Shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb shpejt dhe rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u adaptuar n\u00eb vendin e ri shkojn\u00eb vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra.<\/p>\n<p>Shumica nga emigrant\u00ebt p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb stres gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe, gjithashtu migrimi \u00e7doher\u00eb ndikon n\u00eb familje. Rrolet e burrit dhe gruas ndryshojn\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht\u00eb dhe nuk jan\u00eb ato t\u00eb m\u00ebparshmet. E njejta gj\u00eb ndodh\u00eb edhe n\u00eb raportin nd\u00ebrmjet\u00eb prind\u00ebrve dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet\u00eb \u00e7erdhes dhe shkoll\u00ebs shum\u00eb m\u00eb shpejt e p\u00ebrqafojn\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e huaj. Dallimi n\u00eb mes kultur\u00ebs etnike dhe kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb huaj mund t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb keqkuptime n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt zakonisht e m\u00ebsojn\u00eb edhe gjuh\u00ebn m\u00eb shpejt se prind\u00ebrit.<\/p>\n<p>Prind\u00ebrit mund t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb se nga ndikimi i kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb huaj do t\u2019i humbasin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre. N\u00ebse f\u00ebmij\u00ebt detyrohen t\u00eb interpretojn\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj p\u00ebr prind\u00ebrit e tyre, rolet n\u00eb familje do t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht. Prind\u00ebrit n\u00eb ato raste do t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se do ta humbasin vler\u00ebn e rolit t\u00eb prindit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt poqese shum\u00eb shpesh jan\u00eb n\u00eb rrethana kur do t\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb rriturve at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb apo tjetr\u00ebn e humbasin f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre.<br \/>\nGjithsesi prind\u00ebrit m\u00eb s\u00eb miri mund ta ruajn\u00eb kontrollin dhe rolin e prind\u00ebrve duke e studjuar gjuh\u00ebn dhe duke u integruar n\u00eb sistemin shkollor t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb huaj, me pun\u00eb apo hobi t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb ata gradualisht do ta kuptojn\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebn e re, ashtu q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb dijn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i drejtojn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt m\u00eb s\u00eb miri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb ri. Gjithashtu edhe rolet e bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebve mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e migrimit. N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e huaj vazhdimisht potencohet barazia gjinore. Mund\u00ebsia e grave emigrante q\u00eb t\u00eb studjojn\u00eb, t\u00eb punojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb hollat e tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund ta ndryshojn\u00eb rolin nd\u00ebrmjet burrit dhe gruas. Gjithashtu meshkujt mund t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb emigrimit ata po e humbasin pozit\u00ebn dhe respektin sikur n\u00eb familje, ashtu edhe n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht, poqese pun\u00ebsimi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, n\u00eb ato raste burri e ka m\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr ta kaluar koh\u00ebn m\u00eb mir\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn koh\u00eb kur burrat provojn\u00eb ta gjejn\u00eb rolin e ri n\u00eb vendin e ri, roli i gruas si n\u00ebn\u00eb dhe si edukatore \u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe obligativ.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb cil\u00ebndo shoq\u00ebri njer\u00ebzit klasifikohen n\u00eb kategori dhe organizohen n\u00eb grupe. Individ\u00ebt q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb grup, mbajn\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb rregullta nd\u00ebrmjet tyre, kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejta dhe detyra lidhur me sjelljet e tyre, p\u00ebr shembull, nj\u00eb familje p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb<br \/>\ngrup: an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e saj takohen rregullisht, kan\u00eb kundrejt nj\u00ebri-tjetrit nj\u00eb sjellje dhe nga bota tjet\u00ebr e jashtme.<\/p>\n<p>Heterogjenitet shoq\u00ebror, heterogjenitet gjuh\u00ebsor: k\u00ebto dy fakte nga v\u00ebzhgimi b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb lind\u00eb sociolinguistika, e cila n\u00eb zanafill\u00eb kishte si detyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruante variantet e ndryshme, q\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetojn\u00eb n\u00eb gjirin e nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsie gjuh\u00ebsore dhe e v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me strukturat shoq\u00ebrore. Vendosja e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies mund t\u00eb konceptohet n\u00eb dy m\u00ebnyra: ose studiuesi e quan se problemet gjuh\u00ebsore nuk mund t\u00eb zgjidhen ve\u00e7se duke iu drejtuar ndryshoreve shoq\u00ebrore, ose vet\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtohet, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb teori e ligj\u00ebrimit n\u00eb kontekstin shoq\u00ebror. E para flet p\u00ebr variacionet gjuh\u00ebsore e shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb komunikimit; e dyta p\u00ebr komunikimin e pabarabart\u00eb, p\u00ebr dallimet klasore n\u00eb ideologjin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Gjuha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb grumbullim laraman variantesh t\u00eb dalluara, duke e pasur secilin variant t\u00eb specializuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fushe t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar se ajo pasqyron dhe i jep dor\u00eb diferencimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb grupe e n\u00eb kategori, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e t\u00eb cilave p\u00ebrdorin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin variant t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs. Antinomia q\u00eb del \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb dukje; ajo zgjidhet duke p\u00ebrdorur nocionet e rolit dhe t\u00eb grupit t\u00eb referimit.<\/p>\n<p>Klasat shoq\u00ebrore nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura thjesht e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me variacionet gjuh\u00ebsore, standarde ose jo. Fol\u00ebsit n\u00eb disa nga pun\u00ebt e tyre priren t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin m\u00eb shum\u00eb variantin standard t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Sesa njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nivel t\u00eb statusit, t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave dhe t\u00eb arsimit. Profesionet n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, p\u00ebr shembull, jan\u00eb profesor, gazetar ose sportelist, duke n\u00ebnkuptuar dy lloje veprimtarish: paraqitjen e nj\u00eb imazhi publik dhe shoq\u00ebrizimin gjuh\u00ebsor, shpalljen e normave.
