Shkodra dhe shkodranet nder shekuj jane shquar si nji populle me kultur per\u00ebndimore.<br \/>\nPo ne Shkoder sa do qe jane munduar qe krijon per\u00e7arje nder fetare, apo dallimit te fshatit me qytetin deri ne nji fare mase jane ruajtur ekujlibrat.<\/p>\n<p>Me ardhjen e demokracis\u00eb, Shkodra ishte qendra e revoltave, ishte qyteti qe i fali 4 deshmor\u00eb demokracis\u00eb.<br \/>\nPor mjerisht ne Shkoder u instalue agjentura serbe, qe ishte nen kujdesin e Sali Berishes.<br \/>\nKy &#8220;politikan&#8221; i pa asnji integritet, por thjeshte sherbetor i agjentures Serbo-Ruse perdor si mashe rinin\u00eb dhe &#8220;demokratet&#8221; shkodran\u00eb, qe te krijojn\u00eb ndasira fetare dhe partiake.<\/p>\n<p>Kasta politike e S. Berishes e dhunoi Shkodren per 23 vite me radhe.<br \/>\nNe krye te pushtetit vendosi njer\u00ebzit ma te korruptuar, Shkodra me ne krye Jozefina Topallin iu kthye nji lufte te pa moralesheme, te majte dhe te djathe, te kuq dhe te zi! Po kush ishte ma i zi se Sali Berisha dhe qeverisja e tij.<br \/>\nShkodra si bastion i demokracis\u00eb, u perdore nga kelyshet e Sali Berishes, qe te shajne, te thyejne dhe te shkaterrojn \u00e7fare te jete mbi toke, qe ne ditet e para te viteve 90-91.<\/p>\n<p>Partia Demokratike me ne krye Sali Berishen, ne Shkoder kane bere reprezalje, kete e kane perjetuar dhe e perjetojn\u00eb edhe sot qytetaret shkodran\u00eb. Le te na i beje publike PD dhe dega e Shkodres ato &#8220;mrekulli&#8221; te qeverisjes Berisha.<br \/>\nPo kane \u00e7fare t&#8217;i thone qytetareve shkodran\u00eb, se Shkodren nga breg-deti deri ne Nderlysa te Dukagjinit, ku eshte nji termocentral elektrik i ndertuar ne kohen e monizmit mbi lumin e Shales eshte pla\u00e7ke e pushtetit Berisha.<br \/>\nNdertimet dhe shemtimi i qytetit nga Jozefina Topalli jane dhurata e &#8220;\u00e7muar&#8221; per Shkodren.<\/p>\n<p>Ne qeverisjen demokratike, nen komanden e Sali Serbit, Shkodra mbushet me minare xhamishe, dhunohen 5 herojte e vigut nga Jozefina dhe ishe kryetari i bashkis\u00eb Lorenc Luka.<br \/>\nShkodra dhe qytetaret e saj nuk duhet te behen pale me te keqen, qe e ka vuajtur ne tete vite.<\/p>\n<p>Permbytjet me urdher te Saliut shkaterruan pasurit\u00eb e fshatareve te Nenshkodres, u rrejten dheu per\u00e7muan, u permbyten sa here qe Saliut i duheshin miliona.<br \/>\nJozefina shetiste mbi skafe duke shkuar dere me dere, fshatareve qe e kishin votuar PD, qendroni te qete! Qeveria dhe Sal Berisha do ju shperblejn\u00eb nji me nji te gjitha damtimet!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si eshte realiteti?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Shkodra po vuan keq-qeverisjen e PD ne tete vite.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sala dhe ministrat s&#8217;bashku me kryebashkiakun dhe komunaret ndertuan nji rrjete grabitje te pa njohur ne historin shqiptare.<br \/>\nMose pagimi i energjis dhe i ujit te pishem ne qeverin e korrupsionit kishte prapavij politike, ishte e mire instrukturuar,pasi PD e kishte te sigurte humbjen, dinte gropen qe kishte lene pase qeveris Rama.<\/p>\n<p>Reformat e qeveris aktuale jane reforma te nji normaliteti, te disiplinimit te qytetareve perbadhe ligjit dhe shtetit, keto Berishes dhe kupoles se SHQUPIT nuk ju pelqejne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>23 vite, stadiumi i Shkodres i ngjante nji ngrehine, qe ishte ne meshiren e fatit.