Kosova kishte nj\u00eb president kontravers, fatal. Em\u00ebrimi i i tij ishte sup\u00ebr-specifik. Dy kryetar\u00eb partie biseduan, pa asnj\u00eb autorizim partiak dhe konkluduan, n\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb marr\u00ebzishme, sup\u00ebr-banditeske: “Un\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr sot, ti president nes\u00ebr!” Isa dhe Hashimi vendos\u00ebn k\u00ebshtu, sepse, m\u00eb par\u00eb, i kishin dhjer\u00eb strukturat e partis\u00eb, elektoratin e tyre dhe popullin! Po deshi l\u00eb ta provoj\u00eb dhe ta demantoj\u00eb ndokush k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb absolute.<\/p>\n

I gjith\u00ebfuqishmi Hashin Tha\u00e7i ishte gjith\u00eb\u00e7ka: kryeminist\u00ebr-zyrtarisht, por, edhe president, minist\u00ebr i jasht\u00ebm, dirigjues i t\u00eb gjitha institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore! Pra, kap\u00ebs i shtetit, p\u00ebrfshi sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe vet Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese, q\u00eb proklamohej si i vetmi institucion i besuesh\u00ebm, por, q\u00eb rezultoi t\u00eb j\u00ebt\u00eb “pordh\u00eb e ftoht\u00eb!”<\/p>\n

Kongresmen\u00eb, senator\u00eb, p\u00ebrsonalitete bot\u00ebrore, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, amerikane, lobist\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb hartojn\u00eb dhe dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e \u00e7uditshme p\u00ebr “\u00c7mimin Nobel” t\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it!?! Madje, nj\u00eb personalitet lajthiti keqas, duke e quajtur Hashimin “Xhorxh Washingtoni i Kosov\u00ebs!” Por, amerikan\u00ebt, edhe pse t\u00eb vonuar n\u00eb shtet\u00ebsi, kan\u00eb djegur etapat, me prakticizmin e tyre, kan\u00eb tejkaluar kombet e hershme. Dhe, kur Hashimi u prangos, administrata amerikane, u distancua nga ai vler\u00ebsim paushall, duke e quajtur t\u00eb nxituar, n\u00eb saje t\u00eb dezinformacionit. Krejt OK-ej.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitet `90-a, kur Kosova kishte nevoj\u00ebn akute t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfaqjes t\u00eb halleve t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb Qendrat e Vendosjes n\u00eb bot\u00eb, nj\u00eb artikull shkrimor, n\u00eb gazetat prestigjioze, kushtonte mij\u00ebra dollar\u00eb. Dhe, ne q\u00eb ishim m\u00eb af\u00ebr Qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb ekzil, fillimisht, shprehnim habi. Por, m\u00eb von\u00eb kuptuam se asgj\u00eb nuk l\u00ebvizte pa paguar, madje, “sa frengu pul\u00ebn”, si\u00e7 thon\u00eb n\u00eb zhargonin gazetaresk. Fillimisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfolur, m\u00eb von\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb faktuar, se lobimi i Hashim Tha\u00e7it, tashm\u00eb, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e presidentit, p\u00ebr ndarjen e Kosov\u00ebs, ka qen\u00eb mjaft i kushtuesh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr buxhetin e shtetit. At\u00ebher\u00eb, kjo nism\u00eb konsiderohej e pabesueshme, por, mjerisht, rezultoi e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb! Nj\u00eb kontribut p\u00ebr zbulimin e k\u00ebsaj afere, dha edhe Ramush Haradinaj, kur e quajti Vlor\u00eb \u00c7itakun “ambasadore t\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it!” Dhe, k\u00ebt\u00eb e m\u00ebsoi nga lobist\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, me disa syr\u00ebsh Ramushin e lidh\u00eb miq\u00ebsia krahinore dhe vjelja e fondeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura, n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si dhe n\u00eb fushatat e dendura zgjedhore.<\/p>\n

E v\u00ebrteta e lobimit t\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it, p\u00ebr ndarjen e Kosov\u00ebs, u konkretizua me vizit\u00ebn e Edvin Ram\u00ebs n\u00eb Beograd, dhe takimin me Aleksander Vuqi\u00e7in, deklarata e bujshme patriotike e tij p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. M\u00eb von\u00eb, veprimtaret serbe, p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut, Natasha Kandi\u00e7 dhe Sonja Biserko, do t\u00eb zbulonin dhe denonconin bisedimet konspirative t\u00eb Ram\u00ebs me Vuqi\u00e7in, “kumbar\u00ebt e ndarjes t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs”, n\u00eb Nish t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb!.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb sinkronizim, partizan\u00ebt e Hashimit p\u00ebr ndarjen e Kosov\u00ebs, organizuan nj\u00eb takim, me disa qytetar\u00eb n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb. Kjo ishte nj\u00eb parap\u00ebrgaditje p\u00ebr popullin. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb organizimit ishte kreu i PDK-s\u00eb, Kadri Veseli. Por, m\u00eb i drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nism\u00eb, ishte Raif \u00c7ela, nj\u00eb ish i burgosur politik. Veriun e Kosov\u00ebs, sikur e knsideronte t\u00eb huaj p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn! Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Veseli do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrronte mendje, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshti me shefin e tij, Hashimin, qe t\u00ebrhequr nga ky pazar.<\/p>\n

