Kafka e shkroi n\u00eb vitet 1914-1915. Romani u botua <em>postum<\/em>, n\u00eb vitin 1925 dhe ishte i pap\u00ebrfunduar. Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb, e ka kapitullin p\u00ebrfundimtar i cili veprimin e \u00e7on deri n\u00eb fund. Romanin e p\u00ebrgatiti p\u00ebr botim shoku i Kafk\u00ebs, <strong>Max Brodi <\/strong>(1884-1968). Ky e sistemoi dhe e radhiti vepr\u00ebn sipas kapitujve. N\u00eb botimin e sot\u00ebm, vepra p\u00ebrmban dhjet\u00eb kapituj.<\/p>\n<p>Me titullin e vet, vepra flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb veprim, n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb cilit ndodhet nj\u00eb proces gjyq\u00ebsor. Por, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb vepra \u00ebsht\u00eb revolta e Kafk\u00ebs kund\u00ebr sistemit dhe burokracis\u00eb s\u00eb koh\u00ebs. K\u00ebsisoj, \u201cProcesi\u201d mund t\u00eb merret edhe si proces i luft\u00ebs s\u00eb njeriut kund\u00ebr atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb se vet\u00eb ai. Gjykata e cila si nj\u00eb instanc\u00eb e padukshme, por ekzistuese, figuron gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb vepr\u00ebs, e ka d\u00ebnuar dhe e ndjek <strong><em>individin<\/em><\/strong> i cili nuk e di se \u00e7far\u00eb faji i ngarkohet. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, jeta e njeriut reduktohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb formular dhe p\u00ebrputhet me format e jet\u00ebs robotike ku ligjet dhe sistemi jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbi jet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cProcesi\u201d<\/em> interpretohet edhe si pashmangshm\u00ebri e fatit, gj\u00eb q\u00eb v\u00ebrehet n\u00eb sjelljen e Jozef K.-s\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb romanit, kur ai pa rezistenc\u00eb i dor\u00ebzohet aktgjykimit me vdekje. I t\u00ebr\u00eb koncepti i <strong><em>tjet\u00ebrsimit<\/em> <\/strong>t\u00eb cilin te Kafka e hasim edhe te <em>\u201cMetamorfoza\u201d<\/em>, \u00ebsht\u00eb reflektim i p\u00ebrpjekjes s\u00eb autorit p\u00ebr ta gjetur veten. Si nj\u00eb \u00e7ifut \u00e7ek i cili flet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn gjermane, n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo mjedisi t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndodhur, Kafka gjithmon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb i huaj. Tjet\u00ebrsimi shihet m\u00eb s\u00eb miri n\u00eb pap\u00ebrcaktueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e koh\u00ebs, t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb ngjarjes, n\u00eb sasin\u00eb e personazheve (t\u00eb cil\u00ebt paraqiten vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb her\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb zhduken mu n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb veprimit), por edhe n\u00eb ridefinimin e fajit q\u00eb i imponohet personazhit kryesor. Sidoqoft\u00eb, n\u00eb situat\u00ebn ekzistuese personazhi kryesor s\u2019mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb dot asgj\u00eb, p\u00ebrpos ta pranoj\u00eb at\u00eb, sikund\u00ebr edhe vepron n\u00eb fund.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb personazheve e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit zyrtar\u00eb, qofshin bankar\u00eb, t\u00eb gjykatave apo t\u00eb policis\u00eb. I neveritsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe atmosfera e interier\u00ebve dhe e eksterier\u00ebve q\u00eb i paraqet n\u00eb roman Kafka. Hap\u00ebsirat gjyq\u00ebsore ndodhen n\u00eb tavane, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e varfra, periferike t\u00eb qytetit. Pran\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb gjykatave kryhen pun\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme si p\u00ebr shembull larja e teshave. Ndjenjat e ankthit dhe paradoksalizmi i veprimit e krijojn\u00eb <strong><em>mjedisin kafkian<\/em><\/strong> dhe e reflektojn\u00eb dimensionin psikologjik t\u00eb romanit. M\u00eb e keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb se ky personazh mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb cilido njeri i bot\u00ebs. T\u00eb qen\u00ebt e tij i r\u00ebndomt\u00eb v\u00ebrehet edhe tek emri i tij. Ai nuk e ka identitetin e plot\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm emrin dhe inicialin, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin mund t\u00eb ndodhet emri i cilit do, ndaj edhe emri yn\u00eb. K\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron kanosja m\u00eb e madhe e k\u00ebtij romani.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr krejt k\u00ebt\u00eb, <em>\u201cProcesi\u201d<\/em> i Kafk\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb <strong><em>sinonim i situatave absurde<\/em><\/strong> n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat q\u00ebllon njeriu, pa fajin e vet dhe nga t\u00eb cilat nuk mund t\u00eb nxirret n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet logjik\u00ebs, por i duhet vet\u00ebm ta pranoj\u00eb gjendjen n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ndodhet. