Veprimtari shum\u00eb vje\u00e7ar i LDK-s\u00eb u sulmua nga <strong>Mustaf\u00eb Beluli<\/strong>, i njohur nga rrjetet sociale si militant i Isa Mustaf\u00ebs. M. Beluli, koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit shihet n\u00ebp\u00ebr mbledhjet dhe takime me misionaret politik t\u00eb Isa Mustaf\u00ebs, q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga Kosova p\u00ebr ta legjitimuar nj\u00eb grup, i cili me \u00e7do kusht d\u00ebshiron ta uzurpoj\u00eb Deg\u00ebn e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, po ashu Mustaf\u00eb Beluli frekuenton edhe tubimet q\u00eb i organizon Haki Latifi, kryetari i dhunsh\u00ebm q\u00eb pretendohet p\u00ebr turikthyer me urdhrin e Isa Mustaf\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pas incidentit, policia ka dal n\u00eb vendin e ngjarjes e cila e ka protokolluar rastin, duke proceduar m\u00ebtutje.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb kan\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb at\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb ftuar personalisht nga z. Haki Latifi i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftuar nga sekretari i Deg\u00ebs z. Ismet Krasniqi se n\u00eb delegacionin e Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tij jan\u00eb edhe: Publicisti Shefqet Dibrani \u2013 kryetar i deg\u00ebs, dr. Shaqir Shala dhe ing. Nazmi Peci, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb kryesis\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar p\u00ebr modalitetin e zgjidhjes s\u00eb konflikteve q\u00eb kan\u00eb plasur n\u00eb Deg\u00ebn e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, q\u00eb nga Kuvendi i rregullt i Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, i cili ka qen\u00eb transparent p\u00ebr rrjedhat e t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb njoftuar strukturat e partis\u00eb si dhe opinioni i gjer\u00eb, por kryene\u00e7\u00ebsia e Isa Mustaf\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmes militant\u00ebve t\u00eb tij q\u00eb jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb banda huligane, po b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb me dhun\u00eb fizike p\u00ebr t\u00eb dominuar, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast u krijua nj\u00eb humner\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Kryesia e Deg\u00ebs n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb vazhdueshme, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e k\u00ebtij konflikti i ka adresuar n\u00eb kryesin\u00eb qendrore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe tek t\u00eb gjith\u00eb misionar\u00ebt e Isa Mustaf\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb vizituar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim grupet e caktuara n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb nxitin dhe stimulojn\u00eb akte dhune n\u00eb Deg\u00ebn e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr. Deklarat\u00ebn e Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 04.09.2016, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha mjetet e informimit publik).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Dega e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr dhe k\u00ebto p\u00ebrpjekje kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kurthin e Ajet Avdylit dhe t\u00eb Haki Latifit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pas nj\u00eb takimi m\u00eb 03.09.2016, n\u00eb Grauholz (BE), i cili ka p\u00ebrfunduar pa marr\u00ebveshje dhe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb raportuar edhe n\u00eb mbledhjen e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Deg\u00ebs, m\u00eb 04.09.2016. Por personalisht Haki Latifi ka k\u00ebrkuar edhe nj\u00eb takim tjet\u00ebr i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar me sekretarin e Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr z. Ismet Krasniqi, m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 06.09.2016, duke e lutur q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb takimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb kompromis dhe Dega e LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr ta mbyllur konfliktin e hapur nga kryesia Qendrore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe natyrisht nga vet z. Isa Mustafa. <\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb m\u00eb 06.09.2016, edhe Ajet Avdyli, i cili padyshim \u00ebsht\u00eb promotori kryesor i k\u00ebsaj rr\u00ebmuje n\u00eb deg\u00ebn e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr dhe njeriu qe me arroganc\u00eb dhe pervesitet, po shantazhon veprimtaret t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mbi \u00e7erekshekulli jan\u00eb aktivist t\u00eb Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, ka patur nj\u00eb takim me dr. Shaqir Shal\u00ebn, an\u00ebtar\u00eb i kryesis\u00eb. Ndon\u00ebse premtimet p\u00ebr t\u2019i tejkaluar ndasit ishin t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, prandaj me asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb atakuar Mustaf\u00eb Beluli, i cili shprehu mllefin e tij, sigurisht i nxitur nga Haki Latifi dhe Ajet Avdyli, p\u00ebrpjekjen e qet dhe demokratike e kthyen n\u00eb konflikt fizik, kurse skenari p\u00ebr ta shkat\u00ebrruar Deg\u00ebn e LDK-s\u00eb, bie mbi z. Isa Mustafa dhe kryesin\u00eb qendrore t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb nxit\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebtij konflikti dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr katandisjen e LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dikush nga t\u00eb pranishmit e ftoi policin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb gjith\u00eb militant\u00ebt e Isa Mustaf\u00ebs q\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh po sillen me huliganiz\u00ebm t\u00eb pashembullt, jan\u00eb larguar nga vendi i ngjarjes, madje pa shprehur keqardhje e tyre as Haki Latifi dhe Ajet Avdyli, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt si duket jan\u00eb sajuesit e k\u00ebtij skenari q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoi me dhun\u00eb fizike.<\/p>\n<p>Dega e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, disa her\u00eb kam apeluar se gjendja po eskalon dhe vazhdimisht ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje te kryesia qendrore q\u00eb ta ndalin avazin e dhun\u00ebs mbi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit legjitim t\u00eb Deg\u00ebs, por vazhdimisht ka hasur n\u00eb heshtje dhe p\u00ebrbuzje n\u00eb dialog p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin kryesia e LDK-s\u00eb vazhdimisht thirret.
