N\u00eb k\u00ebso rrethanash t\u00eb jet\u00ebs tashti vendi kryesor i p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs amtare mbetet familja, rrethi farefisnor e miq\u00ebsor n\u00eb takime e vizita t\u00eb ndryshme. N\u00eb rastet kur n\u00eb familje nuk i kushtohet v\u00ebm\u00ebndje e duhur k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje, gjuha amtare sa vjen e zvetnohet nga brezi n\u00eb brez dhe, sidomos te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, kalon n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn passive t\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimit.<\/p>\n<p>Sociolinguist\u00ebt, pas hulumtimeve empirike, kam\u00eb par\u00eb se pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs, n\u00eb shtetin e vendosjes s\u00eb tyre, duhet ta m\u00ebsojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e vendit q\u00eb, n\u00eb shtetet gjermanofone e quajn\u00eb \u2018\u2019Zeilsprache\u2019\u2019 dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, edhe nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb huaj.<br \/>\nTani nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs kan\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u2019i m\u00ebsuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb komunikuar n\u00eb dy gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, n\u00eb lagje, n\u00eb loj\u00eb etj., dhe k\u00ebshtu gjuha amtare, gjuha shqipe, mbetet jasht\u00eb interesimit t\u00eb duhur. Duke pasur m\u00eb shum\u00eb obligim p\u00ebr t\u2019I m\u00ebsuar gjuh\u00ebt e huaja, \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme se deficit gjuh\u00ebsor n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe u krijon v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi komunikimi.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme. Mir\u00ebpo, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme q\u00eb, edhe gjat\u00eb pushimit n\u00eb vendlkindje, shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs bisedojn\u00eb me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e vendit ku jetojn\u00eb. Madje k\u00ebt\u00eb komunikim e b\u00ebjn\u00eb me krekosje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb pa e ditur se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mbase b\u00ebhen kontribues t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb identitetit gjuh\u00ebsor t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. Sepse, n\u00eb kushtet e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00eb familja \u00ebsht\u00eb vatra themelore e kultivimit t\u00eb m\u00ebvet\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, e m\u00ebsimit dhe e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs amtare dhe, n\u00ebse kjo vat\u00ebr nuk ndri\u00e7on me p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb shtuar, s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb habi q\u00eb gjuha amtare nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u00eb harrohet p\u00ebrderisa nuk flitet.<\/p>\n<p>Nga aspekti sociolinguistik \u00ebsht\u00eb me interes t\u00eb ndiqet edhe fenomeni i barrierave gjuh\u00ebsore n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb shum\u00ebgjuh\u00ebsore. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb aq heterogjen nga p\u00ebrmbajtja sa dhe vet\u00eb bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb shum\u00ebgjuh\u00ebsore. Dukuria e barrierave gjuh\u00ebsore, ose si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb quhet ndryshe barrier sociale, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e shtrir\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb shum\u00ebgjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs, n\u00eb rastin e shqipes, t\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs shqiptare. Pengesat gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme linguistike jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme te m\u00ebrgata m\u00eb e re, e cila, n\u00eb rrethanat e ndryshme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs n\u00eb kontakt me gjuh\u00eb dhe kultura t\u00eb ndryshme, ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha komunikimi dhe integrimi.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs shqiptare, t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb shtetet gjermanofone, sidomos f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e lir\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, e m\u00ebsojn\u00eb gjermanishten dialektore (Mundarten), n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, p.sh. gjermanishten zvicerane, n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb gjermanishten standard dhe k\u00ebshtu kan\u00eb nj\u00eb ngarkes\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i m\u00ebsuar dy varietete: dialekt-standard, dallimet midis t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00ebgjuh\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb dukuri e shum\u00eb shteteve.