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr e madhe dhe e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e <strong><em>modernizmit<\/em><\/strong> e cila, si asnj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e tregon absurdin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb moderne dhe t\u00eb njeriut t\u00eb ngat\u00ebrruar n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cProcesi\u201d<\/em> \u00ebsht\u00eb vepra m\u00eb e nd\u00ebrlikuar, shum\u00ebshtresore dhe m\u00eb e njohur e Kafk\u00ebs. Sikund\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb theksuar qysh n\u00eb titullin e vepr\u00ebs, n\u00eb roman nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr fatin e n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit bankar Jozef K., p\u00ebr arrestimin e tij, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjet e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar fajin q\u00eb ia ngarkojn\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fund p\u00ebr vrasjen e tij, por b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr procesin t\u00eb cilit i \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar ai. Objekt i romanit \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti i gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb padukshme e cila me pranin\u00eb e vet e p\u00ebrshkon t\u00ebr\u00eb romanin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interpretimi <\/strong><strong>\u2013 Kafka n\u00eb veprat e veta zhvillon <\/strong><strong><em>atmosfer\u00ebn kafkiane<\/em><\/strong><strong>, gj\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri v\u00ebrehet te <em>\u201cProcesi\u201d<\/em>. Jozef K. \u00ebsht\u00eb faj\u00ebsuar, nuk ndjehet fajtor dhe nuk e di p\u00ebrse e akuzojn\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb ndjehen miliona njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mbyllur n\u00eb kampet e p\u00ebrqendrimit. Pik\u00ebrisht atmosfera q\u00eb mbizot\u00ebron n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla quhet atmosfer\u00eb kafkiane. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb fantazmagorike e frik\u00ebs plot ankth, njer\u00ebzit shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb automat\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebm vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar kok\u00ebn. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>*\u00a0\u00a0 *\u00a0\u00a0 *<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>\u201cProcesi\u201d<\/em> \u00ebsht\u00eb roman i pap\u00ebrfunduar, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfunduara edhe <em>\u201cK\u00ebshtjella\u201d<\/em> dhe <em>\u201cAmerika\u201d<\/em>. Q\u00eb t\u00eb tre romane nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb kompozicionit, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjes dhe t\u00eb dometh\u00ebnies. Meq\u00eb mbeti n\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrim, kompozicioni dhe struktura e romanit nuk ishin t\u00eb definuar. Autori nuk arriti apo edhe nuk deshi t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb renditjen p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb kapitujve. K\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebri Maks Brodi, por studiuesit e koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb Kafk\u00ebs i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb v\u00ebrejtje nj\u00eb renditjeje t\u00eb till\u00eb. Romani \u00ebsht\u00eb i pap\u00ebrfunduar edhe n\u00eb aspektin e p\u00ebrmbajtjes p\u00ebr arsye se n\u00eb rr\u00ebfim kan\u00eb mbetur disa plasaritje apo zbraz\u00ebsi. Disa kapituj, p. sh. i teti, kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfunduar. Jasht\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrimit t\u00eb romanit kan\u00eb mbetur disa fragmente.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb disa prej tyre konstatohet lidhshm\u00ebria me p\u00ebrmbajtjen e romanit <em>\u201cProcesi\u201d<\/em>, n\u00eb disa t\u00eb tjera nd\u00ebrkaq \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet nj\u00eb lidhje e till\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb romanit studiuesit e shpjegojn\u00eb me faktin se Kafka ka qen\u00eb i ballafaquar me problemin sesi t\u2019i jap\u00eb\u00a0 fund romanit. Ky problem q\u00ebndron te heronjt\u00eb e romanit: Si t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb ata rrug\u00ebdalje nga situata n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb. Kafka nuk ka par\u00eb rrug\u00ebdalje, ndaj as romaneve t\u00eb veta nuk ka mundur t\u2019u gjej\u00eb fund. Kur kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb, kur kemi para vetes nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb palidhur dhe t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfunduar, njohurit\u00eb tona p\u00ebr kuptimin dhe p\u00ebr dometh\u00ebnien e vepr\u00ebs mund t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsohet, nd\u00ebrsa gjykimet dhe vler\u00ebsimet tona \u2013 t\u00eb pasigurta.<\/p>\n<p>Rr\u00ebfimi p\u00ebr Jozef. K.