B\u00ebhej p\u00ebrgaditja p\u00ebr mbremjen festive t\u00eb 25-vjetorit t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Artist\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb konvikt\u00ebt tona studetore. N\u00eb mes tyre edhe rapsod\u00ebt Dervish Shaqa dhe Demush Neziri.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb u cik\u00ebrruam, me fjal\u00eb, me bac\u00ebn Dervish, p\u00ebr reportuarin laraman t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga Radio-Tirana dhe, m\u00eb shum\u00eb, nga Radio-Kuk\u00ebsi. M\u00eb von\u00eb m\u00ebsova se ishte politik\u00eb redaktuese e partis\u00eb. N\u00eb vitet `70-a po b\u00ebhej pajtimi dhe afrimi i Tiran\u00ebs me Beogradin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Me v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit jugosllav\u00eb, kemi derdhur gjakun n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebtat beteja&#8221;,- tha Enver Hoxha, n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb. Prandaj, k\u00ebng\u00ebt historike, u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuan me k\u00ebng\u00eb lirike dhe erotike t\u00eb bac\u00ebs Dervish dhe Demush. Beogradi kusht\u00ebzoi edhe burgosjen e djem\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekur nga UDB-a jugosllave, t\u00eb ikur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Dhe, PPSH-ja porosin\u00eb e zbatoi vullnetsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1970, nj\u00eb bised\u00eb n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Brendshme. T\u00eb pranish\u00ebm drejtori i Kund\u00ebrzbulimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Drejtori i Emigracionit dhe shefi i Kriminalistik\u00ebs. Baca Dervish ishte shuar k\u00ebsaj jete, kur un\u00eb vuajta burgun. Edhe pse n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, specifike, i p\u00ebrgjuar nga Sigurimi kriminal monist, doja t\u00eb b\u00ebja di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr Dervish Shaqen. Sepse ai b\u00ebri shum\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Shqiptarin\u00eb, kur frym\u00ebzoi brezat shqiptar\u00eb, duke e v\u00ebn\u00eb lavdin\u00eb historike n\u00eb telat e sharkis\u00eb. Doja ta shquaja, nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, edhe n\u00eb varreza, ta p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsoja n\u00eb bronz. Por, kjo ishte e kushtueshme, madje, skajm\u00ebrisht e rrezikshme, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb m\u00eb kushtonte me jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb fotografish, i sigurova nga Familja e bac\u00ebs Dervish. Skulptori m\u00eb i z\u00ebsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqiptari, akademik Muntaz Dhrami, pranoi skalitjen e portretit t\u00eb rapsodit Shaqa. Kishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb shkritore t\u00eb &#8220;Realizimit t\u00eb Veprave t\u00eb Artit&#8221;, edhe ajo shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkesa ime u refuzua prerazi: &#8220;Dervishi \u00ebsht\u00eb artist i merituar, por, jo &#8220;Artist i Popullit&#8221; dhe nuk pranohet derdhja n\u00eb bronz e skulptur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb nuk doja t\u00eb largohesha nga Shqip\u00ebria, pa e realizuar portretin-skulptur\u00eb t\u00eb bac\u00ebs Dervish. Dhe, gjeta nj\u00eb nuse-inxhiniere, origjin\u00eb kosovare, lindake tiranase, fort e guximsshme, e cila do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhej me dy miq t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, punonj\u00ebs profesional t\u00eb uzin\u00ebs-shkritore dhe brenda nj\u00eb nate, realizuan vepr\u00ebn n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, kundrejt nj\u00eb \u00e7mimi, shum\u00ebfish m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, se sa nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim legal, ligjor i k\u00ebtij lloji.<\/p>\n<p>Derdhja ilegale n\u00eb bronz t\u00eb skulptur\u00ebs t\u00eb bac\u00ebs Dervish, ishte shum\u00eb e rrezikshme. N\u00eb rast zbulimi, ligji akuzonte p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrdorim dhe sabotim t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb socialiste. Dhe, prashikonte d\u00ebnim nga 20 vjet burg, deri n\u00eb pushkatim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb implikuarit, porosit\u00ebsit dhe zbatuesit, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale, t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar si armiq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>(P\u00ebr montimin e skulptur\u00ebs, ke varri i Dervish Shaq\u00ebs; k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e mikut t\u00eb tij, bac\u00eb Demush Nezirit, q\u00eb t\u00eb varros\u00ebn pran\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, n\u00eb varrezat e fshatit Shenavlash dhe jo n\u00eb Rashbull\u00eb, ku jetonte baca Dervish, do t\u00eb flasim nj\u00eb her\u00eb tjeter.<\/p>\n<p>Rapsod\u00ebt Dervish Shaqa dhe Demush Neziri, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dy burra t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm e krenar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me drejt\u00ebpeshimin e duhur. Dinjitoz\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ndergjegjsh\u00ebm se \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin ata n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. T\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr pesh\u00ebn e tyre, ishin t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm, madje, n\u00eb \u00e7do hap t\u00eb hedhur, n\u00eb kushtet e diktatur\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Reportazhi-dokumentar, me skenar e tekst t\u00eb shkrimtarit, emigrant n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Adem Istrefaj, i cili u shua dy muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar suksessh\u00ebm.
