Edhe pse p\u00ebrball\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsminist\u00ebr n\u00eb kabinetin e Sali Berish\u00ebs, s\u00ebrish nuk ia doli t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb. Kjo tregon disa gj\u00ebra. M\u00eb s\u00eb pari, se PD-ja ka r\u00ebn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm si forc\u00eb politike dhe se ka rrezik rr\u00ebshket e shkon forc\u00eb e tret\u00eb n\u00eb vend, pasi zenitin e saj e kishte shum\u00eb her\u00ebt, m\u00eb 1991 e s\u2019mund ta mbaj\u00eb akoma me at\u00eb faktor, kaq t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm. <\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, opozita d\u00ebshmoi edhe forc\u00ebn e arsyes dhe jo arsyen e forc\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bindur dibran\u00ebt. Pra, opozita ka nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb problemesh se p\u00ebrse nuk i fitoi zgjedhjet. Dhe, m\u00eb 2017, kur t\u00eb ket\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb maxhoranca fiton ndjesh\u00ebm, n\u00eb mos edhe m\u00eb thell\u00eb se viti 2013. Tjet\u00ebr ishte se pushtetin qendror e ka PS dhe LSI, e se frika \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00ebse Dibra ia jep vot\u00ebn opozit\u00ebs, kjo zon\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbetet e mjer\u00eb dhe e varf\u00ebr, p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb, duke mos v\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00eb mbi t\u00eb, askush. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha, e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb se jan\u00eb legjenda e madh\u00ebshti goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnash popullore t\u00eb gjitha, se dibran\u00ebt nuk shiten. <\/p>\n<p>Ata jan\u00eb n\u00eb mos m\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebrit e republik\u00ebs. Varf\u00ebria n\u00eb disa zona t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs arrin kulmin e vet. Mjerim e skamje si n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se gjendet n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb rreth tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Dibrani shitet, sepse varf\u00ebria ka qen\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb prezente n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb.