-n\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tejet i qart\u00eb: fjalia \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb, leksiku i p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebris\u00eb, nuk kemi thurje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuara t\u00eb ngjarjeve, nuk kemi monolog\u00eb t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb p\u00ebshtjelluar, as q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb eksplikuar ndonj\u00eb filozofi abstrakte. Shprehja e Kafk\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb, asnjan\u00ebse, e ftoht\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje u ngjan raporteve bankare afariste t\u00eb thata (t\u00eb am\u00ebshta). Gjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb fare racionale dhe e qart\u00eb \u2013 pa shprehje figurative, pa tone emocionale. Por p\u00ebrshkrimi i saj, si p\u00ebr shembull paraqitja e ngjarjeve dhe personazheve, \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e zymt\u00eb, paradoksale dhe me shum\u00eb kuptime \u2013 gj\u00eb q\u00eb lexuesin dhe studiuesin e v\u00eb n\u00eb dilem\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrmjet leximit dhe t\u00eb kuptuarit ekziston nj\u00eb dallim thelb\u00ebsor. Rr\u00ebfimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebndomt\u00eb: \u00c7ka i ndodh Jozef K.-s\u00eb dhe si reagon ai ndaj asaj q\u00eb i ndodh.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb kuptuarit k\u00ebrkon pik\u00ebrisht at\u00eb se <strong><em>\u201c\u00e7ka i ndodh Jozef K.-s\u00eb\u201d<\/em><\/strong> dhe sidomos <strong><em>\u201csi reagon ai ndaj asaj q\u00eb i ndodh\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, lexuesi nuk do t\u00eb ndalet n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e paraqitjes artistike por n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e dometh\u00ebnies s\u00eb asaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur. Studiuesi i Kafk\u00ebs &#8211; filozofi, eseisti dhe poeti austriak\/gjerman <strong>Gynter Anders <\/strong>(G\u00fcnther Anders i lindur G\u00fcnther Siegmund Stern; Vrocuav, Poloni, 1902 \u2013 Vjen\u00eb, 1992) shkruan: <strong><em>\u201cTe Kafka nuk na habisin objektet dhe ngjarjet si t\u00eb tilla, por fakti se qeniet e tij reagojn\u00eb ndaj tyre pa ndonj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim, sikur t\u00eb ishin sende dhe ngjarje normale\u201d<\/em>. <em>\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Problemi i t\u00eb kuptuarit dhe i interpretimit lind edhe p\u00ebr arsye se Kafka shtron pyetje, por nuk jep p\u00ebrgjigje. P\u00ebr shembull, kush dhe p\u00ebrse e ndjek Jozef K.-n\u00eb, kush e pengon fshatarin t\u00eb mbrohet nga ligji. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb autori krijon hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr interpretimin e ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb deponimeve, t\u00eb episodeve, t\u00eb situatave, t\u00eb ngjarjeve n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Interpretimet e ndryshme l\u00ebvizin q\u00eb nga ato <strong><em>autobiografike<\/em><\/strong>, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar me ato <strong><em>teologjike, psikologjike, sociologjike dhe politike e deri tek ato psikanalitike, alegorike dhe mitike.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Probleme p\u00ebr ta kuptuar dhe p\u00ebr ta interpretuar vepr\u00ebn e Kafk\u00ebs shkaktojn\u00eb edhe elementet specifike t\u00eb prosedeut krijues t\u00eb tij: pap\u00ebrcaktueshm\u00ebria, paparashikueshm\u00ebria, antitetizmi (q\u00eb ofron antitez\u00eb), paradoksalizmi si dhe absurditeti i dal\u00eb prej tij.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pap\u00ebrcaktueshm\u00ebria <\/strong>\u2013 Qyteti si lokaicon nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebrtuar; lokacioni i hap\u00ebsirave gjyq\u00ebsore \u00ebsht\u00eb e pap\u00ebrcaktuar; banesat dhe zyrat nuk jan\u00eb paraqitur qart\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb me pak detaje; akuza kund\u00ebr Jozef. Kjo hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, ku b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e hapura dhe t\u00eb mbyllura, \u00ebsht\u00eb e pazakonshme dhe e pak\u00ebndshme, kurse atmosfera q\u00eb mbizot\u00ebron n\u00eb t\u00eb, ta z\u00eb frym\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyt\u00ebse. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur nga studiuesit <strong><em>\u201catmosfer\u00eb kafkiane\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Nuk ka afri dhe ngroht\u00ebsi midis njeriut dhe rrethimit, mjedisit natyror \u2013 midis njeriut dhe hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb hapur n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn l\u00ebviz, midis njeriut dhe hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb mbyllur n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ec\u00ebn, l\u00ebviz, midis njeriut dhe hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb mbyllur si vendq\u00ebndrim n\u00eb jet\u00ebn private dhe publike.