Shum\u00eb m\u00eb i avancuar n\u00eb ndarjen e Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe n\u00eb arsyet e k\u00ebtij akti makab\u00ebr, ishte Baton Haxhiu. Ai n\u00eb nj\u00eb debat televiziv, foli me goj\u00ebn e tij, por, me mendjen e Hashimit. Ishte nj\u00eb shpalosje e q\u00ebllimshme e ides\u00eb s\u00eb ndarjes dhe pazareve tjera me Serbin\u00eb, kryesisht, n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb liris\u00eb t\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it! N\u00eb mes tjerash, Batoni tha:<\/p>\n

1) Veriu i Mitrovic\u00ebs t`i lihet Serbis\u00eb;
\n2) Gjykata Speciale t\u00eb zhb\u00ebhet;
\n3) Krimet reciproke t\u00eb fal\u00ebn, kan\u00eb kaluar 20 vjet\u00eb, t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pajtimi serbo-shqiptar\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Milionat e avokat\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj dhe drejt\u00ebsia e dyshuar<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ligj\u00ebrisht, thuhet se fondacionet krijohen me ligj t\u00eb Kuvendit. Por, “Fondacioni p\u00ebr mbrojtjen juridike t\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it”, m\u00ebsohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb krijuar nga familja e tij, pa p\u00ebrfillur fare Kuvendin! Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ka ndar\u00eb 20 mlion\u00eb euro, p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e 4 (kat\u00ebr) t\u00eb akuzuar\u00ebve potencial\u00eb nga Gjykata Speciale. Megjithat\u00eb, avokat\u00ebt ankohen se jan\u00eb pak!?<\/p>\n

Pse duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 5 (pes\u00eb) avokat\u00ebr Hashim Tha\u00e7it?! Madje, pse duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, kur dihet se avokati sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr grumbullimin dhe hetimin e fakteve mbrojt\u00ebse nga vendi, Kosova, Shqip\u00ebria, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka edhe akuzohen t\u00eb arrestuarit. Lind dyshimi i bazuar, se t\u00eb huajt\u00eb i gjejn\u00eb m\u00eb leht\u00eb lidhjet e duhura: avokat-gjyqtar, p\u00ebr t`i ndar\u00eb milionat, rrjedhimisht, p\u00ebr ta bler\u00eb pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e fajtorit!<\/p>\n

Avokati britanik, Ben Emerson, deklaron se mbrojtja e Ramush Haradinaj, vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, ka kushtuar 11(nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb) milion\u00eb euro! Prej tyre pranon se ai ka marr\u00eb, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh, 5(pes\u00eb) milion\u00eb euro! Qytetar\u00ebt e varf\u00ebr t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, paguajn\u00eb milionat p\u00ebr avokat\u00ebt matrapaz\u00eb e kriminel\u00eb. Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb populli asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb bindur n\u00eb pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb akuzuar\u00ebve n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 nuk do t\u00eb bindet as pas pagesave t\u00eb milionave, p\u00ebr avokat\u00ebt mbrojt\u00ebs e, pse jo, edhe p\u00ebr gjyq\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr \u00e7ud\u00eb, LVV shquhet p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshti e parim\u00ebsi, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr financat dhe administrimin me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb paras\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit. Megjithat\u00eb, dy t\u00eb par\u00ebt e L\u00ebvizjes, Albini dhe Glauku, kan\u00eb aprovuar pages\u00ebn e mbrojtjes dhe shpenzimet tjera, p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit. Realisht, LVV ka qen\u00eb konfuze lidhur me Gjykat\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, dje dhe sot. Zgjidhja q\u00eb ofron LVV se, kinse, “i d\u00ebnojm\u00eb ne, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb”, ka d\u00ebshtuar dhe insistimi i m\u00ebtejm\u00eb p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi vendore, \u00ebsht\u00eb utopi dhe hipokrizi! LVV d\u00ebshtoi, qysh n\u00eb nism\u00eb t\u00eb Vettingut, kur jurist\u00ebt korruptiv\u00eb e kriminel\u00eb, refuzuan t\u00eb futeshin n\u00eb testim, prov\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Akuzat q\u00eb i b\u00ebjn\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it Vet\u00ebvendosje, AAK-ja me horrak\u00ebt tjer\u00eb, pse themeloi Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale, \u00ebsht\u00eb hipokrite, madje, e posht\u00ebr. Analisti i p\u00ebrkushtuar dhe brilant, Sk\u00ebnder Zogaj, thot\u00eb se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur 700 vrasje p\u00ebr motive politike. Nd\u00ebrsa profesori i Shkencave juridike, Riza Smaka, shifr\u00ebn e ngreh\u00eb tej 1.000 t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, statistikat faktojn\u00eb p\u00ebr 1.822 kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb ekzekutuar. N\u00eb mes tyre, edhe 23 d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb, i fundit n\u00eb shkurtin e vitit 2020, d\u00ebshmtar potencial i Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Prandaj, Gjykata Speciale \u00ebsht\u00eb krijes\u00eb e nj\u00eb realiteti makab\u00ebr dhe shum\u00eb qindra varreve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ploje t\u00eb planifikuar, me emra t\u00eb listuar, me komunikata faktuese, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese e terrorizuese, q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb sigl\u00ebn e SHP t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Aprovimin e k\u00ebsaj Gjykate, Hashim Tha\u00e7i e ka motivuar, madje, bindsh\u00ebm, edhe me vrasjen e organizuar t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve. E, sidomos akuza e tij p\u00ebr bandat kriminale t\u00eb Dukagjinit, ku, ve\u00e7 tjer\u00ebve, jan\u00eb ekzekutuar edhe 4 (kat\u00ebr) oficer\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Speciale Hetimore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, duhet t\u00eb varroseshin bashk\u00eb me faktet hetimore t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n
