Popullizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb tendenc\u00eb p\u00ebr zavend\u00ebsimin e demokracis\u00eb me totalitariz\u00ebm, e pushtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie njer\u00ebzore me teori t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebta dhe konspirative, i mb\u00ebshtetur mbi kritik\u00ebn vullgare ndaj kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve politik. Popullizmi ka karakter revolucionar, i mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb eufori qytetare, konfuzitet dhe urrejte patologjike ndaj rival\u00ebve politik.<\/p>\n

Partit\u00eb politike q\u00eb synojn\u00eb ta grabisin pushtetin pa respektuar rregullat demokratike, e shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb popullizimin si instrument p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb ideologji manipuluese, ku qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijshme apo t\u00eb pavet\u00ebdijshme b\u00ebhen objekt i atij manipulimi.<\/p>\n

“Referendumi” nuk e kaloi pragun ligjor<\/strong><\/p>\n

Edhe pse kaluan tre jav\u00eb nga zgjedhjet e 14 shkurtit, fituesit ende nuk po mund lirohen nga gjuha populliste, duke u thirrur padrejt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb voten plebishitare me vet\u00ebm 48 % t\u00eb daljes s\u00eb elektoratit n\u00eb zgedhje!<\/p>\n

Dy figurat m\u00eb populliste n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e pas pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, Albin Kurti dhe Vjosa Osmani nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e kuptojn\u00eb konceptin dhe rregullat referendumit, por po duan q\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tutje t’i mashtrojn\u00eb qytetaret e vendit pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb “referendumit” inekzistent!<\/p>\n

Pas publikimit t\u00eb rezultateve p\u00ebrfundimtare nga KQZ, u v\u00ebrtetua se zgjedhjet e 14 shkurtit 2021 apo “referendumi” i proklamuar nga lideri i LVV-s\u00eb nuk e kaloi pragun e vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb!<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t’u shpallur nj\u00eb referendum popullor i vlefsh\u00ebm dhe i suksessh\u00ebm, duhen plot\u00ebsuar dy kritere themelore. E para, k\u00ebrkohet dalje e lart\u00eb e elektoratit n\u00eb zgjedhje (mbi 50 %) dhe e dyta, votim pro k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb parashtruar me 50+1 % t\u00eb votave t\u00eb elektoratit t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n

Meq\u00eb “referndumi” nuk arriti t’i p\u00ebrmbush kritetret themelore t\u00eb vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb, duhet respektuar rregullat e demokracis\u00eb parlamentare p\u00ebr konstituimin e legjislatur\u00ebs s\u00eb re t\u00eb Kuvendit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar paraprakisht me votimimin e presidentit, pastaj t\u00eb kryeministrit dhe kabinetit qeveritar.<\/p>\n

Subjekti fitues, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr formimin e institucioneve t\u00eb reja<\/strong><\/p>\n

Edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr rezultatit t\u00eb lart\u00eb zgjedhor, proklamuesit e referendumit duhet t’i respektojn\u00eb rregullat e loj\u00ebs demokratike p\u00ebr formimin e institucioneve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb shtetit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Kushtetut\u00ebn dhe ligjet q\u00eb burojn\u00eb prej saj.<\/p>\n

Sa p\u00ebr sqarim, zgjedhjet e 14 shkurtit nuk ishin referendum dhe as zgjedhje p\u00ebr president, por zgjedhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme p\u00ebr legjislatur\u00ebn e re t\u00eb kuvendit, t\u00eb cilat erdh\u00ebn si produkt i ankimimit t\u00eb LVV-s\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese mbi ligjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb deputeti p\u00ebr ‘Qeverin\u00eb Hoti’.<\/p>\n

Pa dashur t\u00eb ndalem n\u00eb “ligjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb” e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb deputetit Etem Arifi n\u00eb zgjedhjen e ‘Qeveris\u00eb Kurti’ dhe kryeparlamentares Osmani, e nj\u00ebjta gjykat\u00eb i ndaloi kandidimin Albin Kurtit p\u00ebr deputet n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat motive juridike.<\/p>\n

Tani mbetet t\u00eb shihet se a do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen kushtet ligjore p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Albin Kurtit kryeminist\u00ebr t\u00eb vendit! Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, qeveria n\u00eb ardhje e ka legjitimitetin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb qytetar dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe politike, do t\u00eb thoja historike n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy dekadat e fundit.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr dallim nga zgjedhjet e m\u00ebparshme, kur kishim shp\u00ebrndarje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb politike me rastin e zgjedhjes s\u00eb institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore, pas \u00e7ertifikimit t\u00eb rezultatit zgjedhor, k\u00ebsaj radhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr formimin e institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore bie mbi partin\u00eb fituese e cila e ka sigurar mazhoranc\u00ebn n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n

Meq\u00eb kjo mazhoranc\u00eb e dal\u00eb nga “referendumi” nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr sigurimin e 2\/3-ve n\u00eb Kuvend, partia fituese, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast LVV dhe lideri i saj Albin Kurti menj\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t’i fillojn\u00eb negociatat me t\u00eb gjitha subjektet p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit.<\/p>\n

Albin Kurti mohikani i fundit i klases politike t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c7do anashkalim dhe injorim i partive opozitare shqiptare p\u00ebr arritjen e marr\u00ebveshjes politike p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit do ta \u00e7oj\u00eb vendin n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n

Krijimi i nj\u00eb situate t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk si p\u00ebrkthehet ndryshe, veq si ikje e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb politike e Albin Kurtit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrballje me faktorin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht ikje nga ballafaqimi i dialogut me Serbin\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel dhe ikje nga k\u00ebrkesat e SHBA-ve dhe Izraelit p\u00ebr vendosjen e Ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Jerusalem.<\/p>\n

Kur k\u00ebsaj t’i shtohen edhe mij\u00ebra probleme t\u00eb brendshme, filluar nga kriza pandemike, gj\u00ebndja e r\u00ebnduar ekonomike, sistemi i degraduar i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi\u00eb, arsimit dhe pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsive t\u00eb shumta sociale, nuk e lejojn\u00eb Albin Kurtin t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtues, por bashk\u00ebpunues me bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe institucionet e pavarura shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb asnj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb nuk guxon t\u00eb vie n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje formimi i qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr shkakun e postit t\u00eb presidentit. LVV-ja ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi historike p\u00ebr udh\u00ebheqjen e vendit n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vitet e ardhshme. Qytetar\u00ebt e pak\u00ebnaqur me qeverisjet e deritanishme e presin me padurim ta provojn\u00eb edhe qeverisjen e Albin Kurtit, mohikanin e fundit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj klase politike t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
