T\u00eb gjith\u00ebve na jan\u00eb t\u00eb njohura t\u00eb arriturat dhe d\u00ebshtimet e k\u00ebtij dialogu. Pa marr\u00eb parasysh se kush do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb, e kush do t\u00eb humb\u00eb m\u00eb pak, epilogu p\u00ebrfundimtar i dialogut Kosov\u00eb-Serbi duhet t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb nj\u00eb kapitull t\u00eb ri t\u00eb stabilitetit politik n\u00eb rajonin e trazuar t\u00eb Ballkanit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Legalizimi i ndarjes nga pushtetar\u00ebt ton\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ndarja faktike q\u00eb i ndodhi veriut t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb vendit me hyrjen e forcave paq\u00ebruajt\u00ebse, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb vendosjes s\u00eb KFOR-it ruso-francez mbi Ur\u00ebn e lumit Ib\u00ebr, nga kush m\u00eb pak e kush tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb, nga t\u00eb gjitha pushtetet e pasluft\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrligjur ajo ndarje!<\/p>\n<p>Pushtetar\u00ebt ton\u00eb p\u00ebr dy dekada rresht, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk arrit\u00ebn ta shtrijn\u00eb sovranitetin n\u00eb at\u00eb pjes\u00eb, e zyrtarizuan ndarjen e qytetit n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb; n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn Jugore t\u00eb banuar me shqiptar\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn Veriore t\u00eb pushtuar nga serb\u00ebt lokal!<\/p>\n<p>Pas ndarjes s\u00eb qytetit n\u00eb dysh ekziston nj\u00eb ndarje m\u00eb e dhimbshme, m\u00eb e thell\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e gj\u00ebr\u00eb territoriale, nga e cila rrezikojm\u00eb t&#8217;i humbim pasurit\u00eb me flori t\u00eb n\u00ebntok\u00ebs dhe pasurit\u00eb ujore, ku t\u00eb dyja s\u00eb bashku p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjn\u00eb arterijen m\u00eb vitale dhe m\u00eb ekzistenciale p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, Trep\u00e7a dhe Ujmani, shpirti dhe zemra e Kosov\u00ebs vet\u00ebm formalisht dhe juridikisht jan\u00eb ende t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, kurse praktikisht ndodhen jasht\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, me legalizimin \u201cde facto\u201d t\u00eb ndarjes s\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs n\u00eb dy nj\u00ebsi administrative (Mitrovica e Veriut dhe Mitrovica e Jugut) u legalizua ndarja e asaj pjese nga vet\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebt ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr serb\u00ebt lokal, koh\u00eb pas kohe me ndryshimin e pamjes s\u00eb barrikadave p\u00ebr rreth Ur\u00ebs s\u00eb lumit Ib\u00ebr, me shtatoren e Car Llazarit dhe flamuj shtet\u00ebror\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb na p\u00ebrkujtojn\u00eb se sovraniteti i shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrfundon pik\u00ebrisht aty e jo n\u00eb Jarinje ku aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb kufiri administrativ!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ka kaluar koha e eksperimenteve politike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tani kemi ardhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb momentum ku dialogu duhet t\u00eb zhvillohet pa asnj\u00eb penges\u00eb, pa kusht\u00ebzime dhe obstruksione politike, me guxim dhe transparenc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb para qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Dialogu \u00ebsht\u00eb i pa alternativ\u00eb, &#8216;Qeveria Kurti2&#8217; duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitet seriozisht p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbylljen e faz\u00ebs finale t\u00eb dialogut me Serbin\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel, Paris apo Washington kudo q\u00eb t\u00eb organizohet ai.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria e re duhet t&#8217;ua b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb qarta qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb gjitha detajet e bisedimeve me Serbin\u00eb, q\u00eb i bie, t\u00eb i b\u00ebj\u00eb transparente k\u00ebrkesat e Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb dialog, e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti k\u00ebrkesat tona p\u00ebrball\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb b\u00ebhen transparente edhe &#8220;thikat mbi harta&#8221; apo &#8220;g\u00ebrsh\u00ebr\u00ebt&#8221; n\u00ebse ekzistojn\u00eb, e jo t\u00eb hidhen teori konspirative p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr konsum t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm politik.<\/p>\n<p>Legjitimiteti i lart\u00eb qytetar\u00eb i zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 14 shkurtit e ngarkon Albin Kurtin me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problemit historik me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj e ftoj\u00eb kryeministrin Albin Kurti q\u00eb t\u00eb ulet sa m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn e bisedimeve, le t\u00eb ballafaqohet me problemin e pazgjidhur dhe le t&#8217;ua tregoj\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit se cilat jan\u00eb kompromiset e dhimbshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat na fliste parar\u00ebnd\u00ebsi i tij Hashim Tha\u00e7i!?<br \/>\nIkja dhe prolongimi i dialogut nuk e zgjidh\u00eb problemin me Serbin\u00eb, p\u00ebrkundrazi e thellon akoma m\u00eb tep\u00ebr at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00eb mos e mendoj askush se bota sillet rreth Kosov\u00ebs!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Me asgj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arsyetohet mos gatishm\u00ebria e lider\u00ebve aktual\u00eb shtet\u00ebror\u00eb p\u00ebr ta v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb plan t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrmbylljen e dialogut me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka \u00e7\u00ebshtje m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, m\u00eb ekzistenciale dhe m\u00eb prioritare sesa p\u00ebrmbyllja e kapitullit me Serbin\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye se kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e mbajtur peng t\u00eb ardhmen vendit dhe qytetar\u00ebve, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, sigurin\u00eb dhe stabilitetin politik, zhvillimin ekonomik, integrimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb BE dhe OKB, UNESCO dhe INTERPOL.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm lider\u00ebt aktual shtet\u00ebror\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, se bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare nuk do t&#8217;na pres pafund\u00ebsisht n\u00eb zgjidhjen e problemit me Serbin\u00eb, sikurse q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdeset p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb dhe ekzistenc\u00ebn e shtetit ton\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, pa asnj\u00eb hezitim lider\u00ebt shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb bashkangjiten n\u00eb dialog p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbylljen e kapitullit t\u00eb gjat\u00eb t\u00eb luft\u00ebrave me Serbin\u00eb, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i hapur rrug\u00eb nj\u00eb kapitulli t\u00eb ri t\u00eb t\u00eb paqes dhe stabiltetit politik n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat ballkanike.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb punojm\u00eb dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb n\u00eb drejtimin e duhur, q\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb vie dita q\u00eb t&#8217;i p\u00ebrcjellim ashtu siq i pritem paqeruajt\u00ebsit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, pa ndihm\u00ebn e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve sot nuk do ta kishim lirin\u00eb dhe as shtetin t\u00eb cilin nuk po arrijm\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb dot!<\/p>\n<p>Askush nuk na dhuron asgj\u00eb, do ta marrim at\u00eb q\u00eb e kemi merituar!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: Florim Zeqa, 17.04.2021 Pas nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimi t\u00eb gjat\u00eb maratonik 10 vje\u00e7ar, i ka ardhur koha e p\u00ebrfundimit dialogut me Serbin\u00eb!
