Thell\u00ebsia e artit dhe thell\u00ebsia e shpirtit , e para \u00ebsht\u00eb bukuria dhe dehja, nd\u00ebrsa e dyta po ashtu dehja dhe bukuria, pra t\u00eb dyja shihen n\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb me nj\u00eb ngjashm\u00ebri identike.<\/p>\n<p>A mund t\u00eb jetohet pa art e pa shpirt? Friedrich Nietzsche kishte me th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cMe veprat e artit ndodh si me ver\u00ebn: m\u00eb e mira \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mos kesh nevoj\u00eb as p\u00ebr nj\u00ebr\u00ebn e as p\u00ebr tjetr\u00ebn, por t\u00eb mos heq\u00ebsh dor\u00eb nga uji dhe ta shnd\u00ebrrosh vazhdimisht n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet zjarrit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm dhe me \u00ebmbl\u00ebsin\u00eb e brendshme t\u00eb shpirti, ujin n\u00eb ver\u00eb\u201d. Uji shpirti, nd\u00ebrsa vera arti. Si p\u00ebr ajrin, ujin dhe ushqimin, mendja, shpirti, emocionet, dhe trupi jon\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u2019i bashkohet artit, pra vet ne jemi art dhe pa njeriun nuk mund t\u00eb ekziston as arti.<\/p>\n<p>Piktura na ngacmon me vizualitetin e saj, eleminon plog\u00ebshtin\u00eb, monotonin\u00eb e p\u00ebrditshme q\u00eb e kemi, dhe na p\u00ebrkund me krah\u00ebt e saj ngjyrore dhe t\u00eb formave, n\u00eb kthen mendimin qoft\u00eb prapa ose pas. Format e artit q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren n\u00eb terapi jan\u00eb arte pamore.Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb piktur\u00eb, skulptur\u00eb, kolazh, arte skenike si aktrimi, histori, teat\u00ebr rikujtimi, loj\u00eb me role dhe kukulla.<\/p>\n<p>Kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr muzik\u00eb ata p\u00ebrdorin rit\u00ebm, tingull, z\u00eb, instrumente, dhe me shkrim mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin zhanre t\u00eb ndryshme.