<\/strong><br \/>\nU deshe te vinte e majta ne pushtet qe shkodres dhe Shkodranve tu afronte nji Stadium nder ma te miret, apo ma i madhi dhe ma i miri ne Shqiperi, sot p\u00ebr sot.<\/p>\n<p>Kryebashkiakja Voltana Sulltaneti ne vende qe te falnderonte qeverin\u00eb per keto investime qe po i afron Shkodres, kjo kryetare bashkie me paturpesin\u00eb ma te madhe kerkon te injoroje te majten dhe kryeministrin Edi Rama, e turpsheme per nji skile qe fshihet pas Saliut dhe Jozefines.<\/p>\n<p>Ata qe brohorasin Sali Berisha, po brohorasin per Miloshevi\u00f2in e Serbis\u00eb (por nuk e din\u00eb), per boten e krimit, per boten e dezinformimit, turp dhe vetem turp.<\/p>\n<p>Shkodra ka shume halle dhe probleme, po nuk kryhen ne tre apo kater vite, sepse Sali Berisha dhe Jozefina punuan tete vite per ta shkaterruar dhe permbytur qytetin dhe rrethinat deri ne Velipoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pse heshtnin Shkodranet ne kohen e Saliut?<\/strong><br \/>\nPergjigjia eshte se ai qe guxonte te shante apo te kundershtonte nji fjale large qoftin, rrahej dhe burgosej, sot eshte e kunderta, edhe nji palo gazetare e shtyr\u00eb dhe e d\u00ebshtuar arrin te shaje kryeministrin e vendit! Ka ma injoranc\u00eb se kaq?<\/p>\n<p>Shkodranet qe duan nji Shkoder demokratike, nji Shkoder me emerin si ka, duhet te distancohet nga veprimet e rruga\u00e7eris\u00eb Berishiane.<\/p>\n<p>Mjaft e ka paguar Shkodra dhe mbare Shqiperia rruga\u00e7\u00ebrin e nji goj\u00eb-dali, ngat\u00ebrrestari destruktiv, rruga\u00e7rin e &#8220;PENICILINES DHE DIZENJATORES&#8221;, mjaft bot\u00ebs s\u00eb krimit te Sali Berishes.<\/p>\n<p>Shkodren e presin projekte te reja edhe pse Voltanella e bashkis\u00eb nuk di se \u00e7fare eshte projekti, nuk di \u00e7fare nevojash ka Shkodra, nuk di nga shkojn\u00eb parat\u00eb e Landfilit te Nenshkodres, nuk di qe Thethi turistik vuajti edhe kete vere p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb elektrike, te cilen e prodhon vete, nuk din qe nuk shkohet ne Dukagjin, pasi rruget po shkaterrohen \u00e7do dite.<\/p>\n<p>Voltanella e Bashkis\u00eb di mire ku jane koncesionet e Berishes dhe te Jozit, ju di mire vilat dhe sarajet, po nuk di hallet qe ka Shkodra.<\/p>\n<p>Voltanella ta lere Partin dhe Saliun po te punoje pe Shkodren, ajo nga shikimi tregon qe eshte nji mashtruese, eshte nji pasardhese e botes se krimit Berishian.<\/p>\n<p>PD dhe Voltanellat e pushtetit t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb duan vetem mjerim dhe per\u00e7arje, duan qe Shkodren gjoja ta mbajne si &#8220;fu\u00e7i&#8221; baroti, ta sakrifikojn\u00eb me varf\u00ebri e prapambetje, q\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebn ta p\u00ebrdorin si bastion politik, por iken ato kohe, kur bandat e Berishes vidhnin bankat, krijonin fajdet, nderonin Gerdecin, vrisnin kundershtaret politik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sot jemi ne nji bote te re, ku s\u00eb shpejti bota e krimit do ndeshkohet&#8230; prandaj nji grup i paguar therrasin akoma Sali Berishen, kur i biri jeton dyereve te luksit bot\u00ebror, me parat\u00eb e shqiptareve.<\/p>\n<p>Shkodra mbetet djepi i miresis\u00eb, i shqiptaris\u00eb dhe i kultures, sportit dhe qytetaris\u00eb, nuk mundet askush te ia heqi keto qe zoti ia ka fale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjin Musa, gazetar Shkodra si nji nder qytetet ma demokrate te Shqiperis\u00eb, e njohur per nji kultur bashk\u00ebkohore, e njohur si Shkodra e artit, sportit dhe kultures.
