Dje \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrvjetori i masakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Korish\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb 73 qytetar\u00eb shqip\u00ebtar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin p\u00ebrdor\u00eb si \u201cmburoj\u00eb e gjall\u00eb\u201d nga forcat serbe. Ky ishte rasti i kat\u00ebrt, q\u00eb forcat serbe praktikonin m\u00ebnyra perfide t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb ndaluar.<\/p>\n

Rasti i par\u00eb, ishte m\u00eb 14 prill 1999, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs, ku\u00a0 forcat serbe kryen krime me bombat e NATO-s, e k\u00ebt\u00eb praktik\u00eb e avansuan.\u00a0 S\u00eb paku edhe p\u00ebr disa raste, ka dyshime tejet t\u00eb fuqishme q\u00eb Serbia i b\u00ebri edhe ndaj popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, si n\u00eb rastin e 23 prillit 1999 me rastin e bombardimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Radio televizionit shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, edhe pse ishin paralajm\u00ebru q\u00eb do sulmohej, q\u00ebllimisht p\u00ebrmes dezinformatave nuk e kishin larguar stafin.<\/p>\n

Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur p\u00ebr inskenime t\u00eb rasteve t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, madje historikisht ka kryer akte t\u00eb tilla. Ashtu edhe n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e II Bot\u00ebrore, rasti i masakr\u00ebs ndaj nx\u00ebns\u00ebve serb\u00a0 t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs fillore n\u00eb Kragujevc etj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ia mveshi nazist\u00ebve gjerman. Por p\u00ebr m\u00eb keq edhe n\u00eb konfliktet e fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, jan\u00eb disa dhejt\u00ebra raste t\u00eb tilla, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ndaj civil\u00ebve t\u00eb\u00a0 p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare serbe, p.sh: rasti Panda. Ligjet Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare Humanitare, ndalojn\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e \u201cmburoj\u00ebs s\u00eb gjall\u00eb\u201d\u00a0 dhe \u00e7do form\u00eb dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb detyrimit t\u00eb civil\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Sipas Human Rights Watch, kan\u00eb ndodhur rreth 90 incidente me viktima civile gjat\u00eb kampanj\u00ebs ajrore dhe raketore t\u00eb NATO-s kund\u00ebr Jugosllavis\u00eb, prej tyre 55 kan\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb Serbi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe 5 n\u00eb Vojvodin\u00eb, 3 n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe 32 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, derisa 62-66% e viktimave totale civile jan\u00eb shkaktuar n\u00eb 12 incidente dhe at\u00eb\u00a0 279 deri 318 prej viktimave ose 56-60% e tyre jan\u00eb nga Kosova, kurse n\u00eb Serbi 201 p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe 5 n\u00eb Vojvodin\u00eb dhe 8 n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb zi.[1-]<\/a><\/p>\n

Nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme mund t\u00eb shohim q\u00eb mbi 62% e viktimave t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre \u201cgabimeve\u201d t\u00eb NATO-s, jan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb; v\u00ebrejm\u00eb poashtu q\u00eb rastet e k\u00ebtyre \u201cgabimeve\u201d jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb( dmth me num\u00ebr shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb viktimave); v\u00ebrejm\u00eb q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm 1 ose dy raste q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb rast\u00ebsishme a si raste t\u00eb izoluara, por jan\u00eb t\u00eb mirorganizuara dhe t\u00eb praktikuara gjat\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe jepen indikator\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb institucionalisht t\u00eb organizuara, pas rastit t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Bombardimi i civil\u00ebve Shqip\u00ebtar n\u00eb Korish\u00eb m\u00eb 13 maj 1999, n\u00eb ora 11:30 pm, nga tre avion t\u00eb NATO-s, bombarduan baz\u00ebn serbe, ku u vran\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i refugjat\u00ebve Shqip\u00ebtar q\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrdorur si mburoj\u00eb e gjall\u00eb. Sipas burimeve serbe, jepeshin shifra p\u00ebr 87 t\u00eb vrar\u00eb dhe 78 t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar, kurse n\u00eb Librin e Bardh\u00eb t\u00eb botuar nga Minsitria e Jashtme e Jugosllavis\u00eb, theksohej p\u00ebr s\u00eb paku 48 t\u00eb vrar\u00eb, shumica f\u00ebmij\u00eb, gra dhe pleq\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr s\u00eb paku 60 t\u00eb plagosur, prej tyre 11 f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 15 vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruesh\u00ebm i traktor\u00ebve me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt udh\u00ebtonin refugjat\u00ebt, ishin shkat\u00ebrruar dhe d\u00ebmtuar nga sulmi. Fshati kishte qen\u00eb i sulmuar edhe nga forcat serbe n\u00eb mars dhe prill 1999 dhe ishte granatuar, e q\u00eb popullata civile nuk kishte arritur t\u00eb ikte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri por ishte strehuar n\u00eb male p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. Derisa n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fshat vepronte edhe U\u00c7K-ja.[2]<\/a><\/p>\n

