Sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr dit\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve, qytetar\u00ebt po tregohen aq m\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn evro-per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr numrit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb partive politike pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb zgjedhje, si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje beteja politike do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet mes ndryshimit dhe vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n<p>Madje disa subjekte dhe lider\u00eb partiak\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb betej\u00eb politike po e konsiderojn\u00eb si referendum popullor! Mir\u00ebpo, kur e thon\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, duhet t&#8217;i ken\u00eb parasysh edhe rregullat e referendumit!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7&#8217;\u00ebsht\u00eb referendumi!?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Referendumi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb instrument i ushtrimit t\u00eb vullnetit politik t\u00eb sovranit rreth nj\u00eb teme t\u00eb caktuar politike q\u00eb lidhet ngusht me sovranitetin apo rregullimin shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi.<\/p>\n<p>Referendumi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb instrument i demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, i cili nuk i lejon votuesit t\u00eb zgjedhin p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre, por t&#8217;i p\u00ebrgjigjen pa nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs dhe pa asnj\u00eb ndikim nj\u00eb pyetjeje specifike me nj\u00eb &#8220;po&#8221; ose &#8220;jo&#8221; p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tem\u00eb q\u00eb diskutohet n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e caktuar.<\/p>\n<p>Referendumi e ka edhe nj\u00eb rregull specifik, ku k\u00ebrkohet kuorumi i pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb votim (50% + 1 i atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote), n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn konsiderohet i d\u00ebshtuar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do referendum popullor konsiderohet i suksessh\u00ebm dhe ligj\u00ebrisht i pranuesh\u00ebm n\u00ebse arrin\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn p\u00ebrseri konsiderohet i d\u00ebshtuar!<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb edhe disa rregulla themelore sesi arrihet deri tek referendumi, por meq\u00eb ne nuk e kemi t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar referendumin n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb, paraprakisht k\u00ebrkohen ndryshimet kushtetuese nga legjislativi, e tek pastaj t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, \u00e7do deklarim dhe propagand\u00eb politike p\u00ebr referendumin \u00ebsht\u00eb mashtrim p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e vendit, abuzim dhe shkelje e rendit kushtetues.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsisoji, bazuar n\u00eb deklarimet politike t\u00eb Albin Kurtit p\u00ebr referendum dhe slloganit t\u00eb LVVV-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs, &#8220;Krejt dhe drejt&#8221;, ateh\u00ebre lirisht mund t\u00eb themi se ky subjekt politik ndodhet n\u00eb prag t\u00eb suksesit por edhe t\u00eb deshtimit t\u00eb madh politik.<\/p>\n<p>Bazuar n\u00eb rendin kushtetues dhe rregullimit shtet\u00ebror\u00eb q\u00eb kemi, at\u00ebher\u00eb LVVV-s\u00eb apo list\u00ebs 3V i duhet shumica e mb\u00ebshtetjes qytetare, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn do t\u00eb sfidohen nga shumica parlamentare n\u00eb Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gjegj\u00ebsisht, edhe si fitues potencial t\u00eb zgjedhjeve mund t\u00eb mbeten duarthat\u00eb, pa e shijuar pushtetin!<\/p>\n<p>Kur k\u00ebsaj t&#8217;i shtohen edhe deklarimet e liderit t\u00eb LVVV-s\u00eb, Albin Kurtit dhe vart\u00ebses se tij, Vjosa Osmanit p\u00ebr moskoalicione paszgjedhore, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo e b\u00ebn edhe me sfiduese garen e tyre zgjedhore.<\/p>\n<p>Refuzimi i p\u00ebrballjes n\u00eb debate televizive i 3V-s\u00eb me kandidat\u00ebt e subjekteve tjera politike, perveq injorimit dhe n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb skajsh\u00ebm t\u00eb subjekteve tjera politike, e shp\u00ebrfaq edhe tendenc\u00ebn e instalimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb diktati t\u00eb tmerrsh\u00ebm politik.<\/p>\n<p>Referendumi i proklamuar nga lideri i 3V-s\u00eb dhe vart\u00ebses s\u00eb tij, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr veqse abuzim dhe loj\u00eb me fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr mashtrimin e qytetar\u00ebve, kur dihet qart\u00eb se, m\u00eb 14 Shkurt nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr Referendum, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr gar\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme zgjedhore p\u00ebr pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, edhe lideri i AAK-s\u00eb, Ramush Haradinaj \u00ebsht\u00eb duke abuzuar me gar\u00ebn zgjedhore, duke e proklamuar veten si president i ardhsh\u00ebm i Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ngjash\u00ebm sikurse Albin Kurti me referendumin, edhe Ramush Haradinaj me presidentin do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar ta respektojn\u00eb verdiktin e popullit pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 14 shkurtit 2021.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rast se ndodh\u00eb me 14 shkurt, q\u00eb Albini dhe Ramushi t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn parlamentare, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht votat e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr formimin e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re dhe zgjedhjen e presidentit t\u00eb ri konsensual n\u00eb Parlamentin e Kosov\u00ebs, pa dyshim, rezultatet zgjedhore duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb respektueshme nga t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike pa dallim dhe anasjelltas, proklamuesit e referendumit duhet t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn parlamentare n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: Florim Zeqa, 11.02.2021 \u00c7do thirrje dhe deklarim p\u00ebr referendum nga ana e disa lider\u00ebve partiak, \u00ebsht\u00eb abuzim dhe shkelje e rendit kushtetues, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb fundit e kan\u00eb mashtrimin dhe hipnotizimin qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr grabitjen e vot\u00ebs.
