Shengjergji eshte si Luznia e Dibres. Perse?<\/p>\n<p>Atje ka njerez te tjeshte, te men\u00e7ur, bujare por dhe qe flasin me oj a, bende, qe e ruajne me fanatizem traditat e te folurit. Gjurmet e jetes se tij tregojne mjaft mbi pasionin per dituri, mbi nderimin per punen vendlindjen dhe perkushtimin ne udhet e jetes. Eshte i mirearsimuar, njeh veshtiresite e bukurite e punes njeh gjuhen e traditat popullore, sekretet e jetes e men\u00e7urise se brezave.<\/p>\n<p>Nga viti 1983 deri ne vitet 2007 ka punuar shef sektori, zv\/kryetar komune, sekretar keshilli komune, mesues, specialist e Drejtor, keshiltar komune e bashkie gjithmone ne Tirane. Aktualisht merret me biznes me Botime-Librari-kancelari.Gjithe keto tregojne se Rexhepi ka shembellyer ne sherbim te brezave ka lene gjurmet e pasionit profesional dhe te mjeshterive te rralla prej organizatori te talentuar.<\/p>\n<p>Krahas puneve ai ka drejtuar per disa vite gazeten-Paskuqani. Eshte autor i disa librave me poezi, tregime, fabula, publicistike. Ne fytyren e Rexhepit meson shume. Ai kurdohere shfaq \u00e7iltersin\u00e8 dhe urtesine te cilat e karekterizojn\u00e8 kudo. Sa here flet per shoket e koleget per punet krijimtari e letrare qe e ka pasion te pashuar, rrezaton nje drite vezulluese ne sy, drite qe pasqyron bukurine e shpirtit, fisnikerine e genit te fisit bujar.<\/p>\n<p>Tek ai meson shume, tek ai ndjen peshen e urtesise se fjales, bardhesine e shpirtit. E sot me forte se kurre, shoqeria jone, fisi e miqesia ve\u00e7an\u00e8risht shoqeria ka nevoje per per bardhesi shpirterore, larg blozes e zilive vrastare. Dy jane shprehjet me prezente qe i degjon te thuhet me \u00e7iltersi nga Rexhepi: S&#8217;di te genjej, mashtroj se kam problem te them te verteten. Dy shina e ndri\u00e7ojn\u00e8 jeten, profesionin shoqeri e dhe kohen. Pra miresia dhe e verteta, japin drite.
