Ky njeri qe doli i lavdish\u00ebm nga lufta duke flijuar edhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e failj\u00ebs p\u00ebr lirin e Kosov\u00ebs, tashti n\u00eb paq\u00eb hiq nuk po muj\u00eb gjendet si duhet.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve n\u00eb liri, n\u00eb transicion \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb lypsar i madh dhe gjuetar i posteve te ndryshme politike dhe shteterore t\u00eb cilat nuk i fiton me merit\u00eb por pr\u00eat t\u00eb b\u00ebn sebep ndonj\u00eb parti p\u00ebr te ia dhuruar ndonj\u00eb post. K\u00ebshtu ky njeri b\u00ebh\u00ebt pateric\u00eb e partive tjera gadi pas \u00e7do zgjedhjeve nacionale. Ishte i madherish\u00ebm kur p\u00ebr tri vite me dinjitet, me protesta e mbrojti \u00c7akorrin, por e mashtuan apo u mashtrua nuk e di por posa ia dhan\u00eb postin e Kryeministritu \u00c7akorri humbi sod e k\u00ebsaj dite nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i yni por i Malit t\u00eb Zi i bijve t\u00eb Mark Milanit, i cili kurr gjat\u00eb histories nuk mundi me luft\u00eb me e marr\u00eb sepse ate e mbronin kreshniket e Rugov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ramushi duke vrapuar pas posteve e ka harruar Partin\u00eb e vet\u00eb, dhe se ka harruar se vetem Paria e tij\u00eb zhvillimi i saj\u00eb, rritja e saj\u00eb mund t&#8217;i sjell\u00eb poste politike e shteterore. Duke vrapuar si lypsar i posteve ai edhe e pergjysmot partin e tij e cila ra n\u00eb vetem 8 deputet ose 7%, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb renje drastike t\u00eb AAK ai \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb jep\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjesi para parties se vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por se di prap\u00eb vemendj\u00ebn dhe aktivitetin e tij\u00eb po e drejton p\u00ebr me u ba President i Kosov\u00ebs, nuk la gur pa rratullu qe gjysm\u00eb viti p\u00ebr tu b\u00ebr\u00eb President, t\u00eb gjith\u00ebpo e mashtrojn\u00eb, ky sikur ka harruar se ka\u00e7iku i partis\u00eb se tij \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i vog\u00ebn ne sken\u00ebn politike p\u00ebr me ia mund\u00ebsu p\u00ebr me u b\u00ebr\u00eb Presdident.<\/p>\n<p>Por, nuk \u00e7kap\u00ebt thot\u00eb dua gjith\u00ebsesi me u b\u00ebr\u00eb Presidenti i vendit. Por me fitor\u00ebn e koalicionit LVV dhe Lista \u201cBeso\u201d me 50,28% iu k\u00ebput\u00ebn definitivisht\u00eb shpresat p\u00ebr postin e presidentit sepse presidenti i takon k\u00ebtij koalicioni fitues t\u00eb zgjedhjeve, ose thane ndryshe Vjosa Osmanit p\u00ebr te cil\u00ebn votuan mbi 300 mij\u00eb votues, pra e vetme mori 2,5 gjysm\u00eb vota se sa PDK, LDK dhe AAK. K\u00ebshtu qe posti i presidentit i takon asaj dhe vetm asaj sepse k\u00ebshtu votoi sovrani.<\/p>\n<p>Por k\u00ebto parti qe i denoi sovrani p\u00ebr keq menagjimin e pushtetit duke e vjedh\u00eb e pla\u00e7kit\u00eb, duke u pasurua ne korriz te popullit secila m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tjera, k\u00ebto dit\u00eb n\u00eb vend se te turp\u00ebroh\u00ebn p\u00ebr humbjet e tyre katastrofale, dhe t\u00eb ul\u00ebn dhe te gjykojn\u00eb vetveht\u00ebn sepse u ndodhi k\u00ebshtu, ato jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tok\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb penguar formimin e institucioneve shteterore sipas votes se sovranit. T\u00eb gjitha si ne kor deklaroh\u00ebn me shum\u00eb nga inati se nuk do ta votojn\u00eb Vjosa Osmanin p\u00ebr Preseidente, nuk do te ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb kourumin.<\/p>\n<p>I pari ia nisi Isa Mustafa para zgjedhjeve ne LDK s\u00eb nga inati q\u00eb Vjosa e p\u00ebrplasi LDK p\u00ebr tok\u00eb duke e p\u00ebrgjysmuar ate. Thue se k\u00ebtij krro\u00e7anit i ka faj\u00eb Vjosa, se i kan\u00eb faj\u00eb votuesit qe e votuan duke ia dh\u00ebn\u00eb mbi 300 mij\u00eb vota, duke i harrtua i gjori prapaskenat bizarre qe ia b\u00ebri LDK p\u00ebr dhjet\u00eb vite duke i anashkaluar qendrimet dhe parimet e LDK ne p\u00ebr\u00e7afim t\u00eb PDK, SHIK-ut dhe Hashim Tha\u00e7it.