u00eb rugoviane, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin numerik, por p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs antidemokratike t\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb partis\u00eb dhe \u00e7asjes s\u00eb gabuar ndaj vlerave t\u00eb nj\u00ebmendta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb subjekt politik.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nj\u00ebri kishte vjedhur disa her\u00eb n\u00eb Xhami, por nj\u00eb her\u00eb duke dal\u00eb prej saj, kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00eb me vete, &#8216;eh, moj Xhami, shum\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb vjedha, e nuk m\u00eb pave&#8217;, por n\u00eb at\u00eb moment i p\u00ebrgjigjet Xhamia; &#8216;boll shum\u00eb her\u00eb ta theva qaf\u00ebn, po ti ende nuk e paske marr\u00eb vesh&#8217; &#8220;!<\/p>\n<p>Edhe liderit t\u00eb partis\u00eb dhe kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb deg\u00ebve humb\u00ebs t\u00eb zgjedhjeve, elektorati (Xhamia) disa her\u00eb ua dha p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn, por k\u00ebta nuk desh\u00ebn ta d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Por nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb z\u00ebrin e elektoratit rugovian!<br \/>\nMosreagimi i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, kryesive t\u00eb deg\u00ebve dhe elektoratit ndaj humbjeve serike t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, e ka krijuar nj\u00eb imazh t\u00eb keq tek qytetar\u00ebt e vendit dhe sikur \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar bindja, se me vet\u00ebd\u00ebshir\u00eb po shkojn\u00eb drejt fundosjes si subjekt politik!<\/p>\n<p>Pa dashur t\u00eb l\u00ebshohem n\u00eb ato q\u00eb i kam shkruar dhe th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr kryetarin e LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb 10 vjet\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, gjegj\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr l\u00ebvdatat dhe kritikat ndaj tij, as sot dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do e heqja as nj\u00eb rresht dhe asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, asnj\u00eb pik\u00eb dhe asnj\u00eb presje, ngase t\u00eb gjitha i ka t\u00eb merituara, por jam n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjes nga posti i kryetarit, si akt moral p\u00ebr humbjen e Podujev\u00ebs, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb shkrimin final dhe monumental p\u00ebr Isa Mustaf\u00ebn, i cili erdhi si reformator\u00eb dhe u kthye n\u00eb sundimtar!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: Florim Zeqa, 04.12.2020 Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb kontrasti m\u00eb i madh, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin duhet t\u00eb shprehin mendimet e tyre i gjith\u00eb elektorati rugovian, simpantizant\u00ebt e LDK-s\u00eb, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit dhe kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e liderit aktual, i cili p\u00ebr 10 vjet rresht nuk arriti t&#8217;i sjell\u00eb asnj\u00eb fitore LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet nacionale.
