Kjo e dh\u00ebn\u00eb i obligon edhe arsimtar\u00ebt e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme m\u00ebsimore q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs standarde shqipe t\u2019i kushtojn\u00eb v\u00ebmendje shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe. Sepse, edhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, jan\u00eb arsimtar\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, ngase p\u00ebrmes gjuh\u00ebs amtare, i shpjegojn\u00eb nj\u00ebsit\u00eb m\u00ebsimore. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e ditur n\u00eb teorin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimit se nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit jan\u00eb t\u00eb prirur t\u2019i p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsojn\u00eb shprehjet gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb arsimtarit, t\u00eb bindur se ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb drejta.<\/p>\n<p>Arsimtari, n\u00eb or\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit, duhet ta flas\u00eb dhe ta shkruaj\u00eb drejt gjuh\u00ebn standarde. Ai duhet t\u00eb flas\u00eb rrjedhsh\u00ebm, qart\u00eb, t\u2019i ket\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb parasysh aft\u00ebsit\u00eb psikologjike dhe fizike t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe stilin q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor para tyre, t\u2019i zgjedh\u00eb konstruktet gjuh\u00ebsore sipas p\u00ebrjetueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tekstit dhe t\u00eb ndodhive q\u00eb i zb\u00ebrthen, t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdor\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe shprehje t\u00eb pakuptueshme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, p.sh., n\u00eb nj\u00eb or\u00eb m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e pest\u00eb, arsimtari p\u00ebrdor, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, edhe k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>promovim, ese, opus, symbol, atribut etj., t\u00eb cilave, si t\u00eb pakuptueshme q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e shkoll\u00ebs fillore, duhet t\u2019ua sqaroj\u00eb dometh\u00ebnien ose t\u2019i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb sinonimet e tyre m\u00eb t\u00eb kuptueshme p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij niveli shkollor; t\u00eb shprehet me fjal\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shkurtra dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura mire nga ana semantike e sintaksore, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nyj\u00ebtimin e tingujve gjuh\u00ebsor\u00eb sipas parimeve fonetike-fonologjike n\u00eb aparatin e t\u00eb folurit dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u2019ua shpjegoj\u00eb edhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, t\u2019i korrigjoj\u00eb trajtat e gabuara gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb t\u00eb folur dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb tabel\u00eb, n\u00eb fletore etj., t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb me interesim literature m\u00eb t\u00eb re gjuh\u00ebsore si dhe ndryshimet eventuale si rezultate t\u00eb hulumtimeve t\u00eb reja shkencore-gjuh\u00ebsore etj.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;N\u00eb gjith\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e shkoll\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb standarde e p\u00ebrpikt\u00eb, e past\u00ebr dhe e kulluar, duke synuar q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm gjuha e teksteve t\u00eb jet\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e normuar, e nj\u00ebsuar, por edhe q\u00eb t\u00eb folurit e m\u00ebsuesit e t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb \u00e7lirohet nga t\u00eb gjitha luhatjet e ndikimet dialektore, t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me gjuh\u00ebn e tekstit&#8221; (Grup autor\u00ebsh, Gjuha letrare shqipe (Elemente t\u00eb norm\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme letrare), Prishtin\u00eb, 1984, f. 5).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shpjegimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve gramatikore, shembujt duhet t\u2019u prijn\u00eb rregullave, ashtu si\u00e7 e k\u00ebrkon metodika e gjuh\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrkufizimet t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb n\u00eb shembuj, q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb praktik dhe m\u00eb pak teorik e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e parimeve didaktike-m\u00ebsimore dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb reformuar; Shembujt p\u00ebr shpjegimin e nj\u00ebsive gramatikore duhet t\u00eb merren nga konteksti i veprave letrare ose nga teksti i p\u00ebrpiluar nergut p\u00ebr nj\u00ebsin\u00eb e caktuar gramatikore, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb praktike dhe m\u00eb e kapshme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe jo me fjali t\u00eb shk\u00ebputura, si\u00e7 veprohet shpesh n\u00eb or\u00ebt e k\u00ebtilla; -t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb pun\u00ebn n\u00eb grupe t\u00eb vogla nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish dhe, pas shpjegimeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, t\u2019u jepen detyra q\u00eb vet\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, strategji kjo e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, e cila aktivizon vet\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe nxit pun\u00ebn e pavarur t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n<p>-t\u00eb zgjoj\u00eb t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit interesimin p\u00ebr krijimtarin\u00eb letrare p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb, t\u2019i udh\u00ebzoj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebr ta k\u00ebrkuar dhe p\u00ebr ta krijuar shprehjen e bukur artistike dhe t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb edhe or\u00eb letrare\u00eb &#8211; t\u2019i formuloj\u00eb drejt dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb precise pzetjet q\u00eb ua shtron nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, sepse, n\u00eb pyetje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsuara, si\u00e7 b\u00ebhen shpesh, p.sh., &#8220;Na thuaj di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs&#8221;? etj., nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi nuk di nga ta filloj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen; -t\u2019i ket\u00eb parasysh: m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb shprehurit dhe teknik\u00ebn e t\u00eb<br \/>\nfolurit: tempoja, toni, sipas nevoj\u00ebs, intonacioni, pushimi, shenjat e pik\u00ebsimit etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nga k\u00ebto q\u00eb u than\u00eb, p\u00ebrfundojm\u00eb me faktin se gjuha standarde n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrdorimi i drejt\u00eb i saj, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb detyr\u00eb par\u00ebsore p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr arsimtar\u00ebt e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb jen\u00eb model i kultivimit t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsore si n\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar, po ashtu edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb shprehur, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit ta kuptojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb ka gjuha shqipe dhe gradualisht t\u2019i p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsojn\u00eb rregullat gramatikore t\u00eb saj. Nga kjo pik\u00ebpamje, pa p\u00ebrjashtim, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve dhe arsimtar\u00ebve u vihet p\u00ebrpara obligimi q\u00eb t\u00eb flasin dhe t\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn standarde, sepse shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ta kultivuar kultur\u00ebn gjuh\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. dr.
