Nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb e partive – p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Social Demokrat\u00ebt – vendos\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja t\u00eb hapet kund\u00ebr ish-ministres. \u00cbsht\u00eb befasuese q\u00eb partia e saj dhe kryetari i saj po ndihmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr ta shtyr\u00eb St\u00f8jberg n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb. Sidoqoft\u00eb, Liberal\u00ebt po lirojn\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tyre kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr votimin dhe n\u00ebnt\u00eb liberal\u00eb t\u00eb Venstre kan\u00eb njoftuar tashm\u00eb se do t\u00eb thon\u00eb jo.<\/p>\n

Gjykata e Lart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb top i shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb vozitur n\u00eb pozit\u00eb. Deri n\u00eb 15 gjyqtar\u00eb t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb do t\u00eb veshin pelerinat e tyre t\u00eb zeza dhe 15 politikan\u00eb t\u00eb em\u00ebruar do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb me muaj. E gjith\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja duhet t\u00eb rishikohet nga fillimi, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merren p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb pyetje, por k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb Inger St\u00f8jberg mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb caktuar.<\/p>\n

Inger St\u00f8jberg ka keqinformuar Kuvendin dhe natyrisht duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb forma e duhur dhe vendi i duhur.<\/p>\n

Komisioni i Udh\u00ebzimeve dhe avokat\u00ebt e caktuar nga Kuvendi nuk ka dyshim. Ajo mund t\u00eb d\u00ebnohet. Avokat\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb besojn\u00eb se \u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb e diskutueshme.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse krahasoni \u00e7\u00ebshtjen St\u00f8jberg me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e fundit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb kund\u00ebr Ninn Hansen, ka nj\u00eb ndryshim thelb\u00ebsor. Aty ku Ninn Hansen si Ministre e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb i detyroi autoritetet q\u00ebllimisht dhe me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb parandalonin q\u00eb refugjat\u00ebt Tamilian\u00eb t\u00eb bashkoheshin me familjen, St\u00f8jberg ka fjal\u00ebt e Komisionit t\u00eb Udh\u00ebzimit, se ajo nuk e detyroi agjensin\u00eb t\u00eb veproj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme. \u00cbsht\u00eb thelbi i mbrojtjes s\u00eb St\u00f8jberg-ut q\u00eb gjithashtu i p\u00ebrmbahet sh\u00ebnimit q\u00eb u shfaq gjat\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes. K\u00ebtu ministria shkruajti se nuk lejohej t\u00eb administrohej n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme. Komisioni i Udh\u00ebzimeve zgjodhi ta injoroj\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht k\u00ebt\u00eb, sepse Inger St\u00f8jberg, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebnyrat e mundshme, sinjalizoi di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00ebshtja u quajt m\u00eb pas ‘\u00e7\u00ebshtja e kujdestaris\u00eb s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve<\/em>‘. N\u00eb qendrat daneze t\u00eb azilit, \u00e7iftet e martuara uleshin aty ku burri ishte m\u00eb i madh se gruaja, e cila ishte tipike n\u00ebn 18 vje\u00e7. St\u00f8jberg krijoi nj\u00eb imazh t\u00eb grave shum\u00eb t\u00eb reja, q\u00eb ishin martuar me forc\u00eb me burra t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs mesatare me mjek\u00ebr t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. ‘Nuset e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve<\/em>‘ ting\u00ebllonin mir\u00eb kur mesazhi do t\u00eb shitej nga nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr aktiv. Realitetet ishin se kishte pak \u00e7ifte dhe shumica nuk kishin nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm moshe. Megjithat\u00eb, \u00e7ifti i huaj u ndan\u00eb dhe pa u trajtuar secili rast ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7. Ishte e paligjshme.<\/p>\n

Klima politike n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00eb an\u00ebn e St\u00f8jberg. Di\u00e7ka duhej b\u00ebr\u00eb. Social Demokrat\u00ebt madje e thirr\u00ebn at\u00eb n\u00eb konsultim, sepse ishin t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur q\u00eb ministri nuk e dinte zon\u00ebn e tij. Sot, era \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer dhe shumica e partive duan q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb d\u00ebnohet. \u00c7\u00ebshtja nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjithashtu me ‘nuset f\u00ebmij\u00eb’, por me keqinformimin dhe keqinformimin e St\u00f8jberg p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Kuvendit.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb falas kur ministrat u japin an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit informacion t\u00eb pasakt\u00eb. Inger St\u00f8jberg e b\u00ebri at\u00eb. Por a \u00ebsht\u00eb proporcionale q\u00eb t\u00eb mblidhen 15 gjyqtar\u00eb t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb dhe 15 politikan\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb disa muaj duke hapur nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sqaruar plot\u00ebsisht? Duket sikur \u00e7\u00ebshtja nuk mund ta duroj\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Prandaj, Kuvendi duhet menj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb zhvillimin e nj\u00eb forme tjet\u00ebr dhe m\u00eb moderne t\u00eb sqarimit dhe sanksionimit t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve q\u00eb keqinformojn\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, ne rrezikojm\u00eb t\u00eb kemi procese gjyq\u00ebsore n\u00eb gjykat\u00ebn e lart\u00eb.
