Koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit sikur jemi m\u00ebsuar q\u00eb nj\u00eb drejtues grupi, partie politike apo udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i nj\u00eb koalicioni m\u00eb t\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb forcash ta quajm\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht lider politik!<\/p>\n<p>Lider\u00eb n\u00eb kuptimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai apo ajo q\u00eb g\u00ebzon mb\u00ebshtetjen e gj\u00ebr\u00eb popullore, q\u00eb ka m\u00ebshtetjen morale dhe politike nga shumica e qytetar\u00ebve, apo n\u00eb rastin e nj\u00eb partie politike duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb elektoratit.<\/p>\n<p>Lideri i suksessh\u00ebm dhe i p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm konsiderohet ai q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i urt\u00eb dhe i guximsh\u00ebm, konsistent dhe i pal\u00ebkundur n\u00eb qendrime, ai q\u00eb nuk bie pre e lakimis\u00eb dhe egos personale, ai q\u00eb nuk bie pre e shantazheve dhe presioneve cilat do qofshin ato!.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuvendi i X-t\u00eb, historik p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tanim\u00eb kur kan\u00eb mbetur vet\u00ebm edhe pak dit\u00eb deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrballjen vendimtare n\u00eb Kuvendin e X-t\u00eb zgjedhor t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, e gjith\u00eb v\u00ebmendja e opinionit publik \u00ebsht\u00eb orientuar kah LDK-ja, kah subjekti shtetformues dhe determinues i t\u00eb gjitha proceseve politike p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre tri dekadave t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kuvendin e X-t\u00eb, t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm dhe historik t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit do t\u00eb ndodhen grupet e interesit q\u00eb e soll\u00ebn LDK-n\u00eb kuotat m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta nga themelimi i saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e kryetarit aktual, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb mundohen ta ruajn\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb jen\u00eb veprimtar\u00ebt e devotsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb paluhatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, ushtar\u00ebt besnik t\u00eb filozofis\u00eb rugoviane t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb provojn\u00eb rikthimin e frym\u00ebs rugoviane n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb subjekt politik.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuvend do t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe t\u00eb atill\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb mundohen ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb argatin e djallit siq e b\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2006, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkaktuar ndarje dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7arje t\u00eb m\u00ebtutjeshme t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fundi i aklamacionist\u00ebve, kthimi i vot\u00ebs s\u00eb fsheht\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuvendi i X-t\u00eb siq e ceka m\u00eb lart\u00eb, do t\u00eb mbet\u00ebt historik p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb arsye, e mbi t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebr at\u00eb se p\u00ebrfundimisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb subjekt do t\u00eb ndahet &#8220;shapi nga shqeri&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi delegat\u00ebt e Kuvendit t\u00eb X-t\u00eb zgjedhor t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb r\u00ebndon p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia historike. Kuvendi i X-t\u00eb zgjedhor duhet t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb lider unifikues, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn dhe pjekurin\u00eb politike, q\u00eb ka maturin\u00eb, guximin dhe vendosm\u00ebrin p\u00ebr arritjen e reformave t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta strukturore, &#8230;jo n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb preferencave, tekeve apo inateve personale, por t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb ekipore, sipas meritokracis\u00eb dhe standardeve t\u00eb avancuara, &#8230;p\u00ebr kthimin e rendit demokratik brenda k\u00ebtij subjekti politik, ku secili an\u00ebtar t\u00eb ket\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb shprehet lirsh\u00ebm, pra t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb i zgjedhur sipas sistemit elektoral; &#8220;nj\u00eb kandidat, nj\u00eb vot\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Kuvendi i X-t\u00eb dhe i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm zgjedhor i LDK-s\u00eb nuk guxon t\u00eb jet\u00eb kopje dhe p\u00ebrseritje e dy kuvendeve t\u00eb fundit zgjedhore, pra nuk guxon ta p\u00ebrserit\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn aklamacioniste, por duhet t&#8217;i n\u00ebnshtrohet nj\u00eb procesi t\u00eb rregullt dhe demokratik t\u00eb zgjedhjes p\u00ebrmes vot\u00ebs s\u00eb fsheht\u00eb t\u00eb liderit dhe kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ngritja e LDK-s\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e leht\u00eb dhe as e shpejt\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lidershipin e ri t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb e presin sfida t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen e partis\u00eb dhe kthimin e besimit n\u00eb elektoratin e saj. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb X-t\u00eb zgjedhor t\u00eb 14 marsit 2021, kryesia e re duhet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me zgjedhjet n\u00ebp\u00ebr deg\u00eb, n\u00ebndeg\u00eb dhe aktive, aty ku e ka burimi \u00e7do iniciativ\u00eb dhe sukses i LDK-s\u00eb s\u00eb reformuar.<\/p>\n<p>Testi i par\u00eb i ndryshimeve t\u00eb 14 marsit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb zgjedhjet lokale n\u00eb vjesht\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij viti, nga t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet \u00e7art\u00eb lakorja e ngritjes s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb drejt kthimit t\u00eb dinjitetsh\u00ebm n\u00eb piedestalin politik, aty ku e ka vendin nism\u00ebtarja e proceseve demokratike n\u00eb ballkanin per\u00ebndimor dhe themeltarja e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Kur thehet karroca, hap\u00ebn shum\u00eb rrug\u00eb&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rezultati i zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 14 shkurtit 2021 i obligon t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb LDK q\u00eb t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb pozitivisht n\u00eb realizimin e ktheses historike. V\u00ebrtet\u00eb humbja e fundit ka shkaktuar pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi dhe d\u00ebshprim t\u00eb pafund brenda elektoratit rugovian si n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ashtu edhe n\u00eb Diaspor\u00eb, por askush nuk guxon t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbehet nga z\u00ebmrimi i humbjes, as t\u00eb bie pre e karrierist\u00ebve dhe lakmitar\u00ebve t\u00eb pushtetit p\u00ebr hakmarrje personale ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit.<\/p>\n<p>Logjika e &#8220;heqjes s\u00eb kokave&#8221; nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb standard demokratik dhe as praktik\u00eb e LDK-s\u00eb rugoviane.