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsaj loje bizare iu \u00ebsht\u00eb bashkuar edhe PDK e gjor\u00eb e cila ka mbet qe as era mos me i ardh\u00eb parti e cila gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 20 viteve n\u00eb emer te U\u00c7K nuk la p\u00ebr fytyr\u00eb tok\u00eb pa b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb shkaterrimit te shtetit duke e vjedh\u00eb dhe plaqkit\u00eb, dhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e quajn\u00eb edhe parti te hajnave, sepse krimi i organizuar korrupcioni e kan\u00eb burimin ne k\u00ebt\u00eb Pronto parti. Edhe k\u00ebta ne vend se t\u00eb ul\u00ebn t\u00eb k\u00ebqyr\u00ebn ne pasqyr\u00eb vet\u00ebveh\u00ebn se ku jan\u00eb, pse erdh\u00ebn ne k\u00ebt\u00eb situate t\u00eb mjerueshme me humbje katastrofale n\u00eb zgjedhjte e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vend se t\u00eb ulin kok\u00ebn nga deshprimi k\u00ebta prap\u00eb ne stilin e tyre se kush jemi na, qesin shkelma anash dhe pengojn\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht\u00eb formimin e institucioneve t\u00eb shtetit sipas verdiktit t\u00eb popullit, duke qit\u00eb nd\u00ebrskamca se nuk e votojm\u00eb Vjosa Osmanin p\u00ebr president, gjoja sipas tyre nuk qenka unifikuese, kurse Hashim Tha\u00e7i i tyre ishte kryesisht p\u00ebrqar\u00ebs i sken\u00ebs politike, e jo unifikues, kjo tregon se askush nga partit nuk ia shkelte pragun e deres n\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebe tash na shesin mend e kokoriz\u00ebn se bashku me at\u00eb Enver Hoxhaj, i cili akcidentalisht i ra hise t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht\u00eb U\/D t\u00eb PDK.<\/p>\n<p>Por shum\u00eb e \u00e7uditeshme dhe irituese \u00ebsht\u00eb deklarata e ish-kryeministrit Ramush Harajdinajt, kur deklaroi se AAK nuk ka vote p\u00ebr Vjosa Osmanin, bile theksoi edhe se nuk do te ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb kuorumin p\u00ebr zgjedhj\u00ebn e Osmanit.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, nj\u00eb bojkot\u00eb intesh i opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb zgjedhj\u00ebn e organeve te pushtetit sipas votes s\u00eb popullit. Jan\u00eb mesuar k\u00ebt te gjor\u00ebt institucionet me i formu me pazare te ndryshme mes vete, por tashti populli i qiti jasht\u00eb loj\u00ebs dhe kan\u00eb mbet\u00eb si pulat e lag\u00ebta pa krye.<\/p>\n<p>Dihet se k\u00ebta t\u00eb gjor\u00eb nuk pyet\u00ebn p\u00ebr formimine Qeveris\u00eb Kurti II e cila do te formohet te han\u00ebn qe vjen\u00eb, sepse ky koalicion LVV-Lista \u201cBeso\u201d i kan\u00eb votat e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr formimine qeveris\u00eb. Por k\u00ebta si\u00e7 theksova po nxjerrin spica rreth zgjedhj\u00ebs s\u00eb preisdentit te vendit duke mos e dh\u00ebn\u00eb as vot\u00ebn e duke mos e b\u00ebr\u00eb kuorumin mbi 80 deputet t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm ne sale.<\/p>\n<p>Por, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7 nj\u00eb loj\u00eb e tyre politike p\u00ebr ta terheq\u00eb vemendjen nga humbjet e tyre katastrofale. Ata e din mire se Kushtetuta e Kosov\u00ebs i obligon deputetet qe te jen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm ne salle p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb kuorumin. Se ata duhet te qendroj ne sale \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe vendim i SHBA mikut tone t\u00eb madh qe na e dha lirin se bashku me U\u00c7K.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew Palmer nga Departamenti i Shtetit t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs special qendroi k\u00ebto dit\u00eb n\u00eb Korov\u00eb dhe ua beri m\u00eb dije te gjith\u00eb liderve politik ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 se duhet te qendrojn\u00eb ne sale kur votohet presidenti. Pra, luaje mace kryet e bullit, sepse SHBA don p\u00ebrmbyllj\u00ebn e rezultetit te zgjedhjeve me formimin e inetiticioneve te shtetit jo t\u00eb merr\u00ebt me budallakit e liderve tan\u00eb. Ata nuk done qe Kosova t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb p\u00ebrseri ne zgjedhje.
