N\u00eb varrimin e Besnik Restelic\u00ebs 19-vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra mij\u00ebra qytetar\u00eb nga gjith\u00eb vendi. N\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtim t\u00eb d\u00ebshmorit, familjar\u00ebt, t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit dhe bashk\u00ebluft\u00ebtar\u00ebt vendos\u00ebn kurora lulesh te pllaka p\u00ebrkujtimore e d\u00ebshmorit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Besnik Restelica (18.4.1967 \u2013 24.2.1997)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb familjen t\u00eb njohur patriotike Restelica t\u00eb Besian\u00ebs u lind i biri i Muharremit e Xhezides, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin gjasht\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb: vajzat, Magbulen e Shpres\u00ebn dhe djemt\u00eb Enverin, Besnikun, Bedriun dhe Fahriun. Shkoll\u00ebn fillore \u201cShaban Shala\u201d dhe t\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Mesme Teknike i kreu n\u00eb Besian\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa Fakultetin e Xehetari \u2013 Metalurgjis\u00eb e kreu n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb. Besniku u lind m\u00eb 18 prill t\u00eb vitit 1967. Rrug\u00ebn patriotike e trash\u00ebgoi nga babai, Muharremi, i cili ishte pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs i demonstratave t\u00eb vitit 1968.<\/p>\n<p>Veprimtarin\u00eb patriotike, Besniku e zhvilloi gjat\u00eb viteve 1989-1990, n\u00eb demonstratat kund\u00ebr okupatorit serb n\u00eb Besian\u00eb, Prishtin\u00eb e Mitrovic\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb studimeve n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1995, kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kontakt me organizator\u00ebt e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, s\u00eb bashku me Asllan Selimin nga A\u00e7areva e Sk\u00ebnderajt. N\u00eb linj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj lidhjeje po q\u00ebndronte nj\u00ebri prej organizator\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, Rexhep Selimi. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb, veprimtarin\u00eb e tij atdhetare ai e zhvilloi n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn Operative t\u00eb Drenic\u00ebs, duke marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb aksione t\u00eb zhvilluara n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Drenic\u00ebs kund\u00ebr okupatorit serb. Mir\u00ebpo veprimtaria e Besnikut nuk i shp\u00ebtoi syrit t\u00eb armikut dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb tij. Ai ishte v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn p\u00ebrcjellje t\u00eb vazhdueshme deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e arrestimit n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tij n\u00eb Besian\u00eb, e cila edhe m\u00eb von\u00eb mbeti baz\u00eb e luft\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"Besnik Restelica\" src=\"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2016\/besnik_restelica_varri.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"\u00a8200\" \/> N\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ishin krijuar kushtet q\u00eb Besniku t\u2019u bashkohej formacioneve t\u00eb Zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Llapit, e udh\u00ebhequr nga komandanti Zahir Pajaziti, sigurimi shtet\u00ebror serb arrin ta arrestoj\u00eb Besnikun, m\u00eb 30 janar t\u00eb vitit 1997. Nat\u00ebn e arrestimit, n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Besnikut kishte q\u00ebndruar mysafir shoku i tij, Sylejman Jashari, i cili po ashtu u arrestua nga policia serbe. T\u00eb arrestuarit u d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Burgun e Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb hetuesi,, p\u00ebr 25 dit\u00eb me radh\u00eb, Besniku iu n\u00ebnshtrua torturave shtazarake. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pas k\u00ebtij arrestimi, n\u00eb Pestov\u00eb t\u00eb Vushtrris\u00eb, n\u00eb prit\u00ebn e policis\u00eb kriminale serbe ran\u00eb Zahir Pajaziti, Edmond Hoxha dhe Hakif Zejnullahu. Me arrestimin e Besnikut, U\u00c7K \u2013 s\u00eb iu shk\u00ebput nj\u00eb hallk\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme organizative dhe nga gjiri i saj u nda nj\u00ebri nd\u00ebr bijt\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm. Dhuna mizore e ushtruar mbi trupin e Besnikut arriti t\u2019ia marr\u00eb jet\u00ebn, por jo ta thyej\u00eb. Q\u00ebndresa e tij i tmerroi kriminel\u00ebt serb\u00eb dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e tij, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk arrit\u00ebn ta nxjerrin asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe sekret nga goja e tij.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Besnik Restelica\" src=\"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2016\/besnik_restelica_kujtim.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" \/> Vrasja e Besnikut n\u00eb hetuesin\u00eb e burgut t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, n\u00eb nat\u00ebn mes 23 dhe 34 shkurtit t\u00eb vitit 1997 u p\u00ebrballua me stoiciz\u00ebm nga prind\u00ebrit dhe t\u00ebr\u00eb familja e tij, por ajo e rriti n\u00eb kulm urrejtjen dhe pezmin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve kudo n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Me 24 shkurt 1997, n\u00eb varrezat e Besian\u00ebs u varros trupi i d\u00ebshmorit Besnik Restelica. P\u00ebr meritat e tij, Besniku shpallet d\u00ebshmor i kombit. Rruga e lagjes ku u lind dhe kaloi f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb Besniku tani mban emrin e tij.
