“Rugovist\u00ebt” n\u00eb list\u00ebn e LVV-s\u00eb jan\u00eb sikur ajo k\u00ebng\u00ebtarja e veshur n\u00eb petkun komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb k\u00ebndon n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze! “K\u00ebnga e rugovist\u00ebve” brenda LVV-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e pakuptimt\u00eb dhe e pashije sa edhe vet\u00eb k\u00ebnga shqip e k\u00ebnduar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze!<\/em><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb reflektim ndryshe, parakusht p\u00ebr ndryshim<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pas debaklit n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 14 shkurtit e kam pritur nj\u00eb reflektim krejt ndryshe nga deg\u00ebt dhe n\u00ebndeg\u00ebt, nga aktivist\u00ebt dhe elektorati rugovian i LDK-s\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Pas “dor\u00ebheqjes” s\u00eb liderit t\u00eb partis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kryetar dege q\u00eb reflektoi pozitivisht pas humbjes edhe pse dega e LDK-s\u00eb nga ai vjen qeveris\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm me komun\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa deg\u00ebt tjera n\u00eb mbar\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn po heshtin thuajse nuk ka ndodhur asgj\u00eb!<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2015, kur un\u00eb k\u00ebrkoja me ngulm largimin e kreut t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, nj\u00eb eksponenti t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb LDK kur i d\u00ebrgova pyetjet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr gazet\u00eb, m\u00eb ishte shprehur k\u00ebshtu; “jam i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjem n\u00eb \u00e7do pyetje, por jo edhe rreth LDK-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye se i kam ambiciet e mia politike…”, nd\u00ebrsa pas “dor\u00ebheqjes” s\u00eb liderit \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebshmit q\u00eb po k\u00ebrkon me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb jo dor\u00ebheqje, por shkarkimin e kryetarit dhe t\u00eb kryesis\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Dy vite m\u00eb von\u00eb, nj\u00eb eksponent tjet\u00ebr i lart\u00eb, jo m\u00eb pak i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm se i pari, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb fushat\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve komunale, si kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigje ndaj k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb mia p\u00ebr dor\u00ebheqjen e liderit t\u00eb partis\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb tubim elektoral i kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb familjarit tim; “Florimi na ka dal\u00eb prej dore, po na kritikon shum\u00eb…”, nd\u00ebrsa i nj\u00ebjti sot e akuzon liderin e “dor\u00ebhequr” p\u00ebr autoritariz\u00ebm dhe shkat\u00ebrrim t\u00eb partis\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Sa miq t\u00eb tjer\u00eb m\u00eb jan\u00eb hidh\u00ebruar p\u00ebr kritikat ndaj liderit aktual t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, kurse sot po i thon\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat q\u00eb un\u00eb i kam th\u00ebn\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme.<\/p>\n

Un\u00eb nuk mbaj\u00eb m\u00ebri ndaj askujt pse mendon ndryshe, as ndaj atyre q\u00eb m\u00eb kritikojn\u00eb, por nuk ua fali kurr\u00eb atyre q\u00eb m\u00eb l\u00ebmojn\u00eb shpatullat, kurse pas shpinde mundohen t\u00eb m\u00eb rr\u00ebnojn\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Kam qen\u00eb dhe jam mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs i fuqish\u00ebm i grupit reformator brenda LDK-s\u00eb, por jo edhe i atyre q\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre e kulmojn\u00eb me kalim n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb parti tjet\u00ebr politike.<\/p>\n

Isha dhe jam kund\u00ebr kalimit t\u00eb disa “dardan\u00ebve” n\u00eb LVV, jo p\u00ebr shkaqe subjektive por parimore, p\u00ebr arsyen e thjesht\u00eb se rugovizmi nuk mbrohet me antirugoviz\u00ebm, por me p\u00ebrkushtim dhe dashuri brenda kalas\u00eb rugoviane.<\/p>\n

Fundja, nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe nga kalimi individual n\u00eb nj\u00eb subjekt tjet\u00ebr politik, mir\u00ebpo e keqja e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb pse ndodhi bartja e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb elektoratit rugovian n\u00eb subjektin m\u00eb antirugovian n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Hapni rrug\u00eb ndryshimeve substanciale n\u00eb LDK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Posti i liderit te partis\u00eb, si post unifikues dhe simbol i shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb frym\u00ebs rugoviane, nuk guxon t\u00eb b\u00ebhet subjekt i ndarjes dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes s\u00eb elektoratit dhe as motiv i ikjes s\u00eb elektoratit nga LDK-ja n\u00eb nj\u00eb subjekt tjet\u00ebr politik.<\/p>\n

Lideri i ardhsh\u00ebm i partis\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb figur\u00eb unifikuese, i pranuesh\u00ebm nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, simbol nxit\u00ebs p\u00ebr kthimin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb larguar\u00ebve nga ky subjekt politik.<\/p>\n

Reflektimi pozitiv nga kryesia dhe k\u00ebshilli i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm n\u00eb kuvendin e jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb 14 marsit p\u00ebr hapje rrug\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshimeve, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb hapje rrug\u00eb atyre q\u00eb e kan\u00eb dijen, vullnetin dhe guximin p\u00ebr ta kthyer besimin e elektoratit n\u00eb subjektin e tradit\u00ebs demokratike, p\u00ebr ta kthyer LDK-n\u00eb rugoviane nj\u00eb her\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb kah vlerat e saj tradicionale demokratike.<\/p>\n

Caktimi i nj\u00eb grupi punues nga figura unifikuese, nga veprimtar t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar t\u00eb frym\u00ebs rugoviane p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgaditjen e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb rregullta dhe demokratike brenda partis\u00eb, do t\u00eb krijonte kushtet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb rregullt zgjedhor n\u00eb LDK, do t\u00eb hjekte t\u00eb gjitha dilemat p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e ndikimit t\u00eb liderit aktual n\u00eb caktimin e kandidat\u00ebve p\u00ebr forumet e reja t\u00eb partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm mund\u00ebsia e shprehjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit, gjegj\u00ebsisht reformimi i thell\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr n\u00ebndeg\u00eb dhe deg\u00eb do t\u00eb garantonte kushtet p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb bazamenti t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh, t\u00eb past\u00ebr dhe prospeures t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb rugoviane p\u00ebr ballafaqim me elektoratin n\u00eb zgjedhjet komunale.<\/p>\n

Ka ardhur momenti i fundit q\u00eb LDK-ja t\u00eb reformohet dhe freskohet me kuadro t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb p\u00ebrgaditura dhe t\u00eb specializuara, me veprimtar t\u00eb or\u00ebve t\u00eb para t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb si n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe gjith\u00eb andej vendeve evro-per\u00ebndimore, q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vullnetare t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e vendit sikur n\u00eb vitet e ’90-ta, pa asnj\u00eb kompenzim material, pa asnj\u00eb ambicie pushteti apo privilegji shtet\u00ebror, p\u00ebr t’ju treguar dezertor\u00ebve dhe mercenar\u00ebve, kusar\u00ebve dhe matrapaz\u00ebve, karrierist\u00ebve dhe lakmitar\u00ebve t\u00eb pushtetit sesi punohet p\u00ebr shtet dhe atdhe pa llogaritur n\u00eb poste dhe privilegje personale.<\/p>\n