Edhe ky incident ishte shum\u00eb i ngjajsh\u00ebm me rastin e bombardimit t\u00eb konvojit t\u00eb refugjat\u00ebve t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, m\u00eb 14 prill 1999, edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast Pentagoni raportonte se mund t\u00eb ishte rast i granatimit t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga forcat serbe n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb. Forcat serbe pretendonin q\u00eb NATO-ja kishte hedhur bomba kasetore, k\u00ebt\u00eb pretendim e mohonte NATO, duke theksuar se n\u00eb pozicionet jasht\u00eb fshatit Korish\u00eb, kurse Human Rights Watch konfirmon q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur bomba th\u00ebrmuese.[3]<\/a> NATO konfirmon se kishte bombarduar 10 arm\u00ebt artilerike t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb nga dy avion me nga dy bomba me dirigjim laserik dhe pastaj 10 minuta m\u00eb pas avioni i tret\u00eb ka l\u00ebshuar 6 bomba pa dirigjim n\u00eb cak.[4]<\/a><\/p>\n

NATO n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi insistonte q\u00eb kishte goditur cak t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm ushtarak.[5]<\/a> Nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 16 dhe 17 maj 1999,\u00a0 Peter Daniel dhe Jamie Shea t\u00eb NATO-s, deklaruan q\u00eb forcat serbe mund t\u2019i ken\u00eb sjellur atje refugjat\u00ebt Shqip\u00ebtar si mburoj\u00eb e gjall\u00eb. Edhe m\u00eb 17 maj 1999 z\u00ebdh\u00ebnsi i Pentagonit Kenneth Bacon, vler\u00ebson se 1\/3 deri \u00bd e civil\u00ebve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb n\u00eb kampanj\u00ebs ajrore t\u00eb NATO-s,\u00a0 jan\u00eb sjellur q\u00ebllimisht nga forcat serbe p\u00ebrskaj caqeve, e q\u00eb citonte edhe t\u00eb mbijetuarit e Korish\u00ebs nga ky sulm.[6]<\/a><\/p>\n

Madje Jamie Shea citonte burimet Shqip\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb theksonin se ishte komanda ushtarake serbe n\u00eb kampin ku ishin mbajtur si mburoj\u00eb e gjall\u00eb civil\u00ebt n\u00eb nat\u00ebn e sulmit.[7]<\/a> Edhe m\u00eb 18 maj 1999, deklarohej q\u00eb rasti i Korish\u00ebs, forcat serbe i kishin p\u00ebrdorur civil\u00ebt si mburoj\u00eb e gjall\u00eb.[8]<\/a> K\u00ebt\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtesnin edhe raportet e gazetave\u00a0 si\u00e7 ishte edhe The Times, ku theksohej q\u00eb gra dhe f\u00ebmij\u00eb ishin mbajtur n\u00eb katin e sip\u00ebrm, kurse n\u00eb katin p\u00ebrdhes ishte\u00a0 vendosur shtabi dhe artileri\u00a0 serbe, e k\u00ebshtu ishte vepruar n\u00eb 3-4 objekte duke mbajtur 200 ose 300 gra e f\u00ebmij\u00eb.[9]<\/a><\/p>\n

Autoritetet serbe, mor\u00ebn nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pas sulmit gazetar\u00ebt e huaj q\u00eb t\u00eb shohin sken\u00ebn e ngjarjes.[10]<\/a> N\u00eb vendin e ngjarjes ishin pa ende gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb mbetjeve t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb jugosllave.[11]<\/a><\/p>\n

Raportin final t\u00eb Prokuroit t\u00eb Komitetit t\u00eb themeluar p\u00ebr rishikimin e kampanj\u00ebs s\u00eb bombardimit kund\u00ebr republik\u00ebs federative t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb, theksohet q\u00eb pilot\u00ebt e NATO-s, nuk mund t\u00eb shihnin nat\u00ebn se \u00e7far\u00eb kishte brenda sht\u00ebpive n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb kampit t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb serbe n\u00eb Korish\u00eb, por sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb NATO-s dhe burimeve t\u00eb tjera, ajo zon\u00eb ishte spastruar etnikisht q\u00eb nga fillimi i konfliktit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, edhe pse disa informata kishte q\u00eb ishin risjell\u00eb forc\u00ebrisht civil\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb si mburoj\u00eb civile, por q\u00eb ishin nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha masat p\u00ebr paralajm\u00ebrimin e tyre, prandaj nuk kishte baz\u00eb p\u00ebr akuza kund\u00ebr NATO-s.[12]<\/a><\/p>\n

Natyrisht asnj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtar, nuk ka dyshuar a akuzuar NATO-n, as p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast e as p\u00ebr rastet e tjera, por n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi edhe familjar\u00ebt e viktimave dhe t\u00eb viktimat e mbijetuara kan\u00eb faj\u00ebsuar dhe akuzuar forcat serbe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim si mburoj\u00eb e gjall\u00eb, apo p\u00ebr vrasje e masakra pas bombardimit t\u00eb NATO-s( duke p\u00ebrdorur granata dore-granata th\u00ebrmuese).<\/p>\n

Dhe si p\u00ebrfundim, asnj\u00eb veprim hetimor i Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, as EULEX-it dhe UNMIK-ut, por sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsisht nga Tribunali i Hag\u00ebs, jan\u00eb trajtuar thjesht\u00eb si krime lufte.<\/p>\n
