Pas konsultimit me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb subjekteve politike dhe t\u00eb shoqatave e klubeve t\u00eb M\u00ebrgat\u00ebs shqiptare, n\u00eb disa shtete t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe Amerik\u00ebs, ju drejtohemi Ju, t\u00eb em\u00ebrtuar\u00ebve m\u00eb lart\u00eb, q\u00eb ta shqyrtoni, madje, me urgjenc\u00eb, nguti, k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn ton\u00eb, p\u00ebr zbatim t\u00eb ligjit postar bot\u00ebror.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebrkesa e m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr votimin e leht\u00ebsuar n\u00eb M\u00ebrgat\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzuar, shp\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm dhe me arroganc\u00eb, nga PDK dhe LDK. Votimi alternativ, me post\u00eb, ka hasur n\u00eb probleme t\u00eb shumta. Nj\u00ebri syr\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb transporti i flet\u00eb-votimeve, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, sh\u00ebrbimi postar.<\/p>\n

Herave tjera, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e votimit n\u00eb M\u00ebrgat\u00eb, ka kaluar n\u00eb heshtje, si\u00e7 ndodh\u00eb, zakonisht, n\u00eb shtetet rrumpall\u00eb! Por, k\u00ebsaj radhe di\u00e7 po ndryshon. Dhe, kjo nxori n\u00eb shesh shum\u00eb “t\u00eb palara”, fsheht\u00ebsi t\u00eb heshtura:<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebrkese \u00ebsht\u00eb: – Zbatimi i ligjit postar nga shteti i Kosov\u00ebs -. Kudo n\u00eb bot\u00eb, n\u00eb shtetet ligjore, num\u00ebrimi kohor b\u00ebhet nga datimi i d\u00ebrges\u00ebs t\u00eb nj\u00eb letre, dokumenti, mbi vul\u00ebn e pull\u00ebs postare dhe asesi nuk llogaritet data e arritjes n\u00eb destinacion. Normalisht, data llogarit\u00ebse e afatit t\u00eb fundit, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb 14 shkurti, nd\u00ebrsa data e arritjes n\u00eb KQZ, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vart\u00ebsin\u00eb e aplikuesit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, votuesit. Por, p\u00ebrshkak t\u00eb hutis\u00eb, t\u00eb krijuar, pik\u00ebrisht, nga KQZ, dokumentacioni votues ende ka ngelur sirtareve e tavolinave t\u00eb m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve, me frik\u00ebn se nuk do t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb n\u00eb afat. Prandaj, afati i fundit i postimit t\u00eb dokumentacionit votues t\u00eb shtyhet p\u00ebr 21 shkurt, nd\u00ebrsa afati i arrijtjes, i pranimit n\u00eb KQZ, t\u00eb mbetet i hapur, pa afatizim.<\/p>\n

Tashm\u00eb, dihet se gjysma e popullsis\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs jeton n\u00eb M\u00ebrgat\u00eb. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb votojn\u00eb afro 800 mij\u00eb vet\u00eb. Po kaq duhej t\u00eb ishin edhe votues nga M\u00ebrgata. Koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb u lexua shifra prej 174 mij\u00eb aplikimeve p\u00ebr votim nga m\u00ebrgimi. Tani kjo shif\u00ebr u reduktua n\u00eb 102 100 aplikues!? Dhe, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb abuzive, kriminale!<\/p>\n

Prandaj, p\u00ebr ta zbutur, sado pak padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, sa t\u00eb madhe, aq edhe t\u00eb turpshme, t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndaj M\u00ebrgat\u00ebs, shansi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn Tuaj. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rast ideal i shtetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ta demantojn\u00eb at\u00eb th\u00ebnien e njohur, p\u00ebr regjimet kundra-popullore: “Qeveria b\u00ebn\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb, populli t\u00eb mos haj\u00eb m…!<\/p>\n

M\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb se shantazhi, \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm hara\u00e7i, i praktikuar, n\u00eb stil t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, p\u00ebrtej dy dekadave radhazi, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nga bandat e dirigjuara nga “komandant\u00ebt” e Dukagjinit, Drenic\u00ebs, Llapit. Ka ardhur koha q\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt t\u00eb mbrohen nga shantazhi, q\u00eb lidhet me kusht\u00ebzimin e detyr\u00ebs dhe obligimet e marra t\u00eb vart\u00ebsve nga epror\u00ebt e tyre. Andaj, duhet t\u00eb lirohen nga detyra, kuadrot e shantazhuar, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb shantazhimit, p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Zenkat e fundit n\u00eb KQZ kan\u00eb motiv, kan\u00eb arsye logjike kund\u00ebrshtie, sepse m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt po diskrimonohen, po provokohen. Kund\u00ebrshtia e komisionerit Sami Kurteshi, nuk buron nga fakti se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i deleguar nga nj\u00eb subjekt politik. Realisht, ai mbron jo vet\u00ebm votuesit e partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, por, edhe t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha subjekteve tjera.<\/p>\n

E njoh mir\u00eb zot\u00ebri Kurteshin. Kemi punuar, s\u00eb bashku, n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Informacionit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Gjenev\u00eb, m\u00eb 1992, kur drejtohej nga ministri Xhafer Shatri. Samiu \u00ebsht\u00eb burgaxhi politik i dinjitetsh\u00ebm i regjimit serbo-sllav. Ai ishte dhe mbeti luft\u00ebtar i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs. I till\u00eb ishte edhe n\u00eb misionin e Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit. Ai nuk ka pranuar as diktatin dhe as shantazhin nga shtetar\u00ebt e koh\u00ebs. Thjesht\u00eb, ka mbrojtur parimet dhe drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Zot\u00ebri Kurteshi, ve\u00e7 tjerash, k\u00ebrkoi 7 or\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta pranuar dokumentacionin votues nga M\u00ebrgata! Pse gjith\u00eb kjo nguti, sikur KQZ-ja “t\u00eb ishte me byth\u00eb n\u00eb prush”,-si\u00e7 thot\u00eb populli. Ne mendojm\u00eb dhe, kur themi ne, flas n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb M\u00ebrgat\u00ebs: Jo 7 or\u00eb, as deri m\u00eb 12 shkurt. Por, afati i fundit t\u00eb dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb dokumenteve t\u00eb votimit, t\u00eb jet\u00eb data 21 shkurt, dat\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet nga vula e post\u00ebs, ku dor\u00ebzohet zarfi individual apo familjar. Nd\u00ebrsa, afati i arritjes nuk mund ta p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb askush.<\/p>\n

Ky rregull postar bot\u00ebror, shpjegohet me grevat, qoft\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb post\u00ebs, t\u00eb hekurudhave, t\u00eb aviacionit, s\u00ebmundjeve, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi postar, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Franc\u00ebs dhe Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe tjera anomalive, luft\u00ebrave, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb paparashikueshme.<\/p>\n
